This was a cozy and charming Parisian hotel in a great location. It was easy to find on a busy street, just one block from the nearest Metro station and two blocks from Saint-Lazare station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. There were plenty of shops nearby to pick up any necessities.

The staff was very polite, and there was always someone available at the front desk 24/7. Our room had all the essentials we needed, including towels, soap, and shampoo. The heater kept the room warm and comfortable, and the beds were cozy.

The hotel’s location was one of its best features, with excellent access to public transportation. The Moulin Rouge was also just two blocks away, which was a fun bonus.

A very short walk from Gare Saint Lazare and the metro, this is a great budget option.

I stayed as a solo traveller for three nights in a single room. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, moisturiser) were provided.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The breakfast was a perfectly functional continental spread - croissants, pain au raisins, ham, cheese, coffee etc. It's not outstanding but I certainly didn't expect it to be and I have zero complaints about it.

The hotel is in a bustling area. I overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet but it would be presumably be louder if you overlooked the road. I felt perfectly safe walking around the area.

Easy check-in, single room was on the ground floor but surprisingly quiet. It was well ventilated (fan in the room) which made it easier to sleep through the night. Room size was decent, not big but just right, with one socket to charge things and a fairly standard shower room. Hotel could do with some repairs and licks of paint but honestly it was really good value for the price paid, which included breakfast.

Awful. Every key card they issued would work once & being on the 6th floor was not ideal. I complained & the receptionist started to try to blame me for their cards not allowing me access!

The food if you’re looking for a croissant & orange juice - this is the place. If you want an actual breakfast especially for the price they charge go elsewhere!!!!

The lift is a big enough for two people & given there are 6 floors is in constant use.

Cute courtyard & the one good thing was the kind lady who served breakfast although her (what I assumed) manager spoke to her like crap in-front of guests.

I stayed for a night as I was returning to the United States the next day.

This hotel is a hidden gem for travelers or people on business. Bed was comfortable so were the pillows. It was clean and warm ( it was quite cold in Paris last night !)

The young man who welcomed me at the reception was wonderful helpful and very kind.
It was so appreciated . When I left this morning early there was a younfg women who was equally welcoming.

The area is perfect ! Bars restaurants shops of any sort .. central Paris and only 5 mins walk from the metro and rer and line 14 that runs throughout the whole city. Soooo convenient !

The next time I come back to my hometown ( am a Parisian ) I will definitely book with them again, I truly think you should book with them too you will not regret it.

Adequate for a short trip, but could be better!

For the recent Olympic summer games, I stayed here for 3 days. The daily room rates were among the cheapest in the area. Every one of the employees that worked the front desk were all very nice and will greet you as you walk by. The location was extremely convenient. The Liège station was very close by where you can catch the 13 Métro line. The Gare Saint-Lazare train station was only a few blocks further south. However, there were a few of drawbacks with my room. The weather was very warm and my room did not have air conditioning. The room did come with a fan to help a little. You can open the window for some cold night air, but bugs will inevitably fly into the room. The restroom was very tiny with everything crammed into a very cramped space! I could not take a shower without my elbows hitting the wall. I could barely sit on the toilet without my knees being up against the wall. The elevator/lift had barely enough room for 2 people without their luggage. Overall, the place was adequate for my short trip. However, if you're a big person, I would look elsewhere.

Liked the closeness to Liège metro station, not far from Place de Clichy métro either. Breakfast choice was adequate. However, the lack of a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee at one own's convince was disappointing. Room was perfectly adequate, bed was comfortable and room facilities were okay. Lots of stairs to negotiate though, both to room (107) and up and downstairs to breakfast room. For a man in his late 60s suffering from arthritis in knees and hip and a respiratory cardiac condition it was a struggle. Other than that, I was happy with the New Hotel, Saint Lizare and would recommend it for those not too fussy and on a budget.

It is a small hotel very well located, just one block from a Metro station and you can go from there to all the main tourist attractions by just traveling 3 or 4 stations.

The shower is very small, but water is nice and with a lot of pressure.

