Great location. EXCELLENT STAFF! Holy smokes! In particular Davide at the front desk and Sifian made our stay the most wonderful experience. The breakfast food was yummy and everyone working at the Hotel Touraine Opera went above and beyond. My sister and I had a marvellous time. Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff are wonderful! Very friendly and kind staff, lots of free amenities and details such as unlimited water refills, coffee and tea, little sweets and hand sanitizer. They make you feel at home! Would def come back however: if you need to workout, the gym is bad. It is too small, there is no good ventilation and felt like asphyxiation every time we used it. The breakfast is not big enough for the price.

This was a lovely cosy hotel close to several transport links and restaurants. We had lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful. We did not use many of the hotel facilities such as the spa and the free coffees in the lobby as we spent a lot of the time exploring Paris and eating at various local restaurants but I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. The only thing which might be an issue for taller people is the ceiling height/ shower height was a little low to stand up straight but otherwise the rooms were lovely and cosy for a few days in Paris

Great Boutique hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights, great location and made to feel welcome with a hot drink on arrival. Staff friendly, lovely l’Occitane toiletries, nespresso machine and wide selection of tea.
We were on the 5th floor, no problem with the lift. Comfortable room and large bathroom.
Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and local attractions. 10 minute bus from Gare du Nord to hotel.
Had breakfast at the hotel on last day , great value and lots of choice. Complimentary hot drinks anytime and took advantage of the wine service in the lounge area, staff so friendly, warm and helpful we will definitely be back.

Absolutely impressed with this hotel. We booked last minute during the Olympics and were greeted with open arms. It was small but packed a punch. Very clean, modern facilities including a sauna. Incredible breakfast buffet, Which also included things like soya milk and gluten-free, and more fun options for the kids. The staff were very kind to my 2-year-old, and with storing our buggy. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I return to Paris.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris! They offered L’Occitane products for use & the staff was very accommodating. I am so pleased to have picked this during the Olympics! The only thing to let it down was the elevator was out of action. It’s a tall hotel with only 5 rooms on each floor and we were staying on the 5th and 6th floor up a very narrow staircase that when round sharply. The hotel should have warned us before hand

When we first walked into the hotel it seemed a lot smaller than we had imagined, but very nicely decorated to feel somewhere between home and a good hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely as soon as we got there, and gave it a ‘family owned’ vibe that we really enjoyed. The location was great too, especially for visiting the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. We would recommend a nearby cafe called Braun Notes as well, which had a nice atmosphere and good food. We would go back to Hotel Touraine Opéra!

Great room and amenities! I took the room “perfect for a solo traveller” and the bed was more than big enough for two. I enjoyed the special touches like the Occitane products, the flat and sparkling water, the Kusmi tea, the nice big pillows etc. The room was very clean and I have nothing bad to say about it!

the location of the hotel is perfect, easy to go anywhere.
the room itself is very good and comfortable
the only let-down for me is the service at the reception, they are not friendly nor courtesy. we wasn't informed we need to left the key at reception when we go out, and when we can't open our room for twice the duty reception was very grumpy in telling me off we should have left the key. this is very shameful considering every other aspect was good, management should review their reception attitude and improve their customer service

We had a great time at this Hotel. The lady at the reception (I regret I forgot her name), was super friendly and gave an awesome hints about the city and moving around. The Hotel is clean and well located, very close to train stations and the Gare Lazare. The breakfast is decent and they serve the best OJ I ever had in my life... I would totally stay there again.

Nice 3 star hotel close to Montmartre

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here at the Hotel Touraine Opera. There were just a few things (niggles) that I had. We were in room 1 on the ground floor, and as a previous review states, you can hear/slightly feel the metro. This wasn't too much of a disturbance though and it didn't wake me up in the night.
Our heating/air con/thermostat didn't seem to be working so I woke up sweating in the middle of the night and had to open the window which looks out to the middle of the building to the air con machine.
When our room was cleaned each day they didn't tend to refill the milk, and sometimes the coffee/tea. We went across the road and bought some milk as we Brits like tea! and the wooden stirrers for the cups were never changed our whole stay there. They have teaspoons at breakfast so I'm not sure why they don't just use them?
Breakfast was nice but basic - if not included in your package it is quite expensive so it might be better going to a local café for breakfast. It included 3 x cereals, small croissants/pain au chocolat, bread, yoghurt, teas/coffee/orange juice, and some cheeses, bacon and mini sausages. I was quite satisfied with mine but for 16 euros a person is quite expensive.
There looks to be a shelf missing from under the mirror in our bathroom (there is the frame for where a shelf should be)- where it would have been very handy to put our wash bag.
The staff were great and very friendly.

