The property is in a great location, not far from CDG airport, it is quiet and the rooms are large (room 8 was).

There is a lot of nice outdoor space and a very secure car park.

Pets are also welco.e, for a supplement.

The property itself is quite tired though and looks as though it has not had an update for many, many years. The flooring laminate dpwn the corridor is comi g away from the floor. The bedroom furniture is old (not just in keeping with the property style) and the bathroom was in a poor state in some areas.
The shower was very good, and the bed was very comfortable.
We asked for wine glasses to take to our room, for a drink - but the receptionist refused to give these to us amd handed us plastic cups. This was very annoying - we are not children, and this seemed very petty for a claimed 4-star hote.
I'm not sure why this hotel is rated as 4-star, in my opinion it is 3-star at best. It could be an incredible hotel, of very high calibre if the owner updated it and spent some money on it.

Tucked away in the countryside 15 min Southeast of CDG, this is simply a gem of an hotel. It still has the flavor of the manor with very spacious room and decorations that fit, but it has been renovated to answer modern expectations.

We did not dine there (restaurant closed on Sundays - no worries, dining is available nearby), but enjoyed a very well furnished breakfast.

Highly recommended, especially for travellers to the US, who want to \"glamp out\" nearby the day before their trip.

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel. Not only is it dated but it’s filthy. The carpet hasn’t been updated or cleaned in many years - there are stains and mold. The walls are also stained along with the sheets. I also found several bugs crawling around. I was genuinely scared to sleep there but it was late. It was also advertised that there was an airport shuttle which is why I booked but that is false.

I booked the hotel because I was looking for a hotel with close proximity to CDG with a restaurant. I booked it because it promoted restaurant and other amenities. I even emailed then for a reservation in the restaurant prior to my arrival but didn't get a response. I arrived to be told the restaurant was closed. The hotel was in disrepair. The pool table was promoted in the ad but one pool stick was broken in half and the other also damaged. Their bar was also closed. It needs basic repairs such as baseboards coming off in our room

The hotel was lovely, the room was big and cool with ac. All of this was good but the staff were terrible. We booked two rooms for our family and we were out as far away as possible from each other. Honestly really far away. We asked about food, the recptionist said she had no idea, even though there was an obvious restaurant available. Maybe it was a translation thing, but attitude counts as well. It was alomst like we had booked through Hotels.com and so she wasn't interested.

This hotel really missed the mark.

There is SO much potential here. The building itself is gorgeous, however, it is very much in need of some TLC. There were shutters hanging off the walls, peeling paint, etc. I’m not sure how they’re allowed to display a 4 star rating out front.

The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. The location is awful. The town doesn’t even have a walkable convenience store. We arrived via taxi, and were starving. We asked reception if there was anything nearby for food- the answer was no.

Oh well, we thought. We had reservations to dine at the onsite restaurant which seemed appealing but was getting increasingly more scary as we realized we may be the only people staying here.

Come dinner time, we walked into the deserted restaurant and took our seats. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and an appetizer of mushroom tortellini. This was good however seemed like it could have come from frozen?

Next, arrived our beef dishes, which we’d requested as medium rare. Both came FULLY well done. The sides of boiled and unseasoned carrots, leeks and one slice of potato were beyond disappointing. But the main issue was the pieces of beef looked like they had maybe been discards from someone else’s meal and possibly microwaved?

This was BY far the worst meal we had in France. And maybe ever? We ended up paying close to $300CAD for this meal.

Beautiful gardens but I wished we’d skipped our stay and just gone straight home.

Sorry but not up to par. Old, rusty bathrooms, clogged sinks- disgusting. One very crench restaurant, not a large menu, but expansive. No other restaurants on foot.
And on top i paid double- some misunderstanding and the reception just took advantage of me. Of course with some big mistake of Expedia booking.
Overall - one of my worst experiences.

Overall great hotel for what we needed. It’s far out from Paris, but easy to get an Uber to take you to metro station 5 min away. Would not recommend arranging transfers/taxis through hotel as it’s costly and not very convenient - you’re best booking Ubers.

The property itself was okay. Pretty setting. Based on the reviews we thought it would be an ideal night for our last night. Our mistake for not reading the hotel site to see that the restaurant was closed. Therefore we had to travel to town. The only thing we could find was a restaurant at a mall. Not exactly what we wanted ! The room was nice but it looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. There was a lot of dust on the tv stand, the tv, the ledges. Carpet was a bit dirty too. We did use the pool and it was nice to use at it was a hot day. It didn’t look well kept. Leaves all around, some kind of a pool cleaner with the hose hanging in the water.
Breakfast was included and was decent.
For the price we paid, we were very disappointed with our stay. We let the staff know when we checked out.