This is a great value property in a very convenient location. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes walking to Gare St Lazarre and several Metro stations. Many restaurants, convenience stores, and other services within a couple blocks. Safe area. Typical continental breakfast buffet to get you going. Rooms and bathrooms are small (this is Europe after all) and there is a bit of a musty smell. But I think that is common in these older cities. I would stay here again for sure.

The room smelt like mould and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet constantly smelled like pee. The basin and bath had ugly marks and clearly need to be refurbished or replaced. There was ONE IRON for the ENTIRE hotel and it would go missing at times and the staff would just say oh well we don’t know where it is. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was just random bread, canned fruit and jam in tubes. Would not recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Check in was easy and friendly staff. Very close to the metro station ‘liege’ so easy to get around Paris. For the price you pay, you will not get a better for value stay. If you just need somewhere to sleep whilst you explore the dirt then this hotel is ideal. For a budget hotel, it was ideal.

However we paid the hotel on arrival for our stay.

Hotel then processed a second payment on the last day of my stay from my card details registered on Hotels.com

Receptionist acknowledged the mistake and informed me the refund would be done the following day when the manager is back.

Still no refund received and hotel are not responding to my emails after nearly 3 weeks.

No wiffi, i asked the person i was communicating with vía whatsapp and they never answered about the wiffi. i asked them if the heater will come on some time. never answered. room supposed to come with breakfast and there was none the 3 mornings we were there. NOTHING!!
one of the pillows provided had MOLD. there was a leak in the bathroom. and the shower head had water coming out from very few holes. which made taking a shower take longer. honestly i was surprised because the few reviews this place had were good.

Nice budget hotel. I had a single room which was servicable and comfortable. Had a twin bed, a tiny private WC with shower, TV, a small desk, and a closet. No AC but had a little fan. I had the breakfast buffet which was fine: cold cuts, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, pain chocolat, fruit, etc. Lift was single person and luggage or 2 person sized, which caused a back-up at peak times. I usually took the stairs so that didn't bother me. Location was 2 min from Liege and 10 min from St Lazare or Place de Clichy stations. Small grocery conveniently across the street.

this hotel is very basic standard. it was clean and tidy and the staff were quite nice. it’s located in montmartre and just a 2 min walk from the metro and a 15 min walk to the opera and 15 mins to the Wall of Love and Moulin Rouge area. conveniently there is also lots of bakeries and also a grocery store right down the street. the hotel is perfectly located. the only downside is the room smelt a little bit. open up the windows for a bit and you’re good to go. would stay here again

I stayed for 4 days in mid July as a single woman. I was given a room on the main floor and it was very hot. No AC. The window faces the courtyard where guests can sit, talk and have a smoke, so it can get loud if you’re trying to sleep. There is no screen, so I had to keep the window open and shift the curtains so that I could maintain privacy while still having a breeze. Given the hot temperature, it was tough to sleep and I had to keep the curtains closed most times for privacy. Because of this, my room was quite dark, which meant the room just served the purpose for rest/shower while exploring the city.

The shower is stand in and no non sense, so you face one direction and wash off. I’m a petite person so I doubt it’d be comfortable for most folks.

There is housekeeping service but no safety box, so keep your valuables stored safely. I don’t believe I had anything taken but I was surprised for a small place like this that they offered housekeeping.

The breakfast starts at 7-9am. Ham, cheese, crossants, other small pastries, coffee, yogurt, tea, cereal and plain milk. It was good.

The front desk reception are nice and helpful.

The location is prime because it is 1 minute away from Liege station and close to other stations. There are other shops, including a convenience store on the street and is nearby a lot of major points of interest.

The hotel is ok for its price, it has a decent breakfast and the location is very good (close to subway/train stations of different lines). Still is about 30 minutes walking to the Louvre Museum or to the d'Orsay Museum (which is nice).

The weak points are the bedroom size (it does not fit nothing besides the bed itself) and the cleanliness that was not that good because it is an old hotel (the carpet and the wallpaper should be replaced)

I liked that the property was really close to the tube station and to some nice restaurants but the property in general is very old. For instance, the bath filled with water and it wouldn't drain immediately, there was not iron table and the room lacked of enough electrical sockets to accommodate 2 people
