Ideal location. So mnay restaurants to choose from just by stepping out. Nearby train station. We were able to walk to place vendome and the Louvre. Food at the hotel was delicious., The only negative: we saw a few flies in our room in a couple of occassions.

This place was perfect for our Paris stay. The rooms are extremely small. They barely fit our 2 suitcases. We didn’t spend any time in the room so it was fine. I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and very pretty/trendy.

Great experience! The Pulitzer was in a convenient location for walking all over the city or taking the Metro to sights and near good restaurants. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and can't recommend it enough! Not only is it the best hotel in Paris we've stayed in, but possibly one of the best hotels in any city! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you can tell this hotel has been designed so well. It smells amazing, it's incredibly clean, and everyone who works there is so helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and modern yet really cosy and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be staying here again in future when we come back. Book this hotel - you won't regret it :)

I would stay here again. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby and room are all modern and clean. Room size was generous after coming from single rooms in London. Travelled by myself and I didn’t latch my room door properly after coming back one afternoon and staff came up to make sure everything was ok and let me know. I stayed at another hotel in Paris for the 1st week of my trip and staff made it seem like an inconvenience to provide any customer service- hotel Pulitzer was the complete opposite which was so nice! I’m so happy I chose to end my holiday here 💛

Supermarkets are just across the intersection, 2 good cafes right by which is great if tired from walking all day. Grand Boulevard métro station is about a 4 min walk and this one sells tickets at the machine. Oh and the air con was fantastic, climate control is in the room. Shower gel provided smelt amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay. I've been to quite a few boutique hotels in the area and I think I've found my favourite! The lobby area was really beautiful and smelled AMAZING (they even sell the scent!).

The room was small (it's Paris) but really well appointed and the cookies left on the first day was a nice touch. I'll definitely be returning!

We had a really comfortable 3 night stay at Hotel Pulitzer. The staff were great, really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright with air con which came in handy as the weather was very hot during our stay. The location is really central with a few Metro stations within walking distance. Would strongly recommend!

The Hotel is beautifully designed and smells incredible; our room was cosy but perfect for a city getaway.

The staff are warm, kind and hospitable, in particular Andres whose cheery disposition instantly made us feel welcome. Additionally the wonderful ladies and gentlemen on reception who were always on hand to answer any queries that we had.

Could not recommend the Hotel Pulitzer Paris enough and we will definitely be returning back.

We booked a suite and it certainly wasn't one, the room was so small that the two of us couldn't unpack as there was not enough storage to take our clothes. There was no safe or mini bar in the room and there was no room service. The hotel was not cheap we stayed for seven nights and the total was 3600 GBP, it certainly wasn't worth it.

I travelled to Paris for a few days and I loved staying at the hotel. Great location if you love walking and lively area. I thought however that the surrounding was a bit dirty but the hotel in itself was great.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's easy to walk to Pigalle, Montmarte etc. However, the furniture was old and damaged. The lobby was way more impressive that the rooms.
The rooms weren't particularly clean either, lots of limescale etc in the bathroom.

This location is perfect. Easy to walk multiple places or take the metro. The staff is friendly and very helpful with ideas of places to visit or dine at. The room was comfortable and extremely quiet. The hotel is on a lively street but we didn't hear a thing from our room. It was also handy to have a fridge and be able to make coffee or tea. I can see us returning.

Pros: location is great. Neighborhood is happening in both directions. Walk out the door to you left was our favorite eating place called Le Petite. Need a ride from airport call Aziz @ 06.83.67.48.80. Dial 33, drop first Zero then rest of # cost is a set price of 50 Euros. The place I hired through Expedia did not show or answer the phone and Expedia was no help! Metro is so easy in Paris as well. CONS: room is very small, no drawers to put your clothes in. They had rusty metal smelly nightstands and a smashed in metal thing I guess to put your suitcase on? The electricity went out twice. The second time we got a notice. We asked about our luggage going down 5 flights, so we were advised to bring our luggage the night before....the next morning I had to go down in one of their bathrobes to pull out a pair of panties and a bra. (My husband packed what I set to the side) I asked to use the side room were the luggage was, then tried to sit next to the room....no, they told me to sit in the chair in the front window with people passing by (mind you I mentioned how busy it is there)I was in the bathrobe with nightgown underneath that was it. I was s embarrassed and couldn’t wait to leave that place! Oh yes, bring your own face towels, they don’t have any. No one to help with your luggage and no ice.