Lovely! Near to 4 metro stations & central Paris!

Would definitely recommend a stay here, and will stay again next time I visit Paris! Excellent location, super close to 4 main metro stations and the Galeries Lafayette department store. Easily walkable to Opera district and straight down that road to the Louvre & the Seine. We had a room that looked over the front of the street onto the gorgeous buildings on the crossroads. Room itself was very comfortable, a little bit warm as hotels always are, but the large windows open fully so it wasn't a problem. Room and bathroom were clean & we had no complaints about the size of the room either. Breakfast was included in our rate but we didn't bother the second morning as it was excruciatingly warm in the basement and the food selection wasn't really what we wanted. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit limited but we didn't go down until 9:30. Overall, 100% would stay here again, thank you!

Such an enjoyable stay

Such an enjoyable stay.
Chose this hotel because of the location and price. Near a host of metro stops, train stations and Roissey bus. Shopping, eating and drinking is all to hand or within a short walk. Staff were all attentive and pleasant, especially the lady at reception in the mornings. Our room on the 6th floor was excellent. Plenty of space, french windows with a view of the streets and rooftops with all decor and facilities in perfect working order. Continental breakfast was as expected, the room was never over full and food was replenished asap by the efficient, busy staff. Bags were kept for us the day we left, until we were able to pick them up.
Can't fault the place. Really liked it and will definitely stay again very soon.

Cosy hotel close to restaurants and shopping

The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival giving a map of the city and asking if there was anything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shops, a metro station and among beautiful architecture (but where in Paris isn't!?) It's also close enough to walk to the Louvre - I'm a walker, however I would suggest using the metro. There's a Lindt chocolate shop just a 10 minute walk away. The room was great for a weekend break, slightly cold but you can adjust the thermostat...the only downside was my view, it said in the description 'city views' but it wasn't - but, I wasn't there to look at the city from a window, so all was well! The breakfast was good, a selection of breads, meats, cereal, hot drinks and juice, I recommend the extra to include breakfast! On my final day, it rained which I hadn't anticipated and they gave me an umbrella to take out - amazingly helpful and convenient!!

Great room marred by super strong smell

I stayed for two days for a business trip. The location was very convenience, within walking distance to Trinité and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette stations on the Metro 12 line, and the bus stops for line 26 and 43. The room was clean, comfortable, the furniture in good condition, bathroom in good condition. There was a kettle for making tea and coffee. The staff was friendly and spoke perfect English.

One minor and one major problem. The minor problem is that the hotel is right next to a very busy Rue de Châteaudun. I could hear traffic even with the window closed on the 5th floor. It didn't bother me at night, but if you're sensitive to noise, you should bring ear plugs.

The major concern and deal-breaker for me was the smell. The cleaning staff seems to use extreme, nuclear, weapons-grade air freshener or fragrance. The entire room had a super strong flower smell. After a day, all of my clothes had that flower smell. I was almost tempted to book another hotel room but I toughened it out since it was just two nights. I would not be able to stand that smell for a long stay. If you are not bothered by super strong flower smell, this may not be an issue for you, but it was for me.

Even though I wanted to like that hotel since the room and staff were great, I will never book this hotel because of the smell.

Only slight niggle, they forgot to top up teabags and milk in the room (but what a bonus they even had tea/coffee facilities) am sure they would have supplied if we asked. We didn't bother, so it wasn't that important. would definitely stay again

Bad start

When we reach hotel, we have been told that hotel is fully booked despite of the fact that we had booked almost a month ago from date of travel. They asked us to stay in some other hotel which was 10 times worse than this one. We were expecting a decent hotel sinilar to the booked hotel, but to our surprise the other hotel was very bad, shady (like a 1900 gangsters house). We were shifted to the hotel after 1st day. Rest of the stay was okay. Location is great.

