The room was nice and clean. The service could be improved - bar was closed at times it should have been open, no towels or amenities in the spa, room service never came. It seems like they operate on a very small staff and things don't operate as well as they could, not the staff's fault. For the cost, the service and amenities should be better.

The spa was amazing at LAZ. I was searching for the pwrfect place to take my wife fir her birthday. The location is great close to all the monuments and musems in Paris. The pool and sauna and stram room were all 5 star. The balcony was perfect for late night wine into the morning. The bartenders we amazing and we had an custom cocktail made with egg whites, great way to start the night. Thank you again for an amzing week and looking forward to booking again in the future.

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was outstanding. Very convenient location for metro and rail access. Our room was very comfortable with ample space, closet. It would be even better if they served food in the evening. The spa was ok, but not great.

Hotel was very average for the price. We had a room on the first floor so you could hear the street noise and towels were changed during our stay. The pool was also tiny and no towels provided so had to walk back to our room soaked. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if they did anything to mark the occasion and they didn’t (they sent me a menu of chargeable extras such as a bottle of alcohol added to the room, but I am pregnant so no use to us. Most decent hotels will leave a desert plate, or a card, bit disappointed they did nothing for us!). Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Julian made us some fantastic drinks, the people at the Front Desk were warm annd friendly and our room was very comfortable. We did have one day where our room was not cleaned or resupplied with empty items such as water and tissues, but other than that, everything was amazing!

My hubby and I stayed at Laz Hotel while in Paris celebrating our 10 wedding anniversary.
Everything about this boutique hotel was perfect. The front desk staff were so accommodating, allowed us early check in after traveling 8 plus hours also offered fruits and a place to rest and sleep while we waited for our room. They were also very warm especially Noah(most wonderful person ever) as well the day desk gentleman from Sudan(☺️so sorry I forgot the name) and the night bar attendant.
You guys made our stay so memorable and we will never forget your kindness.

The hotel is perfectly located with most attractions in working distance or a quick Uber ride away.
Can’t wait to return to Paris and definitely nowhere else but Laz Hotel and Spa💕💕

Loved our stay! I booked the hotel for its convenient location as I was running thr marathon in April. The spa was much needed for rest and recovery and it did not disappoint.
The location was ideal, not just for easy access to the Metro but also for getting out and about exploring.
The staff were very helpful, chatty and friendly.
Buffet breakfast had a good selection of food.
Excellent mixologist on the bar too
The bed was comfy and the room we booked had a terrace so we were able to chill out there with a glass of wine of an evening.

My husband and I had a great one week stay. Friendly and super attentive staff. The room was new with everything we needed. A big plus were the spa facilities, including a nice pool and sauna. We really enjoyed the bar at the lobby and had drinks every night before going out to dinner. The area is great with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quite street but very convenient to several train stations.

Mostly decent service except when they dodnt understand a request they ignored it until i called the front desk again to speak to someone who understood english. They make it very difficult to book a massage. Otherwise it was fine.

This hotel offers great value for the price in Paris. However, the quality of the towels and furniture could be improved, and the storage space in the room is almost nonexistent. Adding a pair of comfortable chairs would also be a nice touch. That said, overall, it’s a good hotel for the price.

Lovely hotel but watch your credit card charges

Really nice hotel but since returning the hotel has charged 3 of the 4 cards set up as security with 600, 600 and 150 Euros for no reason despite us prepaying for the rooms. Accept the 150 was for incidentals on one room but no idea why the other 2 rooms were charged.

Our stay at Laz was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to 2 close metro stops. Some great restaurants in the area as well. A cute pool downstairs and the bar staff were lovely when coming back at the end of the night. The rooms were clean, rain head shower is always nice (my husband is 6' 5\"), the bed was very comfy. The AC didn't get as low as I like, so we left the balcony doors slightly open (we were there in Sept) and it was wonderful. Surprisingly very quiet, even with the window open all night. I HIGHLY suggest this hotel for your paris stay!

The overall rating went from Excellent to just Good. Lets start with the positives. The staff is warm and friendly. They will help you with anything you need and assist with any questions getting around the city. The room is great ..very modern and cool. I like the bathroom. A lot roomier than other hotels I've stayed at. They even have free water and a nespresso machine in your room. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable for me at least. Nice and firm but still with a little give. The only con was when i checked out. I booked a room with no breakfast which i believe they have a record of as well. When i checked in the nice young ladyb gave me my key and just simply said the breakfast are between these hours. She never told me whether it was included or not. She didnt reiterate that if i opted for the breakfast that it would be additional. So I went with the assumption that it was available for all guests. So you can imagine my surprise when they gave me the bill where they charged me for it. I trued to explain to the hist Ahmed that it was never made clear whether it was included or not. He simply said that he couldn't take the charges off because the breakfast was consumed. Now I'll take partial blame that i should have asked just to be sure. However I still believe especially upon check in that it should have been made clear. This i feel is dishonest . Im planning on coming to Paris in December on business and was going to stay here but unfortunately not anymore.

We had a great stay here. Staff was amazing. Location is perfect and the price was right! Great deal for a week in Paris. They graciously secured our luggage for us pre check in and post check out for some extra time to walk around. Special shout out to their bartender who make an amazing cocktail for me that I otherwise wouldn’t have ordered.

Can't fault the hotel. Lovely facilities and staff. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and the location was brilliant. Offered short walks, through quiet and beautiful Parisian streets, past an array of bistros and restaurants that offered traditional French and Italian menus, to shops, National Theatre, transport links, Moulin Rouge and much more. We enjoyed our stay at LAZ Hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and kept very clean. The only downside was that we found the mattress to be uncomfortable for side sleepers. It was April, and the heat was on the the building. We found it too hot for comfort, so we slept with the windows open. However, this meant that we were attacked by mosquitos at night and had to deal with the smell of smoking from the courtyard. Despite this, we had a nice stay.
