- Our expectations of the rooms were very low for the price we paid/previous reviews, however we were definitely surprised! Modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds, bathroom nice and clean.
- Quick and easy check in/check out
- Car park very large and a space is always guarenteed
- Staff are very polite and friendly
- Surrounding areas are packed full of different restaurants, all within walking distance.

- NOISY! Depending on what day you stay, you get a range of other guests. During the week there are a lot of quiet workmen. On the weekend you get noisy guests coming in from a night out and early risers (3am onwards) to get a flight from CDG. There is also a motorway right next door which is consistent, a takeaway car park where youths will insist on having loud car meets, and the obvious flight path into CDG. If you do stay - bring ear plugs!
- Breakfast not advertised on site
- Rooms extremely small. Ok for a couple for a few nights, but not suitable for families.
- Communial areas are very tatty and dated.
- Car park is not locked
- Hotel room doors are old and only shut properly when slammed. I didnt feel very safe in the room as all rooms are accessed from the street rather than via the concierge.
- Windows can open all the way (even on the 1st floor!) With no safety locks. Its ok for adults but not young children.
- The fire extinguishers in block 1 were last checked in 2017. No fire alarms in the rooms.
- No overnight concierge/emergency line

Let’s be honest. The rooms are TINY! This is a one night stay. Seems recently refreshed. Did I say TINY?!?! Like, it’s turn sideways to pass another person! It is over-priced. We had some points which made it OK. Without them…no way!!! On a great note, there’s a buffet a short walk away that is truly a LARGE cut above the usual. Well worth the person cost. Sorry I don’t remember its name but it is a couple minute walk or drive.

Personnel accueillant et efficace, mais chambre, douche, salle d'eau, lit, trop petits. Gouttière cassée, donc ruissellement au dessus de l'entrée et bruits. Douche 60 x 60 ! Seul avantage: le prix. Hôtel à éviter car tout en bois, ressemble à un grand mobil home en bois, que du bois qui grince quand vous marchez. La prochaine fois je monterai de gamme car cet hôtel mal entretenu ne mérite pas le détour, de plus survolé par une multitude d'avions en phase d'atterrissage. Mais petit dejeuner impeccable et personnel attentionné et efficace.

L'hôtel est extérieurement en état de décrépitude avancée. Il vaudrait mieux le raser et le reconstruire. La porte de la chambre était ajourée donc c'était comme si on n'avait pas de porte. L'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. L'aspect extérieur de l'hôtel donne plus l'envie de fuir que d'y réserver une chambre. Le seul point positif c'est l'amabilité de l'accueil.

We stayed here few days to near closer to Disneyland Paris it was 30 min away but better and easier to reach then in Paris the room was clean and cozy and quiet . Good for near the airport

There was nothing to like. Room was advertised with air conditioning, but it was not working during 30 degree weather and staff didn't really care. Shower head was broken so had to hold it while trying to shower in a cubicle that a 12yo would struggle to fit in, i am 183cm tall. Overall, not a pleasant experience at all...

The lady that was on duty for the first 4 days of our stay was very nice, but the slim man on duty on Friday 5th that took over from her was very rude, not nice, he doesn’t know how to relate to customers. He’s not fit to work there, that guy should be sacked.

We only stayed one night, slept well as we were exhausted, only one pillow each provided and no spares. Dropped an earring and it went under the bed, when i looked to get it, the floor under the bed looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. The shower was a decent size but the toilet was wedged in between the wall and the shower. Tv was small and could not get many channels. Had to check in before 6:30pm which made us change our plans for the day. Man at reveption was lovely but did not speak much english. Location was good as it was next to a mcdonalds.

First thing we noticed upon arrival at the car park was the peeling paint and wood rot on the windowsills of the ground floor rooms. Only man at reception spoke little English. Hallway leading to our room had wet and dirty bathroom towel just lying there,
which is evidence of the overall standard of maintenance of this hotel, as we ask the manager to replace a light globe in the room and he didn't even bother to pick up his towel.
Bedroom floor is old lino and dirty and gritty under feet. At least the hot water was good although the shower tap was almost coming off the wall .
Even the hotel signage on the roof the neon lights were not working so it could not be seen from the ring-road at all

The hotel is right on par with price. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was informed that an airport shuttle need to be arranged 48 hours in advance, that's not good. There's a good 15-20 minutes walk to public transportation like bus station/metro etc.

I enjoyed the village I stayed. It was quiet, clean and the neighbourhood was serene. It reminded me of the village I grew up in. My daughter had fun in the hotel and I was worried her noise disturbed my fellow boarders, but there was no complaint. Guess the rooms are sound proof. Kudos...

