After having had our flight cancelled at the airport and the need to find accommodation quickly our nightmare of a day turned out to be the best aa we found what can only be discribed as a hidden gem of a boutique hotel, the Filigrane is stunning. Staff were so helpful, rooms were faultless and breakfast didnt disappoint, the best croissants we've ever tasted. After arriving late we decided to explore, literaly 3 mins walk to the end of the street snd there was everything we could have wished for. Lovely bars and restaurants, following day got even better, 10 mins to the Opera house, amazing shopping , literally everything to explore Paris. We will most definitely return to this hotel, we unfortunately didnt have time to enjoy the pool and spa, gutted!!.. apparently the beautiful decor of the hotel had only recently been done, bathroom and bedroom didnt disappoint, lovely big shower, cant wait to return, its a gem!

Lovely welcome from Yuri. Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. The room was well appointed and clean. Loved the coffee/tea options along with robes & slippers. The location was very convenient. The spa was lovely although it was not easy to reserve the pool as they allow non hotel guests to use the facilities which is a negative. Would definitely stay again!

The nicest hotel experience I have had in years. Fantastically located within walking distance to so much. The staff were excellent. Room 702 was exceptional with a private small balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. While small the room was so well equipped. We were provided robes and slippers. The bathroom was SPOTLESS!

Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, noisy neighbourhood

Very nice hotel , great amenities.
We enjoyed the private spa and the cozy room with balcony. BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am.
The mattress was also a little on the soft side.
I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

Beautiful Little Hotel

We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else was only a short metro ride away.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They happily provided ice for our drinks in the evenings, and we appreciated being able to connect our Netflix account to the TV in our room. The rooms were small but very clean, which we understand is normal for Paris.

One of the highlights was the private pool area. Each day we could book a time slot for the small pool in its own room, with a steam room and sauna just outside, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for the great location, friendly service, and relaxing amenities.

Everything was so perfect!!
The location was ideal. Super close to cafe and dinning out. The subway was a minute walk away, which can take you directly to the Eiffel Tower. 10 mins walk to Gallery Lafitte. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a win win. Don’t hesitate to book!!

The staff was so helpful and kind. We landed quite early and although check in was at 3, they let us into our room by noon. As we were leaving for dinner they offered us umbrellas due to the weather. They obliged us with a late check out and help arranged cabs to the train station. Not to mention the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a perfect location

The hotel was beautiful remodeled at the beginning of the year and was absolutely beautiful! Victor, Ryan and Iurii were so amazing, the best hospitality, so kind and helpful! Victor printed out directions and walked me through how to use the metro. Great option for a solo traveler!

It’s a very charming boutique hotel. The rooms are very small. On the way to the bathroom there wasn’t enough space between the bed and the bathroom entry. I would always hit my son’s feet while going to the restroom. Another flaw on this property was the elevator. It took forever to come. Fortunately, we were on level 2. We always used the stairways. Cute but would expect more.

The hotels spa and pool were amazing breaks from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff was great minus the house keepers who took our towels that were on the floor but did not provide any fresh towels. When we called the front desk they sent an individual up but all the hotel apparently had were hand towels (lovely). We also ordered a bottle of wine; however, we were not given a bottle opener. Overall, the staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are comfortable with a fantastic shower

This is a beautiful, new boutique hotel. Location is good and design is great, even has that new-car-smell. There is no room service, the views from the rooms themselves are not reflected in the pics online, and the “deluxe balcony room” isn’t a balcony (it was a small ledge with enough room to fit a stool).

The service team, Uri and Dino in particular, were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. Uri offered to upgrade the room to a “terrace” since it was mis-pictured on Expedia’s site and Dino was super.

We would return to this hotel.

This is an amazing hotel with lots of attention to detail. The spa is a great addition and an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking in Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute. Great shower. Balcony was smaller than expected but still enough space to have a glass of wine or a coffee on. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel was perfect for our night in Paris. It was by far the most comfortable bed, the darkest shades and coolest Air Conditioning that we had our entire week of traveling!
Would highly recommend this great mid priced hotel for couples or solo travelers. Rooms are not huge but we did have a balcony! Was very comfortable and staff friendly and accommodating! Would stay again!

Excellent property, albeit small (but well appointed) rooms. Balcony was a real plus, as was 24-hour access to coffee and a really nice breakfast buffet the swimming pool and sauna in the basement are also really good amenity. Super well located in an excellent neighborhood, one of the oldest covered passages in Paris is right next door with lots of charming restaurants and cafes.

Location is excellent, beautiful interieur, Nice staff at reception and breakfast was good. Only down sides; rooms are pretty small and it was really warm. Opening a window is noisy unfortunately. Swimming pool is nice but very small so do not expect a real proper sein. Would come again, mainly because of location and style!
