We did not get to stay at this hotel. We made the reservations in January but in the end of March we were notified that they decided to have a total renovation and our reservation was moved to an neighboring hotel namely the Renaissance Paris Vendome Hotel, supposedly with the same amenities and the same kind of room - boy were we for a supprise upon arrival!

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. For our purposes of visiting Paris sites Louvre, Eiffel Tower and all other points it was walkable or a short Metro ride so the Hotel is in a great location. However the ring that stood out was the front desk staff Eric (concierge) Morgan and Killian made our stay so enjoyable it exceeded our expectations. Thanks very much to the staff and management

Great location! Many attractions and the train are within walking distance. My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in April. The staff were friendly and we felt very safe. I would stay here again as a great base for exploring Paris!!

The hotel is very cosy and close to Rue de Rivoli, public transport, and supermarkets.
We had a few issues with our stay (A/C not cooling, dripping shower head), which were all fixed within the hour. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had the triple room, and we were pleasantly surprised about the size of the room. Very spacious and comfortable even with 6 pieces of luggage. The best about this hotel was the staff, so helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good thing about them. Also, loved the location, walking distance to lots of landmarks and shopping. Will definitely come back.

This hotel was lovely. Our room was perfect for a family of three, with a second floor living room that was easily converted to a second bedroom. With a small child who is a picky eater, it was also very nice to have a mini fridge for a few extra snacks for him.

The hotel could be much better. Staff at the reception are very helpful…but we saw the cleaner in our room cleaning the toilet with gloves and, with the same gloves, washing the coffee cups. Since then we couldn’t use them anymore and we avoided the restaurant as well. Our room was at first floor and the corridor to get there was very badly smelly…not sure why. Apart this, it’s in a perfect position to visit the city, and near to the Louvre museum and yellow line of the underground and so much more…

There was no apology, and the concierge’s only suggestion was to request cleaning service the following day—not exactly what we expected in terms of service.
Overall, this is a basic 3-star hotel with a prime location and a few shortcomings in service and maintenance.

This is an older boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The steam rooms and pool were most enjoyable. It is close to the Metro stop and Tuilleries Jardin as well as close to many sites and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pictures are misleading. The rooms are old and worn out, very small with a a bad smell, very dirty. We had a room with an extra twin bed and it was a hospital bed which gave me an anxiety attack. It had dirty straps. We felt very scared almost like if it was an experiment bed.
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and discriminating. The man who led us to our room did not allow us to take our luggage because we had too many bags and insisted on leaving our bags in their bag compartment at the lobby. He sarcastically made a comment about our luggage It was a horrible experience arriving in Paris. The only positive thing we saw was the location.

We chose the property for it’s location so convenient with easy access to so many things. We were upgraded which was a great surprise and much appreciated. Our only disappointment came from the concierge. He was super friendly and accommodating but his referrals to a local restaurant were severely disappointing. We were on a specific mission to enjoy beef boirguignon our first night in Paris and he sent us to a place where that plate was an afterthought and it was the worst version we’ve had anywhere. I hate to be negative but had to share that.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I was waiting on a package to arrive from the US that was important. It had not arrived by the time i checked in, but the staff accepted the package after i had checked out and let me know when it arrived. They were helpful, polite and attentive. We were there for seven nights and stayed in two different rooms. The first was on the sixth floor with three dormers and balconies. Even though we had to duck to not hit our heads on one side of the room we still loved it. Our second room was a corner room. Both so perfectly simple European.
The only negative would be the restaurant where we had dinner one night. While the food was tasty the waiter treated us like we were so annoying to him by just being there- and there were only two other occupied tables.
We would most definitely stay there again.

This hotel was super convenient in terms of location. We could walk everywhere close to the louvre and it was close to two metro lines. The breakfast was delicious each morning.

We spent a week with family friends in a neighboring country. It was hot. There was no air conditioning nor fans to circulate the air. Our late arrival, help from the staff in making arrangements from the train station, and starting our efforts to arrange transportation were so welcome and appreciated. Our arrival at the hotel was a welcome change. It was so prepared, clean, quiet, and close to what we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location. We were able to walk safely to the Louvre, Musée D’Orsay, Gardens and shops and cafes. The hotel is quaint and the restaurant was conveniently inside the hotel. Good breakfast buffet ( except the scrambled eggs) The staff was friendly and eager to please.

This is a great hotel. Staff were very accomodating. Facility was on par with any luxury hotel I have stayed at in the US or other cities throughout the world. Breakfast was a joy. We were pretty disappointed by the size of the room and amenities of the hotel for the amount that we paid. It was clean and the staff was great, it was a nice hotel, I just don’t agree with it being worth over $300 a night. That might be just because it was right in the city right next to the louvre, which was a nice location.

Very well situated, right in the center and affordable. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are not huge but functional and I guess regular size for Paris center. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