The picture of the room makes it look much bigger than it was, very small even for Paris. The Hotels.com website won’t let you choose between a double bed or two twin beds, so this caused a headache when checking in, because the clerk didn’t have any double rooms until later in the day. The detachable shower head was clogged and sprayed in all different directions, we asked why the rain shower head wouldn’t work and didn’t get a satisfactory answer. We had to ask for an extra towel in the double room for two people because there was only one given. Not a good value for the price. Very good neighborhood.

Great location for easy access to the Metro, Bus service and walking distance from many Tourist attractions and areas. Superior room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and plenty of food. The lift to the rooms at the back was very small and slow, not great for luggage and multiple people. The staircase was interesting, felt like being in a Lighthouse. The Bar was small but was fit for purpose. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasing Hotel - I would return.

Where’s management?

We had 4 nights booked and we used 1 night. We received horrible news of a death in the family and flew out. Management won’t respond to hotels.com and said since the hotel manager didn’t respond for 4 days ether can’t help. Other hotels already refunded us after receiving a copy of the death certificate. I won’t stop until they contact us back.

Cleaning of room was awful. We had breakfast in our room the first morning. When we returned in the evening the breakfast stuff was still there, as were empty wine glasses. Only bed was made. They also did not replace water bottles so when I went to reception it took forever for them to understand my complaint. I asked them to clear the mess and also provide replacement of complimentary water bottles from the first day. They failed to do this, and the same happened the next day. Also the bar is. It manned. We had to ring a bell only for the man on hotel reception eventually come to serve us. He started with “don’t order any cocktails as I’m not good at those”. So we played safe, we ordered a glass of champagne and a Guinness. After 5 minutes he came back and said they had no Guinness and offered me a Heineken instead. 10 minutes later he came back with our drinks, with the champagne in a half full wine glass, not a champagne glass. All in all this was a really poor experience. Hotel is poorly run with staff that are not interested in giving good customer service. We booked a superior double but it was a pretty basic room. We also asked for an iron and ironing board on our first morning only to be told an hour after asking that they couldn’t give me one, so we had to walk round Paris in creased clothes. All in all, worst experience I have had from a hotel. Avoid!!!

I liked the hotel. Like most hotels in Paris it was quirky. The halls were unnecessarily dark and dingy but the room was nice. One of the best features which most people wouldn't even notice is the noise proof windows. The central location means a lot of street traffic but because of the noise proofing it went unnoticed.

The Hotel Pulitzer is located in Montemarte, a very working class neighborhood in Paris.
Lots of small shops, small restaurants, lots of people walking, biking, bustling.
It is not glitzy or sophisticated. I really like it there, but my wife would prefer more
glamour. From this hotel, we walked to the Left Bank, with Luxembourg Gardens,
the Sorbonne, etc. we walked to the Arc of Triumpg, and all the museums.

This hotel is rated as four star. The room was not huge, but adequate size.
The closet and bureau with drawers and bathroom were adequate. There was
no outside noise. The air conditioner worked well. The room was clean.
Breakfast buffet had fresh fruits, cereals, yougurts, fresh breads and pastries,
eggs, cheese, some meats, coffee machines. It was fine.

The price we paid was lower than many other four star hotels in more
Luxurious neighborhoods. It was a verybreasonable price for Paris.

Overall, it was a positive experience.

Loved this hotel! It's very unassuming but once you walk in, it's beautiful and has its own signature fragrance. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, shopping, tourist spots, laundry, etc.
