Hotel Mayfair was a wonderful stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the room had a charming feel with more space than you’d typically expect in Paris. The location is hard to beat—right across from the Tuileries Gardens and just steps from Place de la Liberté and excellent shopping. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

One minor suggestion is to provide complimentary coffee that could be available at 5 am as I'm sure a lot of people could benefit from that with early flights, etc. I would stay at the Mayfair Paris again!

The location was great, a half block from Rue De Rivoli and the Tuileries Garden, a one mile walk to the Louvre Museum and a 1.6 mile walk to the Notre Dame cathedral. The place was well kept, and we were surprised with the size of the room.

Although this is a beautiful place the filming going on made it hard to get to and then to the metro. The decor of the hotel is splendid however some key things are missing such as up to date card readers. We were given a physical key that we had to turn in each time we left the hotel and had to hand to the concierge. That was a bit cumbersome especially when you are used to receiving 2 keycards. Breakfast wasn't included and was quite an expensive add on.

My assumption is that this was to feel like an apartment but it seemed a bit archaic ultimately.

You pay for the location and convenience, we felt the rooms and furniture were dated. It’s meant to have an “old time boutique” French style but it just seems worn. We disliked the manual door keys that we had to return to the front desk and then pick back up every time we wanted to leave the property. They were also hard to open the door, electronic locks should be a standard.
The ac in our unit was broken and they promptly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. But it was only because someone had cancelled. If they had been at max capacity we would have had to sleep with no ac.

The hotel is very charming and centrally located. The stuff is friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was decent. There is the exchange right next to the hotel and the exchange rate was the best in the area. On the corner there is a very nice restaurant with the seating inside and outside. Would definitely stay again

My wife and I did not get to stay at the hotel. We were to cycle through the Bordeaux region before returning to Paris. My wife fell prior to our departure and fractured her knee cap. The Mayfair demonstrated uncommon compassion in canceling our reservation and refunding our stay. I have no doubt that the Mayfair treats guests with generosity and care and we will stay at Mayfair on our next visit to Paris. So should you.

Hotel Mayfair was fabulous. Staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. Rony was very helpful with our bags to our room. Room was clean and tidy with air conditioning which was very much needed as it was 35 degrees in Paris. Beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. In the evening we ventured to the bar for a drink and some food which came from the restaurant next door. All lovely and needed after a few hours walking around Paris.
I'll happily stay at this hotel if I'm ever in Paris in the future.

This hotel has a good location. One can easily walk to the Louvre. I walked to Notre Dame in the morning, and to the Bateaux Mouche boat dock in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located very near the No. 1 Metro line. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning kept it pleasantly cool.

The location is fantastic! Close to attractions & transit. Staff is VERY friendly & helpful. Over all, I’d stay again. The only negative I’d be remiss by not mentioning, is that in what seems to be typical of Europe, the air conditioning doesn’t work. A fan running without a compressor is NOT air conditioning. Seems like the AC works only when new, then never again. But the location!

The hotel was safe. For a few days I had forgotten I had a few hundred dollars in my bag and the cleaners came to our room multiple times and the cash was never touched.

Hotel is located in a great location near all of the main sites. I enjoyed my stay and thought my room was really nice. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it also wasn't terrible. I will note that I came during the early spring so weather was great, but I didn't see AC in my room, so I caution that for future travelers to consider. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel, very strategically and convenientlylocated in Paris. The service for our four-day stay was exceptional, and the hotel has a very intimate feel and atmosphere. Notably, there are a number of high-end hotels nearby such as the Westin, which I’m sure are much more expensive. The Mayfair is a very good value. We will stay there again the next time we are in Paris.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Hotel Mayfair, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. However, one major downside was that there was no air conditioning available during my stay, as they informed me it’s turned off for the fall season. This was not mentioned on their website, and unfortunately, it impacted my comfort as I prefer having climate control in the room. I wish this detail had been disclosed prior to booking, as I would have likely chosen a different hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, but clearer communication regarding amenities would improve the experience.

Very nice botique hotel at reasonable price (compared to others in a very high end part of Paris). Staff was very attentive, rooms were reasonable size for Europe, comfy beds and excellent shower/water pressure. Bath was reasonable size compared to tight quarters in other botique hotels.
