Westminster hotel has been my first choice for the last few years - service is always immaculate. Staff always very professional, polite and know how to make you feel special. The location is without doubt a great asset but hotel itself is pure joy every time I stay there.

This hotel is in decay. The first room I checked into the handle for the bathroom door fell off, the second room the knobs for the hot and cold water were in reverse

Very nice hotel and helpful staff but night turn down service never happened and even though requested room cleaned , it never happened on two occasions. Was left with a dirty room, no water and no towels two days in a row. Staff caught changing the sign on door to make up room. Left room at 9am and wasn’t done at 5pm then left again returned room 10pm and still not done despite assurances. Not what you want at the end of a long day

I had to leave the hotel about two hours after I checked in. The room was incredibly cold. I asked that they increase the temperature but an hour later after I had gone to bed my nose was icicle and my head was still freezing. I called the front desk and the guy came to my room. Suggested that I move to another room but it will take an hour for that room to warm up and he could not guarantee that in fact it will. It was already 1:30 am. Then he suggested that he bring an area heater and I said yes. He came back with this antiquated small heater that when you turn it on it start smelling and makes all that noise. At that point I had had it. I needed to get my sleep and I made a reservation at another hotel. They are still charging me for that night. Disgusting!

It’s the second time we have stayed at the Westminster, first in 2024 for a big birthday and in 2025 for our honeymoon.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are superb and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The facilities in the hotel and specifically the rooms are beautifully kept.

The hotel is easily in the top 3 hotels in Paris and it punches well above its weight. Would recommend for business or pleasure.

Room was tiny and terrible; not even a relaxing chair to sit in to read a book. No towels in bathroom first day I stayed. I called front desk and asked them to send but they never did. Front desk staff not friendly. Concierge staff was good.

I’m a female and was traveling solo so I chose their smallest room with a double bed. The room was really cute and had everything that I needed, including a mini fridge and closets. There was even a desk for me to do some work at the bed was very comfortable. The linens were nice in the bathroom was on par with other luxury hotels. I will definitely stay there again.

Very interesting experience. Location is great, beautiful hotel but outside of that, the hotel amemories itself needed some work. Our shower barely had any water pressure, the doorknob broke from the inside to the hallway to the bathroom so we had to call maintenance to let us out of the room.

Excellent property at a great value. The property is at a central area and conveniently located to most major attractions. This made cab fare inexpensive but it is also close to a metro id you prefer public transportation.

Well, where do I start? Before check-in I requested that our children be either in adjoining rooms, next door, or at the very least across the hall from us. I was promised by the General Manager Yves that my children, the youngest being 10, would be no more than three meters away. While disappointed I understood. However, when we arrived and were taken to our rooms, we were many meters away down the hall around the corner past the staircase and elevators. The front desk was rude, for example my husband asked for change for a 20 Euro for tipping the doorman, etc. The front desk clerk giggled ha and said you want change? Then there was our room, they had to find a fan downstairs because the air conditioner, only in our room was not cooling properly. While the hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, and in a nice area you could tell they were struggling. They did not have a restaurant except for breakfast. He then said we will give you a discount, which he did NOT. We were not asking for one we just wanted what we paid for. The doorman were the sweet ones. Oh forgot about my husband ordered room service and an hour and a half later when we had to leave canceled it. Then they tried to leave it in our room. We have been so looking for toward Paris and other than this experience Paris was beautiful.

She insisted to come in even when I put the note in the door one time the staff came with her own purse alone ! “Before leaving her shift to check on us “ next thing you know my new Chanel flat and Prada heels were gone

Sadly the ac in the room was not working during the heatwave they did issue a refund, they never refilled the minibar and there is o ac in the corridors which less than ideal while waiting on the elevator. Staff is friendly bit hotel is quite disorganized

Beautiful hotel and very kind staff who are happy to help. My one critique is the room service food is not 5 star like the rest of hotel. For the room service prices and location I expected better food. The foods presentation was amazing but food taste was mediocre. Location is absolutely perfect, safe and in a very walkable area. The entire hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom door in our room didn't close properly but those are minor issues. The space was also as advertised which is commendable.

The location and condition of the property is very good. The rooms are generous and well appointed. The staff could use more training- e.g. the fire alarm went off at midnight for a deafening 6-7 minutes. No one answered the phone during that time when I tried to see if I should leave the room. Twenty minutes later someone answered and said there was a technical issue. No one came up to the floor to say all was ok. Most guests were not happy at breakfast in the morning. Finally almost 18 hours later a note of apology was placed under the room door. Other examples where you relate a request- no one makes note of it do it doesn’t happen etc.

HW is a great place in a central part of town near Place Vendome. We liked everything about it except the shower, which was in the high bathtub with only partial glass partition to keep water off the floor. The staff were unfailingly friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent too. I think it is a four star hotel, but seems like five and would recommend it strongly. The most outstanding feature was the friendly staff.

Very disappointed in this hotel. As a frequent traveler to Paris I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel, due to location and room description. We chose the Executive Room due to the size of the room and the large bed as we were staying in Paris for 8 nights. The room was nice however my husband and I were very disappointed that we were given a room with TWO TWIN BEDS. We were on our anniversary trip and the room was not what we paid for or expected. Having paid almost 600.00 a night for twin beds hurt deeply. We also were not given our room until 45 minutes after checkin time due to an “issue” with housekeeping. This kind of customer service is not acceptable when booking at a high end hotel such as Hotel Westminister.

Beautiful hotel on street with all luxury brand jewelry stores. Taxi stand out front. Room was clean and pretty but my view was interior with noisy heating and cooling machines in a small courtyard. I didnt pay for the cheapest room they have so this was a big disappointment. Not sure i wouls return due to the room they put me in - for 8 nights. I also could hear the people in the room above me - talking and walking- annoying.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a trip to Paris and we stayed at the beautiful West Minister Hotel. The pictures on the website actually didn’t do the room any justice. I was blown away with the room! 10/10!! We were given a complimentary bottle of wine with our stay. The room was so beautiful I didn’t want to leave lol. The hotel is right next door to Cartier, and in walking distance to all the luxury shops you can imagine. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower. Service was great! Cannot wait to go back!

Hotel Westminster is a beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location in Paris. The decor embraces the traditional charm of Paris. The manager as well as those who work at the hotel were very attentive to our needs, checking in when the opportunity arose, and wanted to make sure every detail was attended to. The breakfast was wonderful! Upon our arrival we were given an upgrade which made our week long stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at Hotel Westminster on our next trip to Paris! The lobby was wonderful. My superior room was so small, no room to turn around. Friends staying in a deluxe room - same price had much bigger accommodations. The hairdryer did not work- the desk sent the same one up to the room 3 times. The coffeemaker did not work.
