The hotel itself was great. There is a metro stop within 5 minutes walking distance, and there are tons of good restaurant options. If you are up for some steps, you are even within walking distance to Montemarte and Sacré-Cœur.

The only negative is that I would not recommend using the airport shuttle service offered. I genuinely feared for my life on the drive back to the airport, my seatbelt was broken, and it was honestly only about $10 cheaper than scheduling an Uber, and an Uber would've been both quicker and safer.

Very nice hotel for location with close walking proximity to Monmarte and the Pigalle train station. The negatives: We were here over end of December and the heat did not work well in the room at all. The hotel staff did not resolve the issue until 3 nights into our stay. Additionally, there is no bathroom storage at all. They should have the sink vanity with drawers for storage. As a result, we were cramped and accidentally broke some of their glasses that they leave you in the bathroom. The Positives: location, comfortable beds, nice

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning and the place could use a little bit of repair. The walls were scuffed, carpet coming up and the front doors were broken and shattered and wouldn’t close, which caused concern for security issues. It was a bit overpriced if I am being honest for what was offered. If they updated theses things I would consider staying again. It is honestly probably a 3 star hotel. The photos online are a bit photoshopped to make it appear nicer.

Okay but want to mention the following:
Our room was tiny, we were given room 112 which should have been for single occupancy, not for a couple. It was so tightly compact you couldn’t even open the wardrobe doors fully as the bed was too long for the room, very claustrophobic.
However, bed was comfy and shower was very good pressure, also good location.

The hotel is very nice, but very small. I wish we could have stayed in a room with a balcony but they said they only have 2 and both rooms were already occupied. I think I would've liked the hotel a lot more if we had a room with a balcony. Only complaint is that the tv didn't have English channels, only 1 news channel was in English and we typically don't want to sit and watch the news on vacation. Other than that everyone was really nice there and the area was close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

This boutique hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was large enough for the three of us (a couple and a teen) though it’s not huge we managed just fine. The hotel is about 5 minute walk from Pigalle metro station, and an uphill but convenient walk to Sacré Coeur. We also walked easily to the shopping area at Galeries Lafayette and the cinema (tip: American/British films are generally shown in English with French subtitles). The area is quite convenient for sightseeing and we were pleased with the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel during our recent trip to Paris. The room was spacious by Parisian standards, with comfortable bedding and a modern, well-equipped bathroom — both of which made our stay extra comfortable. The overall space felt clean, functional, and nicely maintained.

The location was also a highlight: just a short walk from Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge, which made exploring the area super convenient. Despite being close to these lively spots, the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing.

The staff were friendly, professional, and bilingual, which made communication easy and check-in smooth.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room safety box, which unfortunately wasn’t functioning. We mentioned it to the front desk, but as we spent most of our time sightseeing, we didn’t follow up further.

check in was a disaster. not a very personable person at the front desk. told us that we should leave the hotel card at front desk before stepping out. said it was for security incase \ we lose the card. not heard that before in any hotel. we are not 5 years olds. secondly, he said the taxi is going to be 96 euros to go to airport. its only 70 euros everywhere else. and wanted a 32 euro deposit. goodness sake we are hotel guests not some randos off the street. daylight roberry isnt it? On the positive side the rooms were clean and well maintained even though the windows had no sound proofing and could not get any sleep due to street noises thru 2am. good place to stay as a single/couple after a night of drinking (a must).

Maison Pigalle was excellent. Only a short walk to the tube. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even put some macaron in my bedroom on my birthday. The room was a bit small for three people but everything was very stylish and clean. Particularly liked the Clarins shampoo, hand and body washes in the bathroom. Would go again.

The hotel was nice, but we were unable to check in until 4:15pm. We travelled with kids, so we were hoping to checkin at 3pm, which was communicated. Also, we had to leave early to catch a flight (630am) and we couldn’t open the door to leave the hotel, as there was no one at the front desk. We missed our Uber and absorbed late fees. This in my opinion is a safety issue as all guests should be able to leave the hotel freely without a front desk worker opening the door from the inside ( at any hour they may choose).

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for our family of 4. We enjoyed the big windows that allowed good sunshine in. The room was clean and had good coffee and tea. The fridge was not very cold but we didn’t use it much. The hotel was near a lot of delicious restaurants and convenient to walk to all the landmarks.

Beautiful hotel. Favourite in Paris

Have stayed here a few times for work trips. Fantastic hotel. Great staff. Beautifully decorated and designed. The food is great, and I do wish there was room service. Last visit my room was not cleaned but still it was a wonderful stay.

Staying at Maison Pigalle was amazing. The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment around it, as well as metro stations. The room was very nice and clean.

I stayed for a week at the start of February. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also cleaned/refreshed my room daily and there were lovely inclusions in the bathroom such as high end shower gels and shower caps/cotton buds. The room was bigger than expected (I got the cosy room) with modern decor and I appreciated that I could use the heating for however long I needed during the cold February evenings! I plan on another short stay in Paris later this year and will definitely consider coming back here if time/circumstances permit. Highly recommend if anyone wants an elevated stay closer to gare du nord for ease of travel (it’s a 25 minute walk).

Nice Boutique Hotel

Very sweet boutique hotel. At check in they were very nice and stored our bags while we explored. Very close to many shops and cafes. Easy walk to the Pigalle metro station with roller bags. 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were recently renovated and are delightful. Our room had a Juliet balcony which looked onto the street, which is full of lovely old buildings.

We stayed for one night. The location is great. Easy walking distance to the metro and easy to explore Paris from this location. We did the Louvre, Notre D, Champs elysee, arc du T and eifel tower in a day with 2 children.
The hotel room itself was not clean. It smelt old and musty. Not at all fresh. The room was cold amd this impacted my sleep.
Definitely not worth thebprice you pay to stay here. Staff were generally polite espscially the lady at breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is within walking distance to the Metro, the Moulin Rouge Theater, and many restaurants and services. The rooms are not large, and there is little storage for your clothes, which was unexpected, but overall I would stay there again without hesitation.
