We used this hotel because of its proximity to CDG airport. It is simply fair as an hotel, but it does have a good (a bit pricy) restaurant we enjoyed. The room itself is small, no refrigerator, and basic. But for one night. It is fine. There is very little around this hotel.

Room in good condition. Main front desk person not very helpful, did not seem to speak the language. Restaurant not very well managed [not clear about the food being served that nite, just 1 hour before 19h00 and even later, dishes not clearly marked [not sure what I ate!] Morning buffet: strange to have to boil you own eggs and make your own teabags when you are busy thinking about your flight. I probably will not go back to this place.

Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to
be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Although the buffet dinner was tasty, the hot dishes were just lukewarm. There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us
to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.

Ce qui fait que je mets de bonne note dans l’ensemble est dû à l’hôtelier d’accueil qui m’a reçu hier soir.
Ce monsieur a été très agréable et a l’écoute ce qui a été déterminant.
Je souligne également le service de transport , qui pareil ont su m’accueillir et m’accompagner très correctement à l’hôtel.

En revanche je ne félicite pas l’équipe que j’ai eu au téléphone. Quand on se sait pas d’ailleurs, je dirai qu’il est mieux de s’abstenir de donner des informations erronées.
Entre le premier que j’ai qui m’indique qu’il faut payer le chauffeur de la navette en espèce 8€ À/R. Et celle qui m’explique qu’il faut attendre la navette à la sortie du terminal. J’ai envie de dire, discuter avec vos collègues au lieu de raconter n’importe quoi.

Very small rooms, no elevator, no cart for the bags to take to my room, I had to go though stairs and no help was offered, when I am a mom of three by my self. No restaurants near by, air conditioner sucked, and the shuttles does not run after 9:00 am, which is the reason I stayed there and it didn’t event worked. The amenities are not accurate, or at least they should explain further about shuttle and ventilator.

The staff on arrival were helpful, however the lifts and halls smelled of smoke, all facilities like shuttle to airport and ‘gym’ (one treadmill and one bike) cost extra. The only inclusion was internet but no Netflix or streaming was available either. Would not recommend.

I booked this hotel for a quick stop over on our way out of Paris. We had delays coming in, so we were tired and hungry. The line to check into our room at 11pm was over 30 minutes long. While we were waiting in line the server at the restaurant said they were open until midnight, but were actually closed by 11:20. The front desk person was very helpful and called a food truck to come in, but it would have been nice to sit and relax in the restaurant. I am an American tourist, and I try to be understanding, but the front desk person didn't even tell us that we had to put our room key in a slot to get the lights to turn on. It was very frustrating. The room is fine, it's older but clean and in working order. The next morning we slept in, and should not have been surprised the restaurant again was not open. If you miss the breakfast buffet they do not open again until after 11:30. Thankfully there is a cute little village about a ten minute walk away that has a great bakery.

This is a very bare-bones hotel, as reflected in the price. Provided: shampoo/body wash combo, hand soap, one pillow per twin bed, tea/coffee. Our room, set up for 3 people, only had towels and coffee cups for two. The hotel restaurant had hours that were different than published hours. And when we went, we discovered that they only had two buffet options (2 courses, or 3 courses). As we were only interested in drinks and dessert, we did not eat there. Hotel advertises airport shuttle for a stipend, but we could not find info on how to reserve it. Desk staff had limited English, with my elementary French check in was completed.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I took a shuttle to the airport after my stay and realized I left my work laptop computer on the bed. I immediately called, messaged and messaged again. No one would answer or respond to any form of communication. I have been trying to contact for days since returning to the U.S. and no response. I have asked Expedia to help but I still have not heard from anyone. I simply want my computer shipped to me and the shipping paid with my credit card the hotel already has on file. This computer is EXTREMELY important and good customer service would be to help a guest - or at least respond to a message.

This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to refuse to respond to a guest. Be aware, once you stay here, you'll never be able to reach anyone after you leave. Very disappointed.

Proche de l’aéroport, lit comfortable, staff agréable, chambre et salle de bain propre.
Les seuls bémols: le restaurant buffet est un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé et la navette ne dépose qu’à un seul terminal de l’aéroport, si ce n’est pas le votre, vous aurez peut être un peu de marche à faire. (15min pour nous)
Mais franchement dans l’ensemble très bien!