This hotel is very far from Paris. You need an hour to reach Paris and another one to come back (very expensive train fare, out of zone). The train station is a 35 minute walk from the hotel... The last train comes back from Paris at 5:00- 5:30pm which is too early. The trains run only 2-3 times a day to Paris from this area. There is no restaurant or fast food or supermarket around the hotel, unless you walk about 35 minutes. The staff were rude and didn't look french. They spoke some broken English. There is a fee for the airport shuttle. The only good thing is that the room was clean.

L'hôtel est vieillissant, les sols sont comme du papier , on entend tout partout. On se lave les dents assis sur les toilettes, on se douche la porte de la cabine ouverte, sinon impossible, le lavabo n'était pas propre, ni la table de nuit ( traces de verre ou je ne sais quoi) mais j'imagine que le tarif payé vaut la chambre que l'on a eu. Au téléphone, l'accueil a été très agréable. Nous avons récupéré les clés à la borne à l'extérieur, c'est plutôt pratique. Pour une nuit en dépannage c'est suffisant mais je n'y passerai pas deux nuit.
Des amis on pris le petit dej, et par soucis d'économie il faut commander à l'avance ce que vous désirez manger.

Nous avons été très surpris de découvrir un hôtel mal entretenu (peintures qui s'écaillent, taches au plafond entre autres) même si le confort de la chambre était satisfaisant (propreté des draps, air conditionné en bon état de fonctionnement). Il semblerait que les propriétaires n'aient pas les moyens d'effectuer les grosses réparations. Néanmoins le prix est très correct dans une zone proche de l'aéroport.

Hotel choisi pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport CDG, et son prix. Arrivée tardive très bien accueillie. Bonne isolation par rapport aux avions. Petit déjeuner copieux et bien complet, très bon pain et viennoiseries toute fraîches... Très bien pour une escale avant de reprendre la route.

Chambre correcte sans plus (sdb minuscule qui mériterai un rafraîchissement) mais hôtel très bruyant : avion à basse altitude, clim bruyante, énorme ventilateur (clim externe) en dessous de la fenêtre, lit \"bruyant\" des voisins (tout aussi bruyant) sans compter l’odeur de cigarette lorsqu'une personne fume à l'extérieur (sans doute dû à la ventilation dans la chambre).Toute petit TV sur laquelle on ne voit rien lorsque l'on est pas juste en face!!! Aucun service après 18h30, pas de distributeur de boissons chaudes, réception fermée...
Bref, hôtel à prendre en dernier recours pour le prix en dernière minute mais surement pas pour le tarif normal en semaine !!!!

其次，如果不會法語的朋友，得要慎重考慮要不要住宿這個酒店，因為周邊的人很少會有人精通英文。
論酒店，他們除了一個女員工，其他的英文程度有限。而且他們堅持晚上六點半之後門禁，他們要所有旅客遷就他們六點半下班，就算本人時間衝突，找到途人幫忙在電話裡面翻譯我因為有事情要忙，我要晚上八點才可以到達酒店，他們都不讓步，結果我在火車罷工當日，犧牲大半日白天在巴黎市中心辦事情的時間，特意搭唯一下午一點多還營運的火車去他們酒店拿房鑰匙，還有大閘的密碼。
然後當天晚上七點多我回到酒店，我還看到接待處有工作人員，但是我質問為什麼在check in的時候說六點半之後無人當值，為什麼這個時候還有人，但是他們都不能正面給我解釋。
也許他們對外國人的服務意識就是如此。要全部付費顧客去遷就他們。
酒店沒有升降機，如果有大型行李的朋友，都要慎重考慮。
酒店周邊基本是沒有超市。
另外，其實這裡有巴士去戴高樂國際機場，但是路線號碼我忘記了，車費才2歐元。不過如果靠谷歌地圖去找，一定顯示不了巴士號碼。而酒店職員也不知道有什麼公交巴士可以去戴高樂機場。
也許這個酒店是比較適合自駕遊的旅客。
論我房間的景觀，我打開窗戶，就看到斜對面（隔了一條馬路）就是墓園（不是古跡，經過考究，是附近居民下葬的）。
房間是沒有熱水壺，如果要泡咖啡，或者奶粉或者中藥，或者茶葉，酒店接待處說，只能在前天隔壁的餐廳去用他們的熱水泡。過了下午六點半，也是恕不招待。
最後，也要告訴大家知道，我入住當天晚上發生的怪事。
