Had a great stay here, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Super safe area, never felt scared or off. Just down the road from a corner that has two restaurants, two bakeries, a pharmacy and corner market. Couple block walk to the opera house and shopping area and super close to the metro. Great hotel and would definitely recommend!

ATN has wonderful front desk managers. Very friendly and willing to help. The only concern is the tub. It has a high ledge to climb over to get into the tub. There is no bars for you to hold onto. It’s a bit hard to manage if you’re of age. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet and and but next to the train station. 2 restaurants on opposite corner for you to enjoy

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and joyful. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It was a plus for us that there was a little fridge as well. Great location near a lot of transportation, and got some shopping done too.

It's right next to the Leman train station one of the big ones in Paris, more quiet area but very walkable. Plenty of restaurants and some good retail mall shopping a block away. Good solid 3 star hotel I would definitely book it again.

I was shocked by this terrible hotel especially as the reviews seemed good. Hotel is tired and shoddy but the horror of the room awaited. Unloved and tired. The advertised mini bar was not working but it had a continual flickering light through its glass door. The room was dirty. Dust and smears on glass everywhere. The bathroom was the worst. A hair in toilet and brown below water line. A big black hair in bathtub. No plug in sink but that was irrelevant as whole sink was blocked and did not drain. An old guest towel outside the window. Thick dust on window ledge. Grey and marked towels one of which had a clump of matted hair still attached. At 3/4 AM guests slamming doors and shouting for about 30 mins. I booked for 3 nights and as I arrived late I had to endure this room for one night and cancelled the following 2. The hotel staff seemed unbothered

The property was clean. Upon arrival the cleaning lady was in the middle of her duties so i saw that there was daily cleaning. The staff was really helpful and the best ive ever experienced so far. The hotel room could use some lite renovation but I was comfortable and felt extremely safe.

Avoid if you can.

We stayed for the Olympic opening ceremony. Dried blood and other stains on the duvet, grimy mouldy bathtub, sticky floors, poor/non-existent WiFi reception, and no flexibility on check out. In fact an awfully rude day check in staff who when we asked about the dried blood suggested that was something we did.

This is my second stay at ATN hotel and it is in a brilliant location for getting around Paris. I have only a couple of gripes with the hotel itself, not the staff. My room the bathtub had “stains” marks that would not come off which was a bit disappointing. The radiator in the bathroom was also broken and the bottom dial was falling off.

However staff are fantastic and helpful, no issues whatsoever. Area around the hotel is ok, it’s 5min walk to st lazare station and you can get around by foot easily enough.

Unwanted wake up call

The staff barging into our room at 1am without knocking and startling us awake was what prompted me to review at all. That leads me to say the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold and the wall by the toilet is covered in feces splatters. At least the beds are comfy

The rooms were beautiful designed with unique wall paper and beautifl lights making it feel modern. Comfy beds, a great tub to lounge in after a long day of walking, 2-3 minutes to a train and metro station with great shopping and a starbucks of course. Friendly staff and someone always manning the desk for late nights back. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was an amazing place, decently sized rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. The only problem that we had was our room was next to their garden, and we had ants inside our room, and the wifi did not reach our room(603). Other then that it was a very nice place to stay and had a good breakfast!

Great hotel overall

This hotel was terrific! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. My room was small but seriously, it's not like I went on vacation to sit in my room all day. So, the size didn't bother me. The location of this hotel is awesome. It's super close to multiple different Metro and bus lines, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also walking distance to a lot of shopping and attractions. If I had to list the best things about this hotel, they would be (in no specific order): location, comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, and safety. I really appreciate that this hotel allows pets on top of all the other great things about it. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I go to Paris in the future.

Great location to Gare St Lazare train by which I arrived. Major multi-line city metro stop adjacent. Short and direct walk to Place d Concord..... beyond if you love a beautiful walk to the points of interest.

I interacted with several different members of the staff, and they were each exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is in a quiet area and we were able to walk to the main areas very easily. Being on the ground floor was convenient but could be a bit noisy. We liked the little garden and the staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The place was really nice. Room had dicent size. Bathroom was really clean. The only thing I did not like was a bad smell that propably came from the floor carpet in the room. It wasn't too much, but it was there.

It was a great hotel honestly perfect placement. Staff was lovely and always welcoming and everything is about the longest 30 min walk everywhere. The hotel is nice and quiet which is nice so you’re away from the noise. The room was super comfortable it gave a sort of loft away from home vibe.

R 104, serves purpose by having a bed but thats it

The hotel is in a good location and served it’s purpose as a place to sleep, but everything else aside from having a bed was quite poor compared to the pictures. We had room 104 so I’m sure they know what’s wrong with this room! The room is tiny, and I mean, no room to move around at all as a couple. Towels and beds weren’t changed daily and they never replenished the shampoo? Wallpaper resembled damp stains in this room, strange choice? But anywho, it’s a bed.

Budget friendly hotel… for late night people I don’t recommend it, its very lonely where its located and late at night is kind of scary to walk.. but close to Metro station, decent room, not that big. The breakfast was a no go… recommend going to pret a manger near the hotel, cheaper and taste better! For the rest is conveniently located

We didn’t know going in that the parking was 35 euros a day, which was better than other prices but we thought it would be free. The room was clean enough, did find a bug or two but it was in the closet. It was in a good location near a train station. The elevator is tiny, we could barely fit two people in there with bags. Other than that, it was worth the price. The beds were decent and the bathroom was clean.

Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. For the price point in Paris over the Christmas holiday season it was excellent. Rooms were small, but average for Paris - it is a very cramped city. It is near Gare St. Lazare, which has one of two automated metro lines meaning we were less affected by the metro strike. Good access to the major sites of the city by e-scooter or bike share as well. Parking was available at a secure garage less than one block away.

Overall outstanding stay. Will return in the future.

Acceptable, but had some complaints during stay

I have low expectations for a business trip hotel. The location is good. Check in and check out was fast. Room was acceptable but had a very firm bed.

But I had a few issues during my stay:
1) No 'do not disturb' option. I had to have housekeepping each day
2) Housekeeping kept putting back the gross unwashed pillows on the bed. See complain #1
2) One day housekeeping left my door open the entire day -- it was open when I returned in the evening. The deadbolt was in the open position and blocking the door from closing. This is a huge no-no. See complain #1 and this is really unacceptable.
3) Fire alarm went off at 7am Saturday morning. I don't think this should reflect poorly on the hotel as they can't control idiots from smoking, but it did take 15 minutes to turn off the alarm.

The open door is the only real major complaint, and perhaps it's a one-off and shouldn't reflect too poorly on the hotel. But overall it could have been a better trip.

I do not know if I'll stay again...

Our stay was short (one night) but everything was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and quiet, the location is good and convenient. The only drawback was the slow wifi (wich is free). I recommend this hotel.

The staff could not be more helpful. This is a great small hotel close to Gare St Lazare, metro and buses. Our flight was cancelled at short notice and the receptionist did his best to help us find information on transport to another airport etc. I would highly recommend it as a well priced hotel in a central area, we were close to Pigalle and Sacre Coeur. Breakfast was really good with hot food (sausages and scrambled egg, toast and boiled eggs) and plenty of choice.

Hotel is in an excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere. Close to the Pigalle. Service was extremely helpful and friendly. Aircon was much needed in August, we took full advantage! Our room overlooked the courtyard so no traffic noise. The decor is a little tired, corners were dusty and we could hear when other rooms were having showers. The mattress was too hard for our preferences and we would be sore in the mornings. But all in all I would recommend this hotel for a short Paris getaway.
