The drain in the shower was not working. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights we couldn’t take decent showers. The water goes down the drain very slowly, causing overflows to the bathroom floor. We had to take many pauses during the shower to allow the water to go down, so that the bathroom don’t get totally flooded. We spoke to the concierge after the first night. The concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they couldn’t resolve the issue as the plumber was not working that day.

Overall the hotel is good quality with very nice staff, but the issue with the shower drain really soured the experience.

We had a twin bed room and it was surprisingly a good size. We liked that the windows opened to the fresh air. The room was cute bathroom had great water pressure. The complementary coffee tea and cold water were convenient. The location was steps away from pastry shops. Cafes and other nicer dinner options. The metro was also 2 blocks away. Very pleased with property and stay.

Bed was too big for a small room. Difficult to maneuver around and made getting to bathroom annoying.
Tub was stopped up for my first use but very kind maid fixed it for me and was fine thereafter.

Delightful! Everything about our stay at this Ibis Hotel exceeded expectations. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a large chain. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast Buffet was amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Complimentary hot beverages throughout the day.
As my check-out was very early and had to miss breakfast, the staff packed a light breakfast for me.

We saw a total of 4 roaches in our bathroom for the three night stay. Management agreed to give us a new room but never bothered to follow-up. During our checkout, we were told it could be worse with rats such as in other hotels. Saying this didn’t exactly help us for future stays.

There was no shower stall so every time you took a shower using the handheld sprayer the entire bathroom got soaking wet. Water even made its way into the bedroom next to my bed. Terrible design.

This place was in a great location, with a bunch of cafes on the same street. There was a metro stop just a short walk away. The room itself was small and didn't have a ton of character, but it worked for what we needed, and was clean. The front desk always had someone there and I liked how they had a water fill station and bottles to borrow.

Fantastic Hotel, Great service, Awesome Facilities. Every details was thought about at the Ibis Paris Grand Boulevards. They even had a water fountain that served sparkling water for you to fill your bottles - a big saving when travelling as you go through so much water and have to buy it all. The breakfast was great, the staff so helpful - a travellers every need was anticipated. They even had a fridge of heat and eat food if you came in late. Far from a budget feel - it felt homey and you felt cared about. One of the best economical hotels I’ve used!

Really friendly staff which were extremely helpful. They also made our experience much easier by translating to English (we did try a little French but very rusty!). The breakfast was superb with a good range of food and drinks. The hotel room itself was great. Lovely views of the street below with a double opening window. Air conditioning worked very well to keep us cool. Staff seemed to clean the room daily, giving us fresh sheets and towels each day. Thank you to all hotel staff and cleaners for a great stay!

Such a great location - easy to get to lots of metro stations on different lines and walking distance from Gard du Nord. Staff really friendly and helpful. Our room had a double aspect and it was so lovely to open the windows of an evening and hear the sounds of the street cafes. Really effective windows at keeping the sound out when it was time to sleep!

Breakfast has the same menu options. We stayed for 6 nights. They had apples that were rotten. It is better to not have apples rather than having apples that are rotten.
Includes some bananas. They are cheap.
The flap board under the shower kept falling down. Water was leaking from the shower into the bathroom floor.
A very poor experience. Some staff members were helpful while others were not.
There is no safety box in the room. For the amount charged, they should include a safety box in the room instead of asking us to use the community office room with safety boxes on the first floor.

The hotel is located in a lovely area of Paris with lots of small shops and plenty of places to eat/buy food and drink. There are metro stations nearby and it is only a 20 min walk to the Sacre Coeur. The breakfast was superb and the beds very comfortable. There were some renovations going on at the time of our visit but we were not affected by this at all.

We liked the location of the property. 15 min walk to Gare de Nord train station and 10 min walk to the Opera House to pick up our Big Bus Tour. The air conditioning was a bonus in the super hot summer. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English and humoured me with my attempts at French! I would highly recommend it.

Safe, convenient, and local location

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Internet was blazing fast, which was important because I was doing some work too. The area was very safe during the day and late at night. I even saw women walking around at 4 or 5 am by themselves. My Uber rides to all attractions were all less than 10 minutes. This is my second trip to Paris, and I got to experience the city more like a local this time. Only issue was coming home at 4 am one morning and there was no one at the front to open the door for me. I banged on the door and door bell for about 15 minutes before someone finally opened the door for me :(. Not a problem if you aren’t a night owl like me

All the reviews we read said Paris hotel rooms were tiny so we were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room (605). It was really clean apart from a bit of staining on the grout in the shower. A bit warm to sleep in for me but as menopausal no change there. My husband slept really well and snored ALL night to prove it!!! The staff were all lovely and the area has a lot of eating places near by . The Capri a nice Italian restaurant up 2nd street to left , It doesn't look much and is tiny but the food is worth trying and not expensive. Have a ball we did.

Fantastic location for a short trip to Paris. Right next to a bustling street packed with bars/bistros/cafes/patisseries. Walking distance (15 mins) from Gare Du Nord. The roomsa re a bit dated and our Air Con didnt work which made it less pleasant but we didnt spend much time in the room anyway.

Amazing & Safe location even in dead of night. Lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes nearby. 10-15 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Opera. Near to all major attractions. We walked to nearby places and mostly used taxi which was between 6 Euros to 14 Euros even to bit far places like La Defense. Small grocery shop nearby to pick water, beers, juices, chips etc. at the dead of the night. Easy to access from CDG airport - night bus goes till Opera. Need to use room key card in lift to access floors which is plus point for safety. Room & bathroom was quite spacious unlike other Paris hotels. Good AC.

The 24 hour bar is a joke. No bartender and reception don’t have basic knowledge of pegs or drinks.
Reception not aware on the transport mode to airport; not aware of night bus to CDG which we found in internet. Taxi booked via reception demanded extra Euro 7 for advance booking which we weren’t told by reception earlier. Better breakfast in the cafés next to the hotel. Don’t know if this is reception fault or typical French acceptable culture but a bit irritating that others jump the queue to speak with reception during checking in process and the reception also freely speak with others, attend calls etc. Lift wasn’t working one day and we had to climb to 6th floor. The passageway ceiling at low height.

Overall we liked the hotel in spite of shortcomings and will probably stay in the hotel again unless we find a better hotel at these rates.

I stayed here for two nights on a solo break in a single room. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and helpful, all of whom spoke English. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillow less so. The neighbourhood wasn't particularly special, but was in close proximity to a number of Metro stations and the Grands Boulevards. I didn't sample breakfast, but at €10.50 it was probably worth a point.

O anuncio informa que o quarto possui ar condicionado. Ao chegar no quarto, o comando do ar condicionado estava desabilitado e o equipamento desligado. Com as janelas fechadas a falta de ar e o calor fizeram a experiência ser a pior possível. Apesar de ser inverno, no primeiro dia estava relativamente quente e acordei todo suado. Ao reclamar na recepção, fui informado que o hotel estava no modo inverno, onde os climqtizadorea são desabilitados. O recepcionista, gentilmente, me cedeu um pequeno ventilador. Reclamei com a gerente, no checkout, que ficou de verificar a possibilidade de me recompensar pelo ocorrido. Até o momento não recebi nenhuma forma de comoensação. Me sinto lesado, por reservar um quarto climatizável e receber um quarto onde não é possível fazer o controle de temperatura, ficando abafado e quente. O café da manhã é muito bom, assim como a localização. Roupas de cama e toalhas novos. A TV é bem pequena e o quarto também, mas esrava tudo muito limpo.
