We absolutely loved this hotel. My 14 year old daughter and I had a great time. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Location was convenient to metro and getting everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend for the price.

The room was very small…even by European standards. Could not easily walk around the bed. Toilet was in separate space (within the room) than sink and shower. Breakfasts, was minimal. Did not have ice available all the time and would only give you to or 3 cubes at a time. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

Staying at this hotel will make you tired, stiff, & crabby!
3 days into this stay we requested to cancel the 2nd week as the bed was so uncomfortable & room was hot. We were denied a refund. If you like sleeping on concrete - this mattress is for you. Oct the bldg a/c was turned off & heater on. On the 5th floor, heat rises - this room was HOT - opening the windows meant dealing with street noise & road construction below. Then, party animals in the room next door - complaints from us & other guests took 3 nights to move those people off the floor. The walls between rooms are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING going on thru the walls.
We appreciated the clean room.
The best thing this hotel has going for them is the fabulous staff - the cleaning team is great, honest, & thorough. The front desk, namely Paul & Orealy were wonderful, helpful, & empathetic - absolutely the best. But they can only do what management allows.
If a good night’s rest is important to you or if you have back issues - think twice before booking a non-refundable here

I loved our stay! Everything was as pictured, and it was very comfortable. The rooms are small but that didn’t bother us any. It was a great location, close to St Lazare train station and metro lines. Short walk to the nearest HoHo bus stop. Good food located close by. Laundry facility on the same road (only cost us maybe 20 euros for several loads of laundry). I loved all of it!! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris!!

The hotel is fine and the staff very courteous. On the second of a three day trip the hotel told me that there was no hot water and said that they would switch me to another hotel 2 minutes away walking and they the hotel was better. They said upgrade.

Turns out they it wasn’t 2 minutes away more like 10, received no help moving to the other hotel and it was drizzling and to top it off the room was much smaller than the one I originally had in this hotel which to me was unacceptable. So much so I decided not to stay the last night.

This property is small and quaint. It is very clean and rooms are not overly big just enough space for your stay.
The bathroom was divided, so bathtub and faucet in one area and the toilet in another. This is handy for 2 guest. Be mindful the bathtub is very high, almost knee height for me and stepping in and out requires caution.

I really liked my stay but the pictures are the tiniest bit misleading. Not to say my room didn't look like the pictures but I didn't know how small the hotel was. I do enjoy small and quiet so it worked wonderfully for me. If that might make you uncomfortable than this isn't for you. It's local and the staff are wonderful.

Had a few issues with the room. Namely the air conditioning not working and the room being very hot.

Staff couldn't help at all, aside from offering another room but asking me to pay a top up fee. The room they did offer was much cooler.

The room was very small and not as represented in the photographs. Very dated but clean. The walls photos of the hotel interiors are not representative and we overpaid for our stay. Lesson learned…need to stick with a branded hotel like Hilton or Marriott. Location was so-so.

Everything was very good except the shower very small and complicated to shower plus room very small even hard to move around or opening a suitcase. But the rest was super amazing I forgot the gentleman’s name he was super attentive and speak perfectly English he had explained everything to us about the city like where to go eat or where to visit and even the two young lady that work also very nice very friendly and attentive also. Good hotel for couple days and to go closed by the big mall and city attractions

Our ac unit did not work we reported it at least four times and they went and look they being the front desk one time. We had to sleep with the windows open to get any rest which let in all the city noise bugs and poor air quality into our room. The bed was so old it was very uncomfortable we did not get the upgrades from the vip level we were supposed to get. The hotel has one elevator which malfunctioned and eventually broke while we were there. We were on the third floor and the stairs had such a large dip in the middle of them I almost fell lugging all 4 of our bags down since the elevator was out of commission. I don’t know how Paris rates a four star hotel but I have stayed at the equivalent in a motel 6 in the United State. Very pour experience will never go back please don’t waste your.money.

We had a great stay at Hôtel Elysées Opéra. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. It is pretty small as most hotel rooms in Paris but we appreciated the modern feel and spotless cleaning. It was really a paradise after our prior bad experience in another hotel. Would stay again!

A great boutique hotel in Paris, made extra special by the staff in the hotel who were exceptional. Totally professional, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay more pleasant.
