Arrived late evening at the hotel to find that they no longer had a room available, despite having made a booking. They just said they had told hotels.com and nothing they could do, they didn't provide any further help or advice and I was left to sleep on a chair in the airport. Hotels.com were very apologetic, the hotel were not apologetic or helpful.

Very convienent and no need to leave security at airport. Unfortuately the price increase $150 (when i booked) to now $630 per night is out of our price range so we cant stay in future. Lots of sleepers, people sitting by wall to walk through to get to hotel.

After a 15 day trip in France, making our last night in the Yotel was perfect. All we needed was a place on the airport property. It allowed us to go through security the night before and in the morning go straight to our gate.
The gate area has lots of good shopping opportunities too.
We will definitely do this again to avoid morning rush hours and airport traffic. So glad a friend recommended it to us.

This hotel is located inside terminal 2E. Our flight was delayed and instead landing at 10 pm we landed at 11:30 pm. Before departure we called the hotel and they assured us they were going to wait for us since we had a 15 months baby traveling with us. Upon arrival of course that was not the case, of course nobody answered the phone and they left us stranded at midnight on the street with a 15 month baby. Most hotels were sold out but luckily we found a place to stay. On top of that they are refusing to refund the night. It shocking a hotel located inside the terminal does no wait for delayed flights and leave its customers stranded on the street. If you want to be sure to have a room no matter what book somewhere else as yotel does not understand they work in an airport subject to flight delays. Horrible and shocking experience.

They were difficult. My parents had no credit card so I prepaid it because they checked in earlier there was an extra charge of 45.00 which they refused to accept in cash. They sent me the link for the credit card and needed a verification note from my bank and gi then refused to check them in even with a deposit that my parents were willing to pay of 100usd.

While it's a convenient alternative to sleeping in the terminal, the hotel is remote (no food concessions without going outside security). Room is small but well laid out. Not great condition-worn furniture and black mold in shower.

Could not access hotel due to it being on the other side of security within the airport. To access this you needed to have a boarding pass for that terminal, have no hold luggage and had to, obviously, fly from that terminal. This is not clear on the expedia site which sold the hotel as simply an airport hotel and not one that one could not access like any ordinary hotel. It’s fraud.

It was not advertised clearly that this hotel is on the other side of security and one can only access this terminal if one has a boarding pass for a plane flying out of that terminal (which is a detail one does not know far in advance). You can only take in hand luggage. Could not access the hotel as a result so wasted entire cost. This is NOT clear on your site. Price is - unsurprisingly - nonrefundable, so this is a complete money spinner - and a con - for Expedia and Yotel.

Don't trust the pictures

There was obvious damage to the room from previous people. The toliet would make sounds when other rooms would use theirs and it was loud. The people staying in other rooms were disruptive. Once you lay the bed down flat there was a giant gap between the bed and the frame.

Excellent Hotel to stay for long layover

We stayed for the first time at this mini-hotel. The positives were that it was easy check-in and within security at CDG. We had a long overnight layover, so this was the perfect place to stay. The \"cabin\" was spotless and had a shower which was great. Linens were very clean, and there was a large tv. Lots of hook-ups for technology AND excellent internet. I would recommend highly if you have a room to yourself and just need a place to land. There was some wear and tear to the furniture, but otherwise OK. I would definitely stay again.

The bedding had hairs on it. The ceiling above top bunk had burgers rubbed all over it. The beds themselves are peeling and in rough shape. Comfortable enough for sleep though. Waters cost double the price of airport vending. No remote for tv. The highlights (good) coffee maker and water pressure.

Very tiny and no windows! It’s a place to simply sleep and shower. They charge according to hours you gonna need it. Don’t expect to have hotel room experience to stretch and relax. The small bed is the only furniture in the room which is all it can accommodate. Not even table to set stuff on. Tv which seems to part of the footboard of your bed only has channels in French! No food or even a simple vending machine. If you need food you must go through security with your boarding pass to access vendors with limited food choices!

For 170 Euro a night, a total rip-off

Only one staff member and a line so tried to check in using touchscreen but could not as there were no keys. Long walk to room down endless corridor. Room small, dingy and worn. Shower leaked on floor and drain made a lot of noise. No remote for TV. Room appeared dated like a hostel. Bed uncomfortable.

I booked this hotel in a bit of a stress. The marking of the hotell is not good enough. I could never enter the hotell. Its located inside the airport only accesible for people in transit outside of schengen. I was traveling insode europe. I did not know that my airplane ticket was not enough. There is some info about it but WAY down in small writing. Im sure the hotel is fine. But the info on hotels.com gets a 1 star. I payed 180 euroes for something i could not use. It was a huge expense and big bulk of my budget. Not going back.

