Some of the front of house staff were very helpful and friendly however some are not?
We booked two rooms one of which was very clean and restocked daily however the other room especially the bathroom could have done with a deep clean. The shower head and unit in particular Our towels were not refreshed during our stay or water replenished. I feel for the cost of room £300 a night is pretty poor.

Beautiful hotel, great location, really comfortable bed. My only negative experience was with the staff member who was taking care of breakfast. I ordered eggs as is completely normal offering for breakfast, she was so inconvenienced by my request, rolled her eyes & sighed when o dared to ask. my family of four really enjoyed the Hotel Panache, the design and ambiance of the hotel was very unique, it was conveniently located, local restaurants were good and the Metro a 5 minute walk, our room on the 7th floor had a nice double and a double sofa bed that was actually 2 single sofa beds, perfectly comfortable for my children, we had a view of the surrounding area, and a golf hole in the room,the hotel has been designed by Dorothée Meilchzon and she has done a fantastic job

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is stylishly decorated in Art Deco style. It was a pleasure to eat in the breakfast room which overlooked the street. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, restaurants and bars. Staff are very helpful & friendly and a good breakfast selection. The hotel is very clean and our bedroom and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned every day. We stayed in a classic room. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated. The room and bathroom were quite small (as to be expected) but it was well equipped and comfortable. The only improvement would be to provide larger and firmer pillows.

We had a lovely stay. The room was small but that's Paris for you and we were hardly in. Room was nicely designed but some areas needed touching up with paint. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had a lovely balcony. The plumbing from above was rather noisy but it's an old building. Location was great. Staff all friendly. All in all, a good hotel and we'd stay again.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Panache!!!

We had a really pleasant stay! Good location. The buffet breakfast is very tasty. Everyone at the front desk was very patient and helpful, especially Quinton. Because of the massive strike going on and public transportation being down, he help us with detailed directions/mapping to walk around on foot. He even walked me through on my first time using Uber and helped me with registering the Louvre visit, etc. We are very grateful to him. They turned our problematic situation into a very memorable experience.

I loved everything about this property! My family of four stayed 7 nights here. The hotel is small but packs a punch. Very chic and trendy. The rooms are surprisingly large for a European boutique hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with directions, reservations, advice, etc. The restaurant Panache Cafe also puts out amazing food and wine. If you want to stay in the middle of Paris, and feel like you are a Parisian definitely choose Hotel Panache! We will return.

I really loved my stay at Hotel Panache.
I love walking around the city and Hotel Panache's location was super convenient, I felt like we were always only a 20 minute or less walk from all of our destinations. There were some markets close by, and cafes around every corner. There was also a Metro stop super close by. The bath products were awesome, hotel design was gorgeous as expected, and they were even able to accommodate my request for a balcony which I was thrilled about. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Paris and recommend this hotel to friends.

Great central location, good and comfortable size room and friendly staff. Only minor complaint we had was the shower. There was no shower curtain so the floor around the tub would get wet. Also, the curtains on the windows were completely sheer so we had to cover them with towels. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Decent Hotel - great location

This is a great hotel with just a few service quirks to work out such as the schedule for housekeeping and the check-out process. It suffices to say that you should make sure you keep your own record of what you have taken from the mini-bar and get a clear picture of the “incidental charges” before you check-in.

The hotel really is quite charming though and the rooms are spacious by Parisian standards. The location also cannot be beaten, you get an authentic Parisian vibe and you will be spoilt for choices in terms of nearby bars and restaurants.

We were very pleased with this quaint hotel. Room was small but super comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. Charming and a great deal

Super nice staff, cute building, good location. Yes, the rooms are small, but it is France. Yes, the rooms are not sound-proof, but it is an old building. We paid a super reasonable rate, got a nice small room on an upper floor with two little balconies overlooking the main streets. It was perfect.

Hotel Panache is amazing, Clean room, comfy bed, fantastic shower (yay, water pressure!) and products. Warm, fluffy towels! Friendly and accommodating staff at breakfast (where they played David Bowie - it was perfect) and at the desk (where they allowed me to pause and charge my phone even after check-out). And speaking of breakfast - this is no \"petite\" dejeuner! They go all out and it is all so tasty.
I look forward to staying with Hotel Panache again. My 11 yo son agrees. He LOVES the postcards in the room and the fortune cookies. Great touch.

Nice hotel ! Excellent location. Staff is very nice and friendly. Very practical for the tourist for a weekend stay, However , the room is very small for 3 people. Poor sound proofing and could hear a lot of noise during the night.

Another great stay at Panache

Always a great stay at Panache. I didn’t love the room my first night (201) for it’s back of building position, and the bathroom in 502 was really tight for a double. Overall I think it’s great value and neighborhood.

Artful and function design, great location

I loved my stay here. The 24/7 check-in was just what I needed, however, more importantly the room, staff and location were great. The room was realistically represented on hotels.com - quaint and beautiful for what it was (a reasonably priced room perfectly situated in Paris).

