We were really impressed with the hotel. They upgraded our room. The bar stuff was fantastic- friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and great variety including lovely cheeses and smoked salmon. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The heater in the room might require some cleaning! My allergy got worse when I was indoor; and my symptoms got relieved when I left hotel. Winter is a little bit tough in Paris when rainy days. And I mentioned about Expedia gold status, no wine was honored and no room upgrade available

Room was very used. The sound isolation was ok. You need to get your own water from the fountain. It was raining and the umbrella dispenser was broken and the hotel did not offer an alternative and happily let me walk out into the rain. The front desk was not clear about my choice of room, even though it was all pre booked and pre paid! the staff who work in the kitchen were very very kind and friendly.

M Social Hotel Paris is a pleasant hotel with an excellent location. The staff are friendly and the service is very good overall, which made the stay comfortable and easy.

The bathrooms could use a bit of improvement — the showers feel somewhat dated and you can see signs of wear. I also couldn’t quite figure out how the air conditioning worked, so I ended up sleeping with the window open, which was fine for me, but might not be ideal for everyone. The fridge was empty, and there was an empty water bottle on the table as well — not sure why they’d leave it there without filling it. A small French mystery.

I’ve had a nice experience in my previous stay at this hotel. It is located in a very convenient area. The hotel used to be in good standard before, but it looks like it is not well maintained anymore. The problem is mostly the management team, thats what I see. Looks like they do not control if the hotel staff is doing their duty correctly.
For instance, the breakfast is open buffet style.
In my first breakfast a plastic stretch piece was in the chicken sausage serving pan. There were also onions with the sausage and the plastic stretch was cooked with the whole food. It was like 3-4 inches long. I acknowledge the staff.
The same night, I needed a thin blanket, by the way the hotel is too warm even with the air conditioner fully closed. After 40 minutes and 4 phone call, the gentlemen in the front desk had to brought the blanket. Its not his mistake, he just couldn’t find anybody to do it. This not a boutique hotel… There should be staff to take care of this stuff. Also the general maintenance of the hotel decreased over the years. I mean physically, the peeled paint on the doors, scratches, the main bathroom light was broken when I first get into my room, the bathroom mirror light is flickering all the time. And so on! Plus I reserved the signature room with king size bed, yes the bed was king size but they put two small bed together. Its not a true king size bed, the middle of the bed is not comfortable as you can imagine.Was not a comfortable stay this time.

Beautiful hotel in the most convenient position if you wish to visit Sacre Coeur, Notra Dame, The Louvre, Arc du Triomphe, Champs-Elysees & Musee D'orsay. We stayed for x3 nights and this afforded us the time to walk to all of these sites( approx.25-30 mins to each site), only getting the metro once when we were rather tired when visiting the Arc du Triomphe.
Good choice of breakfast, a full or smaller breakfast, depending on your appetite.
Nothing was too much trouble if there were questions that needed answering to do with the room itself. A taxi was ordered on our behalf on leaving which came quickly for our return journey.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to help us with anything we asked for.
A great choice for a special 60th birthday visit to Paris.

We arrived at 2:15 to check in and had to wait approximately an hour for our room. The staff seemed overwhelmed, Granted it was New Year’s eve so I imagine it was extremely busy. The room was large and since it was a suite it was ample room. But the facility seemed worn and in need of a deep clean, furniture update etc. We paid a lot of money and didn’t feel it was worth it.

We enjoyed our 6 nights family stay in M Social Paris. Spacious rooms for Paris, comfortable king size bed, nice bathroom with l'occitane toiletries, pretty interior design, fun atmosphere in the lobby, great location - 20 min walk to Louvre, 5 min walk to Galleries Lafayettes, safe area with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is a good value for the price for a 4 star hotel.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and I’d come back again… Great location which meant we could walk everywhere. A lovely welcome when we arrived. Room was a really good size, and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that the tea and coffee making facilities weren’t replenished - only a small thing as we asked for some extras at reception! I would definitely come back again!

There was miscommunication with our booking and upon our arrival, the hotel staff went above and beyond to fix it. They gave us interim room to rest and upgraded our room to make up for the confusion and Ramona Landry was the star of saving our vacay. Also, the location is great so highly recommend this property.

Great location that is close to the metro, as well as bus stations that go to and from the airport. Hotel is also close to plenty of shopping and dining options. If we were to stay here again, we wouldn't book a balcony room. Didn't really use it and the walls were quite high, so when sitting you were staring at the cement wall. Although you could see the tip of the Eiffel Tower and the rotating beam light. Air conditioning was poor, kept the window open as much as we could to air out the room.

We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Paris Opera. Big thank you to the manager Ibrahim for taking care of us and making sure that our stay was top notch. The hotel is well staffed and the polite, friendly staff are multilingual. The lobby is large and well appointed (there's even a chess board), there's a bar that has a great selection (including Monkey 47 gin!) and the dining options are convenient and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and Ibrahim and his staff made us feel like we were at a home away from home. The area around the hotel is excellent with tons of dining and sightseeing without being in the middle of a tourist district but easy access to any of the major attractions. This is our preferred hotel for Paris!

We stayed at M Social for 4 days. The room was clean and we had enough space for the two of us. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine, so that was really nice (even though we’re not wine drinkers ourselves). The hotel is also in the middle of the city and really close to a metro terminal, so it’s really easy to travel around Paris.

However, we should note that it is a bit noisy outside due to the construction next door and the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbours next door if they get a little loud.

The bathroom posed some issues, as we had trouble closing the door, and we could hear water draining from the sink even when the tap was not in use.

Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and I would still recommend it if the following doesn’t bother you considering you will be in the middle of the city.

Hotel was absolutely magnificent from the stained glass dome designed by Eiffel to one of the oldest operating elevators in Paris to the beautiful decor- all fabulous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was the best food we had in Paris. Very highly recommend it.

Overall good experience!

I was hoping for a room with a view but apparently, they couldn't accomodate me. I did get a nice big room, with an awesome bathroom. The hotel is very centrally located, jus a block from the Galerie Lafayette, but you have to walk to neighborhood with markets and cafes....

Beautiful Hotel. My mom and I had the most amazing experience staying at M Social Hotel Paris. The staff is very friendly and professional and so is the housekeeping staff. My mom and I stayed in a king size bedroom and it was perfect for our stay. The room was very nice and very clean just like the pictures shows online. The hotel is located in the perfect area for shopping and dining.

I loved this hotel super cute lobby amazing front desk . Great views from our room and it was very clean and quiet ! I slept so great the room stays dark . Windows opened letting fresh air come in . I am definitely booking here next time in town again !
