This hotel was not what we expected based on advertising photos. The photos are very misleading and not anywhere close to what our room looked like. We had a tiny little room that overlooked a square of building walls, it was loud and noisy all night long. Pigeons were right outside the room and probably would have come in if we opened the window. The room was very bare, the bed hard and uncomfortable, the shower looked like it had mold, and the whole place just felt dirty and dingy. Our only interaction with the staff was check in & out, which was fine but they were not very friendly or helpful. The only perk of this hotel is proximity to the train station, otherwise, I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We checked in and were assigned the wrong rooms. I was to be charged tax for 4 nights until I corrected that we were there for one night. There were cockroaches on the lift door and there was no ventilation in the room.
The toilet was flush against the wall so you need to sit sideways.

Front desk staff was very helpful with both my luggage and suggesting a better room that would be more convenient for me. The area is right by St Lazar, which means perfect access to all parts of Paris. I would definitely stay here again

This property was not as pictured. The location is very convenient (literally across the street from the train station) however, the actual hotel is deceiving. The check in is in a lovely little lobby. When your room is assigned, it is actually next door to the lobby. You are given a key to scan in for secure access; however, the rooms are questionable. Outside of my room was AstroTurf type grass in place of carpet. The room was extremely basic and only one working outlet for charging devices (not close to the bed). There was a bistro patio furniture inside the room and the floor looked dirty and worn out. This was an extremely noisy location (both street noise and noise from other building occupants). I would not recommend for families or those traveling for more than a night or two.

first and foremost i would like to thank Gabriel and Amir for an amazing experience! both of them were kind and attentive and made our stay that much better!! this hotel was a hidden gem. outside it doesn’t seem as much, but the rooms were so clean and smelled amazing and ontop of that had amazing cleaning staff who were so helpful. 10/10 thank you so much will definitely come back!

This property was super convenient, right next to St Lazare station and close to cafes, Montemarte, Printemps, Gallery LaFayette…and everything else was only a couple of metro stations away. It was also cheap as chips. The staff were lovely and the bedding was changed daily and the room cleaned (as best as it could be). The room was extremely small though - app. 2 feet around the bed on all sides and that was it. Very hard for 2 people to move around the room. The size would have been ok if there was good storage/somewhere to put our clothes and cases, but there was not. We ended up opening our cases and sliding them under the bed; using them as drawers and pulling them out when needed. We had 3 cases and only 2 fit under the bed - so the room was chaotic after a couple of days.

The biggest plus is it's right across the street from the train station. There is a grocery store- Carrefour, in the station (take the escalator one level down) which is nice. The staff is really friendly and they speak enough English to help you.

This hotel is situated in a great place! You’re pretty much in the centre of Paris and the Louvre is within walking distance as well. Would recommend for a city break! Brilliant staff!

The room was extremely small and it was very difficult for 2 people to put our suitcases somewhere. The floor was carpet and moist. We could not open the window at night as there were too many mosquitos. The location was perfect however and the staff was very helpful.

No A/C. Super loud fan that didn't have power cord long enough to get into closer to the window.
Super short kettle power cord too, so had to place it on the floor to get it running.

Tea, coffee was not refilled as part of the daily service. Some days cleaning service was skipped altogether.

Amazing location. No-frill budget hotel and that’s absolutely fine. Very safe (stayed there with my daughter). Location was the best! A minute walk away from a major train station. Very central. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Everything seemed like a walk away! House keeping is not the best, but a call to reception will sort it! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Chambre refaite, propre, mais un peu petite.
Salle de bain très exigue.
Les parties communes laissent à désirer (moquettes usées avec couleurs dépareillées).
Il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour déjeuner dans un autre hôtel à côté!
Tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour cet hôtel.

La chambre était suffisante pour un petit séjour et pour 1 personnes. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait (gel douche, shampooing, savon, nécessaire pour boissons chaudes…) le lit était confortable et la chambre chaude en cette période glaciale. La réception était serviable et polie.

Chambre peu décente au vu du prix. Une table de jardin en guise de bureau, des cheveux dans le lit, une unique lumière blafarde, des cintres cassés, un ascenseur minuscule, sombre et qui sent la cigarette... Bref rien ne va dans cet hôtel si ce n'est la proximité avec Saint Lazare

客室はきれいとは言えませんでしたがお値段を考えると納得できます。
スタッフはいつも親切で行動に伴っていて大満足です。
特に良かったのはお隣のホテルで朝食をとるのですがホットミールを出来立てで出して下さり、その他パンやコンチネンタルスタイルも新鮮で衝撃を受けました。

フロントの女性スタッフが不親切すぎる。エレベーターの存在を教えず、階段でスーツケースを運んでいるところを、ハウスキーピングに助けられました。
フロントのスタッフはエレベーターの場所を教えなかったのか？と酷く同情されました。

Bon hôtel malgré une organisation un peu particulière : il faut ressortir dehors pour accéder aux chambres (entrée différente entre la réception et les chambres) et le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans l’hôtel voisin
La chambre était malgré tout agréable et peu bruyante mais sans TV en fonctionnement

Merci à la SNCF de permettre la survie de ce type d’établissement. Simplement affreux. Parfum chimique pulvériser à outrance après une nuit passée j’en ressors avec une allergie et dès maux de gorge.
Personnel insupportable … d’un autre temps tout droit sortis d’un film.