Artfully designed with interesting patterns and calming colors, the layout made excellent use of a small space. Ideal for one person but doable for 2 if you don't mind close quarters. Mainly because of the bathroom. Outside of the tub/shower there is enough standing room for one person at a time, pretty much. So, getting ready for the day would require only one person the bathroom at time. However, the room has ample closet space and lots of mirrors. Again, brilliant use of space - beautiful and highly functional.

My favorite part, opening the terrace doors and hearing the sounds from the Paris streets.

I came to Paris not having practiced my French for years and the staff was very patient with my French (lack of) and the speak fluent English anyway.

Stunning hotel in city centre

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is too narrow for me.

Ok hotel; great location.

This might be a great hotel for one person travelling alone. Our room was very, very tight for two, and there was only a tiny crawl-in sized attic-closet, and no other place for storing clothes, at all. Some of the staff people at Hotel Panache are very charming, delightful, warm and helpful; some, seems bored and not especially welcoming. The area and location are fantastic: close Metro, great restaurants and shops, bars and cafés, the Folies Bergeres right down the end of the street, easy to walk to the Marais, République, etc. We've probably been spoiled by using a lot of Home Aways and Air B&B's of late, but being able to unpack your suitcase is a great comfort. Perhaps some rooms at Panache enable this, but for us, room 602 felt very cramped, just for the basics, like getting dressed, finding your clothes in two individuals' suitcases.

Super cute and trendy hotel in a very convenient and happening part of Paris! Across the street from Boullion Chartier restuarant, which is a designated French historic monument. A 10-15 walk to the Louvre and Opera, and has several charming restuarants nearby. Service was exceptional as hotel staff greeted us and fought over giving the best restuarant & entertainment recommendations. Lobby has modern retro design and hotel has been updated throughout to match. Please note the as this is historic hotel the rooms(as most in Paris) are quite small, but very comfortable & cozy! Important to also note that 4 stars in Paris are more like 3 stars at every where we stayed. We stayed at several places in Paris, but this as one of our favorites.

Four days in Paris

I spent four days in Paris and chose Panache for its beautiful style. The hotel is located just down the street from the metro and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the building, so it’s very accessible to public transport. Also walkable to the Galleries Lafayette. The room was small for a single person, however the bed was large and very comfortable. All amenities were clean and the shower was great.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely and stylish hotel that I felt very safe in.

This hotel will put your life at risk.

Two nights at 1AM and 2AM the fire alarm went off due to a \"smoking guest\" and the fire department came. The staff refused to address the situation and continues to put all the guests of the hotel at risk. Several guests refused to return to their rooms because the staff could not confirm whether we were safe. It was absolutely unbelievable. Unbelievable. Unbelievable.

Very nice!!

We really liked the area around the hotel. I recommend to choose a room with balcony! The interior design was nice and the room felt fresh. However, I can’t recommend the breakfast which was expensive and not so much to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

Close to the centre but small rooms

Although the rooms are clean and comfortable they are small. We booked a double, but appear to have been given one identical to the single shown on their website. It’s a good value for money/no frills hotel for people who want to be close to the main attractions. This does mean it can be quite loud in the evenings.

Adorable and Well Located Hotel

Fantastic hotel - clean, top notch location to stay for business (near many easy metro lines), or pleasure, with lots of good restaurants, shops, people watching, etc. Seems like the hotel was recently redone, all of the furniture and the fixtures are very nice, new, and well kept. Adorable restaurant attached for coffee and pastries in the morning. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommended - will definitely be staying here in the future!

Cute boutique hotel vibe

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in a single room. Very small space but the interior was very cute and clean. I really liked how the bathroom was clean especially he shower booth was not too small. Their ammendities are at good quality as well.
The hotel closes the main entrance at midnight for safety, so you have to ring a bell. The staffs are friendly and helping, so no worries. Great location also. Super close to the subway station and lots of restaurants around the neighbor. If you don’t mind the small space, it’s great value for what it is and I am giving this hotel 4 stars! One thing is that they don’t provide any bath robe or indoor slides(slippers). Bring yours.

Simply the best

I've stayed at this hotel before and wrote a very good review of it: it delivers an exceptional level of comfort and amenities for the price (if people want the 5 star \"luxe\" of a fancy hotel, they should pay a lot more money and stay at one of those rather than complain about The Panache).

The reason I think that The Panache is worth praising again is simple: we turned up with a medical emergency on arrival, and the staff went out of their way to both help try to resolve it with practical suggestions and make our trip as smooth and comfortable as possible. That was priceless. When things go very wrong you discover who is wonderful, and The Panache were wonderful during a truly horrible time.

I recommended them before this trip to people. After this trip, I don't feel that I could ever praise them enough. This Hôtel and the wonderful staff that work there are truly amazing.

Excellent - highly recommend

Good location. Really friendly staff. The room was good size - very clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early which is always a plus! I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Only downside was the size of the lift - very small, so could be difficult if you had large luggage. There is a staircase but it would depend on which floor your room was (there are 7 floors!)