I checked in and paid for 2 additional hours. I got to my room and they sheets were dirty. only 1 towel in the bathroom. The next day they called me at 9:15am saying we needed to check out. I told them I paid an additional 2 hours until 11am. They made me go to the counter and show my receipt. Then she said she found the payment but the booking was not in the computer so she put it in. I asked for our breakfast which I prepaid for. She said no I don’t see it. So I showed her my email with my booking. So she gave me my breakfast. then at 10am they called again telling us to leave. I said no not till 11. I was quite pissed. The service was a 1 out of 10.

There should be upfront information about the hotel only being accessible to those with a valid boarding pass. We arrived in Paris from Spain at 2100 and needed to change airlines but our flight was not until the next morning. We were forced to leave the gate area and unable to return so we could use the yotel. I tried to call but no one answers the phone and their voice mailbox is full. So i lost $200, and had to find accommodations at 22:00. Didnt get to bed until after midnight when i had a 6:00 flight the next morning because of all the inconvenience it caused me.

The hotel is very convenient (in the terminal) and so we did not have to go outside the airport. The rooms are very small but clean, comfortable and acceptable for one night. The walls are thin so bring earplugs.

This hotel is ideally situated when transferring or when having an early flight in the morning. It is calm. It has unfortunately no dinner just snack. There was no window in my room.
The weak point is it is too expensive for the services and amenities provided.

They should tell you that the rooms are the size of a small prison cell. The bed is practically wall to wall. Also don’t stay here if you’re planning on leaving the airport or visiting the city, security shuts down and you won’t be able to get back in. Should have stayed at any of the hotels that are right outside the airport and much cheaper. Also everything in their “priority lounge” was basically out of stock.

I have stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad. The rooms smelled really bad and the toilet wasn’t working. They put one towel and when asked for more it wasn’t given to us in a friendly manner. The thing that really bothered me the most is the smell and the issue with the toilet. For the price that you pay this hotel is really not worth it. If it wasnot for Covid restrictions I wouldn’t have stayed there. Okay

The room, shower & bed were clean.
There was NO food in the lobby or anywhere around the hotel area which I personally found extremely odd specifically when you pay for your 8 hour tiny room stay $189. There was NO water. Just 2 types of can bear.
I was staying with my 4 year old & we always have some snacks but I wasn’t prepared to not to have bottled water.
I had to ask stuff to poor me a class water which they did behind one of those “stuff only” doors which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
So to get food you have to leave zone L take a train to get to zone K & go through security (?!) & then come back to the hotel. Come on!

The purpose was served. I had an 11 hour layover and it was nice to get to a bed and lay down. Like any other hotel possibilities, there were kids playing in the halls and making noise, but it pretty much got quiet around 1130. The TV in my room didn’t work, but I’d come to sleep. The WiFi was pretty decent and the room was clean. Would definitely use this group again.

If you are staying at this hotel, you probably do not have any other choice since you are stuck on the Airport. Initially receptionists told me there are no more rooms when I explained them my situation that I had to stay for one night while I could find room(s) on the Hotels.com website. I just could never understood why they wanted to give me hard time for no apparent reasons. Anyways, I booked it for one night and this is how there premium cabin looks like, I mean come on, this is supposed to be a international airport lounge, raise some standards or at least start charging based on the service you provide.

There should be some snack food available to buy at the hotel. No food is available at the gate L. One has to come back to gate K and go through the security to find even snack food like sandwiches to eat. As there are so many International Travellers TV should have at least one English Channel in the hotel.
But the hotel is clean , staff polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend.

2.5 hours to find the Hotel from Terminal 2E

Please note you have to line up an go through security several times to access the hotel. Also you can not trust the CDG maps showing the ability to walk from terminal 2E to the hotel, it can not be accessed this way. The shower was slimy and did not look well cleaned. The beds were severely worn out. The remote was missing.

This was only the second time I’ve stayed. The first time was fine. This time I stayed further from the front desk. Late at night, about 10:30 pm and again about 6:00 am, for a period of about 30 minutes, there was an intermittent noise that sounded like a train on the roof...almost like luggage being rolled across the roof. This was not a constant noise and only lasted about ten seconds several times per minute. It was just annoying to be woken up like that.

Our family room had everything we needed for an overnight stay at the airport. The room was clean, didn't feel as small as I thought it would. They have a very nice lounge area where you can wait for check-in in case you arrive previous to your check-in time. Also appreciated the availability of water bottles for sale. The bathroom was big and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and I totally recommend. I almost didn't stay because of some reviews I read which were totally off, suggest you do your research.