I spent two nights at this hotel and although its proximity to Train station was nice, the hotel room wasn't what I expected. The room was definitely not as modern as the pictures lead you to believe. The color scheme is the same but definitely not new. The room did have wifi which was nice even though I kept having to log onto it. Staff was nice, again, just an okay hotel.

When I arrived, they had no notice of my booking, I ended up sending them my booking confirmation email. The 1 man plus 2 suitcase size lift had me stuck at the top for several minutes while I waited for the people to answer the emergency bell seen in lifts. We were on the 7th floor and the lift worked intermittently during our visit. So climbing up and down 7 floors wasn't a highlight. Then area itself has nothing open on Sundays, so be prepared. Long walk to and from sites, but very do able for young people such as ourselves.

Apart from the afore mentioned, the hotel room was a decent size, yes the bathroom had a sewer odour, some days worse than others. I don't intend any this sounding overly negative just and accurate report of my visit.

The young lady who was often at reception was truly lovely, coralin- I think her name was. Spoke perfect English, very helpful and friendly each time. She is the hotels greatest asset.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Touraine Opera. The location is perfect — close to cafés, shops, and public transport, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

とにかく立地が最高です。オペラ座、ギャラリーラファイエット、プランタンなど繁華街に近く徒歩で行けます。メトロの駅も近くに複数あります。ホテルの目の前にフランプリというスーパー（コンビニのようなもの）があり、飲み物やちょっとしたものを買いに行くのに便利でした。部屋はコンパクトですが、スーツケース２個は広げることができました。スタッフも感じがよく全体的にかわいらしいホテルでした。

Ett Pittoreskt litet hotell som ligger centralt. Nära till restauranger, sevärdheter och allt man kan önska! Rummen var mysiga och rena, frukosten var utmärkt och personalen och servicen toppenbra! Jag ger hotellet 10 av 10 ✨✨✨

Det var ett mysigt och trevligt hotell. All personal var kanon men främst mannen som hade kväll (dock inget namn) han va välkommnande och trevlig på alla nivåer. Man får hjälp med det man vill. Ligger bra till för att strosa i stan där. Eller att ta sig till alla sevärdheter. Tog tunnelbana och kom fram till allt. Enkelt med ett dags kort som man fyller på och kan åka buss och metro. Hotellet kan hjälpa till vart man ska ordna detta ich hur man ska ta sig vart. Frukost bjöd på det man kan tänka sig. Typiskt fransk om man kan säga så. Kan tänka mig bo där igen om detta skulle behövas.

部屋は広く、素敵だった。バスタブが付いていた。シャワーのみ使用したが、排水の流れが悪く、何度か水がバスタブに溜まってしまった。
フロントは感じ良く親切だった。
目の前はスーパーがあり便利。オペラ座やラファイエットも徒歩圏内で良い。

Dommage que la capsule de lait ait été périmée !!!
je trouvais bien que mon café avait un goût désagréable et peu commun... heureusement que je n'ai pas été au bout mais cela a suffit à me rendre malade.
Désolée de constater que ça ne semblait pas être 1 problème quand j'en ai fait part en quittant l'hôtel.
Ce désagrément gâche forcément le plaisir

Séjour agréable, accueil adorable, dommage que les bouteilles mises à disposition ne soient pas nettoyées et que les femmes de ménages ne soient pas les plus polies... Également déçue par la télévision qui ne fonctionne pas correctement.

L'Hotel è confortevole però consiglio di richiedere una stanza oltre il primo piano in quanto quelle camere sono più basse e risentono del rumore della metropolitana che gira fino a tarda notte e dalla mattina presto.
La stanza non era particolarmente grande ma siamo stati ugualmente bene.
La vicinanza alla metro e ai grandi magazzi Lafayette e Opera lo rende molto comodo per gli spostamenti.
Colazione buona e intima.

Fijn hotel, altijd aardige mensen

Fijn hotel met kleine gym en sauna in de kelder. Gym en sauna zijn ingbegrepen in de prijs. Ik kom hier vaker als ik voor zaken in Parijs ben en het is een fijn adres. Werd ook verrast door een cadeautje vanwege mijn terugkomst.

Personnel exceptionnel. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Cafetière dans la chambre et thé. Seul bémol la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré les effort du très gentils monsieur de l’accueil pour la réparer. Pas de télé du coup. Petit dej offert en parallèle pour le désagrément.