Arrivés a 22h, il a fallu attendre 10 minutes avant d'être pris en charge pendant que les membres du personnel rigolaient au bar. Arrivés dans la chambre, des traces au mur, des prises et lumières non fonctionnelles, du calcaire dans la salle de bain. La literie est molle, c'est un question de goût mais je n'ai pas apprécié.
En revanche le lieu et calme. Proche de CDG et du parc Astérix, facile d'accès.

Pay the extra money to get a comfortable hotel

Where should I start. This is what I get for getting suckered in to affordable hotel. Save yourself the stress and upgrade to a slight pricier hotel. I shot myself on the foot for booking here for 6 nights.

Ok let's start with the staff shall we? As a non french speaking ( American ) I can get by with some. At first I thought the front desk manager ( Jennifer ) was a bit stand offish. I traveled with a group of 3 and it's been an exhausting day. We got in around close to 12 hoping our room would be ready. NOPE we have to wait until 2.

It's a bit disappointing, she did not make an effort to at least try and check if our room is ready, you have tired guest who are ready to relax from a long flight.

I did notice though that French guest are a priority, some arrived early and was immediately given to check in. Hmmmm.... Please DO NOT email your guest to check in early online & to find out we will have to wait.

Let's keep going shall we? The rooms.. The sheet smelt like it hasn't been change from the last guest who stayed in our room. It smelt musty and wet ( Gross ) the floor is disgusting as you can see in the picture.

Air conditioner barely worked thank god there's a big window to air out all that smell and MOIST room.

The most disappointing of them all the beds.. it's all sunk in. It felt like there was a 600 pound person who laid there for months. Pillows are so tiny it was flat as a board. Overall this was a very uncomfortable experience for me ( sleepless nights

Hôtel très correct, mais la politique de l’hôtel est totalement incorrecte. Par erreur, j'avais réservé ma chambre pour une semaine après mon besoin. Quand je me suis présenté la semaine précédente, j'ai dû louer sur place une nouvelle chambre car à l'accueil on m'a expliqué qu'ils annuleraient d'un coup de téléphone la réservation erronée le lendemain. Résultat : j'ai payé deux nuits alors qu'ils avaient une semaine pour relouer la chambre. Politique très moyenne, sens du commerce absent…

Shuttle service was non existent. No hours are given on the site, but when you call it only begins at 6:30 at night to 11:30 at night for pick up at the airport. Buses don’t run frequently. And when I called because I couldn’t find the shuttle (last one of the night), reception basically told me the shuttle was there but he probably left as no one was there. Wouldn’t call the driver as he didn’t have a number.
On the morning shuttle to the airport-driver was horrible. Not safe at all.

Stayed here thinking I would save money. Cost me more in bus fare and taxi fare and frustration. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

Great o/nite stay for CDG

Perfect overnight stay prior to picking up car, only hiccup was we both paid for shuttle bus to RER but were dropped off so far from RER !!! Disappointing as we could have got in an Uber and used the €14 and saved an hour of walking. But otherwise the stay was comfortable, great shower and good buffet dinner.

Excellent stay. Our only serious complaint was the service provided by the navette that left us abandoned at Terminal 2A , whereas our flight departed from 2E. We had great difficulty in finding a way to 2E. We will never take the navette again but rather ask for a taxi.

Property was perfect for overnight easy stay with early flight next morning. Room very clean and good size with good basic amenities. Staff had been helpful up To my arrival. One big issue however was catching the shuttle from Charles de Gaulle. Turned out very stressful and I missed 2 shuttles so about 1.5 hr wait to get to the airport. No clear instructions on where to get the shuttle at said terminal - just “walk outside”, either at the airport or from staff when I phoned. The concourse ins about 700m min and curved so you can see.
Suggesting I ask somebody at the airport was next to impossible - especially if you don’t speak French. Even so, none of the ground staff, of which there were very few at the hour I arrived, seemed to have any idea.
If you just state; catch the shuttle next thé Roissy bus on thé ARRIVAL level of terminal 2B would have helped me immensely and will help others. Not hard! Many of us were there wandering around looking for the same thing. It seems incredible there’s no signage or on the ground info or this specific stuff isn’t on the website
