Welcoming check in process. The room is quiet but had no view at all. Breakfast is chilled but plenty of choice. Hotel bar had events most nights which were also attended by ‘locals’ so it’s quite busy and fun. Hotel is well located and overall very good.

It all looks nice and well online, but the staff had a bad attitude. A miscommunication was made (they speak bad english) and this was not take lightly and it made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Paris. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is perfectly situated to make walking to various eating, drinking and site-seeing spots easy (if you enjoy walking through Paris to take in the sites). Staff is friendly & helpful. They make you feel at home. Facility is clean & updated. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Great location. My room faced the courtyard where the restaurant & night club are and the noise didn’t bother me. You can always request a room not facing the club. The night club had a buffet early in the night that was good. It was a very relaxed fun environment. I had clients meet me for dinner and they stayed the whole night dancing, it was great night.

This was my first time staying at the property and it was nice. I guess the only negative thing I have to say is I had asked the staff to book a taxi and the taxi driver was a scam. For not even a mile he charged me like 15 dollars. He told me 8 dollars was for reservation to book the taxi from hotel.

The room is not big, just about a foot on either side of the bed. I don't need a lot of space, but it didn't feel like there was anywhere to put my suitcase. The bathroom is a good size with a nice shower, but the shower curtain into the shower area needs rethinking.

The room was nice, we had a courtyard view which was a bit weird because there are windows directly across so you have to be sure to close curtains if you don’t want others watching you or to accidentally see things you aren’t expecting to see. It was fun to look down and see/hear music and dancing. The bathroom was very clean and nice. There wasn’t much storage but that’s normally ok, we were just on a long trip through Europe so we had huge suitcases. It could be loud on weekend nights when the party in the restaurant kept going later but not a big issue. While I was a big fan of the free hot drinks and water it was also kinda a pain to have to go refill it when the restaurant was full you had to squeeze through dancing crowds to get a water filled for the night. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is cute. I was a little surprised by the “bains” advertisement we saw on tv so we were a bit worried about what was going on there. But it was a cute, clean hotel. We were up high enough that we didn’t hear anything from the bar down below. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is centrally located to many of the sites and we were able to walk most of the time.

My friend and I spend a week in the double deluxe room with two twin beds and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very spacious especially according to Paris standards. The staff both at the reception and the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in safe area and major attractions are within a walking distance. The restaurant was very nice addition not only because of the free coffee drinks, but was also very fun place to hang out and have a drink at the end of the day. The music and patrons were a lot of fun. I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back.

The hotel is well positioned close the lots of sites. The room was on the small side but excellent quality. The bathroom was perfect. There was a fire alarm at 1am until 2am. The night manager gave good communication to everyone outside. Not 100% sure about the reason given in the morning. We were told that there would be some compensation but that it may take 6 months to come through!

The attached restaurant/cafe/bar is a plus, but I would avoid rooms directly over the bar/restaurant as it is very loud on nights there is music/performances.

Chouchou has a nice ambiance. Not formal, but not over-friendly either. Our rooms were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was tasty. Tasty pain au chocolate are left all day on a counter at reception for guests. You can decide if that is a good thing! If I stay in central Paris again I would like to stay at Chouchou

Lovely hotel in the heart of Paris, close to top-end shopping and restaurants, with tons of public transportations nearby. My room was small, but nicely appointed and very modern-looking. I, however, would not stay here for a business trip since my room didn't have a desk or a table to work. However, it's the perfect choice for leisure travelers that want to be in the center of it all. Oh! And the RoissyBus from CDG airport stops just a couple of blocks away. Can't beat that for convenience!

Charming hotel in a nice location but chaotic team
We arrived at the property at 22:00 after a very long day of traveling. At the reception, it turned out that the booking was made for a single room instead of a double room. To this very moment, I still have no idea how; but when i checked the confirmation email there, I only realized that they were right. So we asked them to change it to a double room, but we were told that the property was fully booked. No manager was present at the property and they made us wait for an hour in a very small lobby of the hotel till they could somehow reach out to the manager. We were exhausted and starving; missed our dinner reservation and could not actually have any dinner anymore since almost all the restaurant close at 23:00. Finally, when we got upset for the wait, they gave us the key of the single room and told us that we would need to pay extra for the extra person. The room was extremely small. Small is not even a fair word for what this room was. No place to even open a carry on!! The central heating did not work the entire night and we froze till the morning. We called hotels.com and they reached out to the property and finally they changed our room the next day to a bigger room with a proper heating system. But to be honest, it amazed up how unprofessional they acted the night of our arrival! 4 stars doesn’t mean much anymore I guess!
