Fantastic budget stay in Paris

Exceptional service. Every member of staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean and well kept. Bed on the firmer side, but was no issue for me. Room very compact, but was soundproofed very well from street noise. Slightly less soundproofed between rooms and outside corridor, but overall exceptional value for money!

I had a really enjoyable stay at Maxim Folies. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff were friendly, and the room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and I was happy with most aspects of the stay. The only downside was the soundproofing — we could hear quite a bit of noise from the room above us, which was a little disruptive at times. That aside, I’d still recommend this hotel and would consider staying again.

Perfect place to stay on a visit to Paris! Located right near Galeries Lafayette and the Montmarte, within a few minutes' walk to everything of note in the historical centre of the city, this is a charming boutique hotel with the nicest staff imaginable. The staff at reception were very helpful (especially, Matias) and accommodating and the rooms were with beautiful balcony and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here again if we ever are in Paris.

The most perfect hotel for Paris. In a great area, very clean, relaxing and the staff were so incredibly generous and helpful - willing to go out of their way to assist with any needs. It was the last stop on our trip so we needed to organise a number of things to send home and transfers, and they made the whole process very easy. A lovely stay

A lovely stay at Hotel Maxim Folies, great location that is between the Gare du Nord and the central attractions being a short journey away. Making for a quieter area with some great local restaurants and a view of the Folies Bergere from our window. Room had nice décor and very clean, small issue of noise from the sister hotel across the street having scaffolding put up during our stay but understand this is a temporary issue and it did not detract from our experience as we were out most of the day when work was being carried out.

This is my second time staying here. Ideally located if you want to explore. Great friendly staff, especially Deborah at the desk and the very patient lady at breakfast, which is excellent! Room is tiny of course but has all the amenities ex ept perhaps a safe big enough for a laptop. I cant think of a better quality for the price in the area. Amd try La Comete nearby, excellent food.

Great hotel and location. 5 minutes walk to metro. We are a family of four so had a room with sofa bed and a double bed. Although cramped for space, as you would expect that in city centre, it served the purpose. Room and the hotel was very clean with friendly staff at reception and breakfast lounge. We just completed a 6 day stay at Maxim Folies. Great location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Room size small but typical I think for a European hotel and the space was well planned. Great breakfast and the reception staff was helpful with suggestions for restaurants.
I would definitely stay here again!
