The hotel is beautiful, with charming themed rooms that add a touch of magic to the stay. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the subway, with plenty of great spots nearby for breakfast pastries or dinner. It’s lively but quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The only downsides were the see-through bathroom door and somewhat thin walls. Overall, highly recommend!

Hotel was great. Staff were friendly. Some great places to eat within eyesight of the hotel so I had no need try the hotel food. Room was fresh and clean. Parking is a 10 min walk for those that are driving to the hotel.

It was just as I expected and completely lovely. The gents working reception are complete gentlemen and very fluent in English wishing helped my very broken French. The room was well maintained upon arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast for perfect and the service very attentive and also linguistics.

This is our second time at the hotel, and the staff are always helpful and welcoming.

The rooms are always nice and clean, with good space. If you are a night owl and like to go out, there are good bars and two metro lines nearby for travel. It can be noisy outside but calms down before midnight, so go out and enjoy the night.

It is right next to a Police station, so its always safe. Lots of bakeries around too if you want a snack for your day.

If you want your room cleaned everyday, let the front desk know, as we found on our first day no one came, but its not like the room was messy or dirty anyways, but if you like to have fresh linen every day, just double check, or ask for no cleaning if you don't want anything, they are very helpful staff, and looked after our bags too on our last day after check out.

The only thing I would suggest people to be wary about is the glass bathroom walls and door, if you like privacy as you shower or do your business, then this isn't a place for you.

Staff were amazing. Location is close to metro and lots of places to eat. Rooms abit small but very cosy. Jacuzzi in the room is excellent which is included on the price.

Bigger Spa and jacuzzi in the hotel charge a fee, I feel this should be free for guests on a first come first served basis.

Overall excellent and I would stay there again.

Next to a police station. Everyone was super friendly. We got stuck in the elevator but we’re able to use the jacuzzi for the inexperience. Overall great. The only thing is that I booked this hotel because they Experian said they offered the jacuzzi and sauna. The only issue is that they never said there was an extra cost for the use 30 euro for 30 min in the jacuzzi and 90 for the sauna. The only benefit being that it’s private so you don’t have to share with anyone. Also not advertised on the page. Not their fault because if you check out their website it does say they charge it’s just these third parties don’t tell you. After using the jacuzzi (which has speakers you can connect to your phone) I would say it’s worth the money. A bit more comfier then the one in the room. I would have used the facility more if they weren’t extra costs but the experience and staff were great. I loved it but I would probably book closer to the shopping areas/museums if I had to chose again. We definitely chose this hotel because we thought the price included the amenities. We were too busy to try the breakfast and the drink station at night but it looked good. In any case it was great

The design throughout is superb. Our bedroom and our extraordinarily large round bed were outstanding, as was the large bath with its jet bubbles. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was extremely clean. We were also impressed by the honesty bar and the standard of wines available.

The property is situated in an ideal location walking distance to a lot of local amenities and the Eiffel Tower. There was an American staff member who was extremely helpful and polite. The room we were given was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Overall it was a very nice stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful 24/7 although it is a boutique hotel. It is near eateries that were open late and near the metro station to get to all the touristic sights quickly and within a 10min walk to the big mall Galeries Lafayette to shop.

Booked the Musée D'Orsay room for my parents. They loved the TV that came out of the end of the bed and the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Most of all they raved about the lady and gentleman on the front desk - a warm welcome and a great sense of humour. Comfortable bed in a smallish room (but large rooms in Paris seem to be few and far between!).

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff (who spoke excellent English) were so friendly and helpful upon arrival and welcomed us with a cup of coffee. Our room was all ready for us even though we arrived quite a while before the check-in time. The whole hotel had cool and unique decor and the room was clean and comfortable with a fab jacuzzi bath! It's in a great location, close to Metro stations and bus stops, and walking distance from Moulin Rouge, Montmartre etc. The only downside was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which we knew before booking so I can't mark them down on this, however it mentioned that there was tea/coffee available in the common area but this only seemed to be laid out in the evening (although maybe it was available at other times if you asked) and there was an additional charge for this. Overall we had a great experience and it really helped to make an amazing Paris trip!

Quiet Parisien style.

The hotel is small, but stylish. The staff is excellent and always helpful and polite. The rooms were cleaned regularly and a lot of facilities are fitted into small spaces. I recommend a room with jacuzzi bath, but unfortunately there are no coffee facilities. The staff are able to provide an excellent cup in the lobby. No bar, but drinks and snacks are available in the lobby. Local area is great for Paris access and the staff are always willing to help guide you or find a great bar or restaurant as there are large numbers nearby. Only downside to the hotel is the size of the beds, if you are over 6 feet it's not great at all.

Lovely themed hotel. Great place to stay with a partner. We had an Eiffel tower room - small but beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, atmospheric mood lighting, mini bar with water and juice. The bathroom was mostly open to the room with a spa bath and rainfall shower this was lovely for us if a little embarrassing when going to the toilet (which is just about out of sight of the room but not really closed off). Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Would certainly return and recommend!

Nice pleasant stay - walking distance of key areas

The Secret de Paris is perfectly placed for a stay in Paris. Just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge and lots of different drinking and eating establishments. Walking distance to the Sacré-Cœur and pretty much on a hop-on hop-off bus route making it the ideal base for your stay in Paris. We also walked back from the Eiffel Tower which took us about 45 minutes but a nice leisurely stroll and a chance to see various places along the route back.

The hotel overall is pleasant, the rooms are stylish, the staff are welcoming and helpful. For me the beds were a little hard for my liking and there were no refreshment making facilities for me to have a morning cuppa. They do provide a fridge with fresh juice and water which is complimentary. I would have no hesitation in staying again.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after by the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in an Eiffel Tower room.
It was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The shower area was spotless and the shower itself was refreshing to use at the end of a busy day touring Paris.
The location was prefect for access to the metro, taxis or buses. The Moulin Rouge was close by and the Sacre Coure within walking distance as was the Opera House. Lots of cafe's and places to eat around about.
We had a wonderful time and if we were ever to return I would stay here again.

Away from the busiest Paris roads, this hotel is situated between St Lazare station and Place de Clichy: Montmartre & Sacré Coeur not far to the north-east, and Opéra & big department stores not far to the south. Useful Métro lines & bus quite close. This stylish hotel has themed bedrooms (e.g. Tour Eiffel, Musée d'Orsay). Ours had variable mood lighting, an excellent modern shower room, plentiful towels & bathrobes, a comfortable bed and first-class sound insulation. No restaurant for lunch & dinner, but excellent breakfasts served, with pleasingly wide choice. Staff very friendly and helpful in a relaxed way - offering a complimentary drink on arrival and being informally communicative at all times, with very good English. There are several attractive small restaurants in same street and others nearby, a small supermarket and shops for small filled baguettes etc.

Great little hotel and a perfect location to explore Paris. Liege metro station is a 2 minute walk or 3 minutes and you reach Place De Clichy. Hotel is quiet, well priced and the staff are amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again!

The location is good, not far from subway stations of two different lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even if their English is not as good as native speaker, they still tried their best to communicate with you in English and made you feel warm and welcomed. The size of the room is good, and the room is clean and modern.
