We had a nice stay. The hotel is small but that’s Paris. There is lots of construction on the street and they start making noise very early…like 6:35 am one morning…..we would love a small shelve to put our toiletries in the bathroom, right now there is no option for that. The location is perfect…easy walk to any where, lots of restaurants around….the metro is right there…overall good stay….

The location of this place is amazing! Room is reasonable sized for Parisian hotel. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The main problem I had were issues of the upkeep of the facility… i.e. broken power socket and walk corner stick… I did report but no repair on time… The minor issues are like Chouchou bar across the street can be loud after midnight if you have street room… Overall above average place but still need improvement.

I would’ve loved to have given an overall better rating for this property but there were a few things that let it down. Some areas definitely need renovating, eg carpets in corridors looking a bit dirty/tired, also pattern on them a bit crazy safety wise! The lift was the smallest I’d ever come across to the extent that it was ridiculous. The room was pretty small but that didn’t bother us as we only stayed for one night. The bathroom was the tiniest I’d ever had in a hotel my whole life. It was ok, cleanliness wise but I felt so claustrophobic and my daughter couldn’t even bear to shower ! These negative points were counterbalanced a bit by the convenient location being just a 2 minute walk from Galleries Lafayette and so many shops/eateries. Transport links here were also good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and a major plus was the limitless free water and coffee in the reception. Breakfast was ok, and glad to see some gluten free things. It was very basic though but couldn’t complain as wasn’t much extra for us and the coffee was great! Overall, not bad at all if you don’t mind tiny rooms!

We were booked elsewhere in an area that felt unsafe for 2 girls to be walking around alone. We booked this hotel for the same day arrival and was very happy with the service, rooms and area! Its in the perfect location walking distance to so many restaurants. Room was small BUT so comfortable! Its was perfect for us. Beds were unbelievably soft and we slept like babies! Staff were pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

The staff was very kind and helpful, even with the evident language barrier, they made their best efforts to help and understand. The location was very centric, about 5 minutes from a central metro station and about a 20 minute walk from other mayor attractions like the Jardins de Tuileries and the Louvre. It also has a lot of awesome restaurants nearby, including the restaurant next door called Autour du Yangtse, a more chill place called La Brigade, and many other great places.

The elevator and hallway are very small, one suitcase and one person at a time. bathroom is almost very small, it could use few extra hooks for towels. But overall a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Great location, close to the Metro and with lots of shops and restaurants very close by. Good breakfast selection and the cake and sweet station was a nice touch when returning in the afternoon. Rooms and bathrooms are compact but very nicely decorated and we had a great sleep throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Paris!

Hotel was perfect. I traveled with my little son (1,5). Baby cot was ready in room, i was offered even bottle warmer free of charge. Room was comfortable, nice and clean. I liked also design of hotel, it was very calming, natural colours, greenery in lobby. Really nice. We arrived before time of check in but we were imediately offered to make coffee or take something to drink as the maschines are free to use during whole stay. Just perfect. The biggest plus were the staff. Receptionists, breakfast service or cleaning chambermaids all were incredibly kind and helpfull always with smile on their face whatever we needed. I would stay here again, and would recommend the slightly larger room (not the smallest) unless you are a small person or traveling alone. Great location on a quieter side street. The hotel is extremely well located in Opera area. The overall hotel is very clean. The room with two twin beds with a shower & WC is very compact in size, but nevertheless have all the essentials (shower & hair wash gel, towels, hair dryer, kettle). Hotel is opposite to a bar so could get noisy in the evening but doesn't bother me. All in all good value and I would recommend.

Rooms and elevator are claustrophobically small. You are literally sitting on the toilet and touching the sink and the wall next to you because there is no room. There wasn’t enough room to even place our luggages so they were kind enough to give me an upgrade to a slightly bigger room. But the room had a lot of issues - the shower head was broken, the door knobs of the shower were broken and it was visibly molded at the top of the bathroom. My allergies were also quite severe in this room.

This hotel is a great choice if you want to explore Paris - it’s located near the Grands Magasins and Palais Garnier, and the metro stop is right around the corner. Unfortunately, there were construction works in the building next door so at 8 every day during my stay, I was woken by incredibly loud drilling that seemed like it was occurring on the wall of the room I was staying in. The hotel, and Expedia, should inform of this, especially when considering there was no price reduction for this inconvience (noting nothing opens until 10 or 11 am so you are left with little to do for hours). Once the construction work finishes though, I would recommend as the amenities were great as were the staff.

The hotel is located around around the corner of the Opera House and a 5 minute walk to Galerie Lafayette. It is 15 minutes walk to the Louvre. The location is perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is friendly. Free water, coffee and tea in reception. Two things to be aware of: 1. small, simple room and tiny bathroom (you get what you pay for) and 2. Across the street from hotel is a popular restaurant with people on street. The restaurant closes at midnight so noise is not a problem if you are in the front. I plan to stay there again given the price, location, and service.

Thai property is just what you need if you want to be dropped in the center of Paris. Great walking neighborhood with restaurants and clubs on the same street. There is a breakfast offered daily for a small charge. Coffee and tea are included for everyone and in room. There are no luxury amenities like spa or gym if you need that. It’s very clean, friendly staff and easy check in. I will come again.

Shower was surprisingly large, the bathroom and the room, too. European hotels can be small. Chain hotels might have bigger rooms and hallways, but this small hotel had personal, welcoming touches. Cold water for drinking, coffee, hot chocolate, tea always available. Convenient, simple tasty breakfast of croissants, sweets, muesli, eggs and ham/bacon. Professional, friendly staff. An elevator—a luxury in buildings; suitable for one person and one suitcase or two people. Amazingly close to metro and Galleries Lafayette. Strolled 20 minutes back from Louvre/ Place de la Concorde along gorgeous city streets with many boutiques and restaurants. It is charming and appears to be new or renovated within the past few years. Hopefully the finishes wear well…with the many guests we saw, they are busy!
