Fantastic experience with this property! It was my family and I’s first trip to Paris and we loved our entire stay here. The staff was so kind and efficient. When we needed assistance, we received it immediately. When we first arrived, we need assistance with going into our room. I contacted the property and before we know it, a staff member immediately arrived to assist. I was absolutely shocked (in a good way) with how prompt they were! I’m not over exaggerating when I say that right when we requested for help, they arrived in less than five minutes.
The whole staff was nothing but helpful and pleasant.

Check-in and check-out is all done online and would say that whilst there is a lot of communication, the directions to entry could be better and also a contact number would be beneficial. We had a superior apartment with 1 bedroom - really spacious for Paris and comfy beds, even the sofa bed. We were provided with a crib for our toddler guest too. Only things to point out, there's some iron grates by the fireplaces which whilst characterful weren't particularly safe for toddlers. The runner on the stairs had a few bumps too so you had to tread carefully (there is a lift though that we used). We did eat at the downstairs restaurant but hadn't realsied that was where we would get the 20% off so that wasn't offered. No room upgrade offered as far as I could tell. Excellent location though and spacey so a good base, particularly for longer stays!

We had a great stay at this place. The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We are very satisfied and will be back to this place again in next trips.

This property was amazing! The space is huge and it felt like we were living in Paris and not just staying in a hotel. The location is perfect. It is on a quite street, but very very close to the Madeline Metro station, the Opera and all the big shopping stores like Galleries Layfette and Printempts. It is literally right down the street! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. Lots and lots of space. It had air conditioning which was HUGE! The space is very moden and had everything we could have wanted included...Nespresso maker, fridge, shampoo/conditioner, comfy bedding and even books to read. Could not recommend this place more!

Our original hotel room was in an area of the hotel that was under construction. Then we had a water leak from our AC unit. The staff were helpful in letting us know next steps for having things addressed and eventually upgraded us to a much nicer suite. I would recommend this hotel.

Cuisine équipée mais je regrette qu’il n’y ait pas des bouteilles d’eau a disposition, ce qui est fait dans les autres hôtels notés 3 étoiles où j’ai pu séjourner. Il y a également beaucoup de poussières, cheveux, notamment sur le tapis dans le salon ainsi que sous le lit principal. Nous avons observé cela du fait qu’on ait un bébé de 15 mois qui rampe partout. Un nettoyage du canapé-lit qui est très taché serait aussi nécessaire, ça ne donne pas envie de l’utiliser, surtout quand on a un bébé.

I expected much more from this property. First we had to get through a restaurant to get to the apartment. The ceilings were very low. The heating was through ac and given that the ceiling was low, it was not confortable the ac.
The bath was very small and was out of the suite. The bathroom from the suite only had a shower and washnasin (spacious) but no toilette. The floor of the apartment was uneven. Location was excellent.

Localização excelente, próximo a metro, RER, pontos turísticos. Na mesma quadra tem um carrefour com tudo que vc precisa (inclusive vinho e comidas prontas). Prédio antigo, mas a acomodação é muito nova, recém reformada com tudo que há de moderno e de qualidade. Cozinha equipada (porém sem temperos), café expresso. Ar condicionado com aquecedor e também uma recepção que vc pode guardar sua bagagem se chegar antes do horário. Cama confortável (diferente de outros que só tinha sofá cama). Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Recomendo demais essa hospedagem.
