The room was very clean with a few exceptions. The fan in the water closet and main bathroom was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The fan in the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom got very humid. The AC didn’t work and we were provided a small fan for the room. The entire building does shimmy when the metro runs, so just an FYI. The room did have a musky smell and the carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced. The check in was fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, quick walk to the metro station or train station. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport and it was on time and only took about 35-40 minutes to arrive.

This hotel is less than a block from Gare St. Lazare so quite convenient for train and subway transportation.
The staff are mostly nice but some can be improved for hospitality.
The rooms are good size for Paris but bathroom is dark, shower door is too short .
The room lighting switches can get a bit confused. The carpet needs to be replaced as it is quite old and bulges in several places.
Daily tea, coffee and supply of water in the room is appreciated .

The room did not feel that luxurious for a 5 star. There was a slight smell of damp in the room and the carpet had some water damage. Water from the shower goes all over the bathroom and into the carpet in the room. The chromecast was not working and didn’t get fixed on our second night either

Distinguished Elegance in Paris

Lovely five-star hotel close to Gare Saint-Lazare. I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend while celebrating her birthday. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade; unexpected but highly appreciated! Our spacious suite came with a comfy sofa, large bed, and all the modern amenities we could have desired. I loved the sophisticated shower and the fancy toilet; certainly a classy environment for daily necessities. In addition to a street-facing balcony, the ceiling above the bed was mirrored, a classy touch that added an extra dimension to the space. Service was always courteous and professional; from obtaining information about laundry service to receiving a new key card all the way through housekeeping, my needs were met and my expectations exceeded. The location is close to transit and shopping with many premiere destinations in walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our world class stay at this property and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a superior stay in Paris.

Property is beautiful and room is very comfortable and nice deco, well lite. The light wiring gets to a weird state which you need to reset here and there.
Not liking the dark entrance in the hallway to the room which seemed like going in a cave.
Location is quite convenient to shops, eateries and transportations.
Checkin/out is very slow for some reason ? It took about 30 minutes for us.
However, staff if very nice.
There is no steam room or sauna room in the hotel itself.

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.

First and foremost, we felt welcome the moment we walked in. Our flight actually arrived a bit early so we emailed this wonderful staff advising them and asked if we could drop off our bags until checkin time. They emailed back quickly and stated they were happy to accommodate. Upon arrival, we were net with Jihad and he offered us a complimentary breakfast while they verified our reservation and was even able to push up our check-in immediately so we could settle in early and start the our first day in Paris! Though we mostly spent our time in the city, each and every morning, late evening, and any random pop-in, we were greeted with the most positive vibes and eagerness to help in any way. Our room view was spectacular, so perfectly clean, and amenities were always prompt. We were across the treat from the main train hub and within walking distance of some of the best street foods and high end shopping. On Valentine's, we were offered 2 champagne rounds in the house while we enjoyed their life music in their elegant courtyard. The way we were treated made us truly feel as of this was our 2nd home away from home.❤️ Next time we visit, this will be the first place we think of to call!

We stayed four nights and got a room with no AC. Also left NO SERVICE DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and housekeeper still came in to do service. The last day of our stay, she knocked while we were in the room when the sign on the door. I opened it and she feigned ignorance but I can't understand why because the do not disturb sign is in both English and in french so there's no language barrier as an excuse. I discovered when I got home to the States that she stole my Dior belt. The staff offered no assistance to make the stay more pleasant after I complained about the hotel and housekeeping invading our privacy. It is not a five star experience. Also we saw a small mouse in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, hotel decor very garish. Common areas are tiny, tiny chairs also. Ridiculous room accessed through its bathroom with a curtain separator. Late evening room service took over an hour from order for margarietta pizza. Lifts been used by staff continuously, so walking up and down 6 flights most of the time. Rubbish from other rooms outside door and in hallways. Very nice staff especially the lady who cleaned our room. Room not made up by 5 p.m. Very expensive hotel. Very oversold for the price. Room key stopped working mid visit. Not enough staff at checkout. A disappointment overall.

And their staff was just fantastic! Right from us getting out of the taxi- met to get our bags , greeted us at the desk and offered drinks and to sit while our paperwork was pulled up. Walked us to our room- beautiful just like the pictures, it was a good size and had great AC because it was unusually hot in Paris that week. Showed us everything the hotel has to offer, and also recommended restaurants and best way to travel to all the sites. Our hotel was perfectly located to easily get to where we needed to go. We felt welcomed and value and will most definitely come stay here again. Thank you everything was perfect!

Visiting Paris? This is the place to stay!

The hotel has stunning elegant decor, the service was amazing from the go and we even got a free upgrade due to it being our anniversary, which was unexpected and a fantastic surprise. Breakfast was only buffet which is a shame. Their menu has order service which looks very good. Purchased a suite to get the free breakfast. There’s no mention of this on the website.

Was also left at reception for 10-15 minutes waiting to check out and leave my bag for work. No bell to get any staff, breakfast staff didn’t appear interested. In the end I called the phone and someone came but refused to serve me. Doesn’t sound like much but for £250 a night and 5* life should be easy.

They did refund my breakfast when I collected my bag which is something

This was not a Five Star Hotel. The rooms where spacious for Paris. However the plumbing in two of our rooms terrible, the showers drains were clogged and water ran into the rooms. The best thing about the hotel was the location, easy walk to different things in the area and public transportation.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. There is a train station in walking distance from the hotel along with a StarBucks . The post office is directly across the street. You can Uber from the hotel to the airport for less than $60.00. Room are clean, i had a balcony and a great view.

It’s a rather modern hotel with interesting design touches. Black out curtains are amazing. Clean. Our room wasn’t ready when arrived even though it was later than checkin time. Waited probably 30 min or so, them explaining they needed to separate the bed (for friends). After we got the room, beds were not separated... :) Also, there is a “detox” station at the bar next to the reception. Those fruit pieces have been in that jar for weeks. Just taste it and you’ll know. I wouldn’t give it a 5 star but definitely not terrible. Location is pretty good!

Treated like royalty in an amazing setting

Modern yet charming, clean, friendly staff, excellent location. From check in to check out the staff created an amazing experience for my wife and I. We felt like royalty, offers of coffee and water as we checked in, spoke perfect English to make check in quick and easy. We were offered a room with an amazing view and were provided with answers to all our questions.(see pic). Located across the street from the Lazare station offers access to the entire city including Versailles. Great cafes all round as well. I typically don't leave reviews but the experience was so amazing I needed to share. Not only do I recommend this hotel I will be booking another staying in the near future

Boutique hotel with very clean rooms. The executive rooms have good size (the rooms in Paris can be very small).
We had an issue with late check-in but they were kind to compensate us.
I highly recommend the hotel. not for couples retreat of spa and so on.