First of all this place is a total throwback to the eighties from the decor to the menu at the restaurant and I’m not mad about that. I had one of the best meals in recent memory and had just spent time in Paris. My bed was heaven and shower spa-like. If you use a wheelchair ask for room 3. You will love the roll in shower! Lastly, emailed ahead to let them know I would be arriving before Check-in but would be glad to stow my luggage and wait by the pool. Instead they checked me in early and gave me a poolside room. Staff could not have been nicer. There was even a wedding in the garden during my stay. Delightful.

Fabulous hotel in quiet location

This hotel was a wonderful discovery, as a one night stop between CDG airport and Disney Paris. We loved the clean room, the sense of luxury, and the helpful staff. The gardens and pool area looked amazing but we didn’t have time for them on this visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The property grounds are lovely with an outdoor pool. Close proximity to CDG makes it convenient. The room was spacious, and the bathroom is dated but clean. The foyer needs refreshing with rugs and upholstery cleaned and torn art replaced. We didn’t eat here so I have no comment. I selected the place for overall ambience, airport proximity and outdoor pool. We stayed only one night.

A beautiful, older hotel that has been updated, it is a little remote. Unless you eat in the restaurant, be prepared to drive 15 to find somewhere else. The staff was welcoming and efficient. We stayed a night before flying out of CDG and would definitely do so again.

A wonderful surprise

Booked on the day as we travelled north through France on our way back to the UK. Were told that their restaurant was fully booked but we could choose from a limited room service menu. The building was wonderful, the choice from the room service menu was certainly not just sandwiches, so we were more than happy. The bar area is stunning and the service throughout was very good. We would 100% stay again.

The condition of the place was not great. The carpet was gray/black at the corners. It looked like there has been some water damage before.
The bed was very hard. Don’t expect a pillow top.
The listing is inaccurate as they don’t offer a free shuttle to the airport and they don’t offer food between 2:30pm to 7pm. The food was good as well as the service at the restaurant.

Very old building which needs renovation. It has an old style charm but if you prefer modern furnishing and amenities then this hotel is not for you. Nice garden. You need to book a table for the hotel's restaurant as they have limited tables. We did not know that and they were not able to serve us, it is particularly bad because there is no restaurant around the hotel and closest one will require a car ride. We wished they told us about that when we were checking in.

The hotel itself was fine however the incompetent staff has massively let it down. The food in this place is a health hazard, we have been served the most disgusting chips cooked in an old oil and raw burgers upon arrival. The bar staff will try and charge you for every little thing they do. I wanted to borrow a wine opener one evening and I was ask to pay 5 euros service charge for it. They are arrogant and unhelpful. The check out took ages , the lady behind the counter was incompetent and couldn’t work out our final bill and kept on adding random taxes and charges, as well as wrong room numbers and other peoples bills. If you’re planning on staying in this hotel make sure you bring plenty of your own food and drink to avoid being absolutely ripped off in the bar/ restaurant.

The property was excellent. However getting to it by train was difficult. On the day of travel there was a strike & a football game. Once to Mitte- Claye no bus or Uber was available. Finally got a taxi that charged 40 euros for a less than 10 minute trip to the Manor de Gressy! The Manor was close to CDG airport, also a 40 euros fare.

This was my favorite part of my trip, it looks and feels like you are far away in the deep French Country. The
Beef Bourguignon from their restaurant was best I've ever had. The property is in the french country but still close enough to all the points of interest in Paris, about 35 min. drive but well worth it.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and we were tremendously thankful for them helping to set up a taxi for us whenever we went out. It is located in a beautiful quiet area and the exterior and grounds are lovely.

Whether you like it is a matter of preference. It is an old hotel and has an antique charm to it. You even access your room using cute antiquated keys. If you like new and modern, this is not the hotel for you. The carpet had holes and stains from time. There is a sign that states do not use on the thermostat. I was freezing the entire time. There is what I thought was a radiator/heater that I tried to turn on, but it didn't work. While it is a beautiful location there is nothing to do nearby. We were informed there is no Uber there and the taxi operates out of the airport. We were warned ahead of time that the taxi into town would be expensive because they are far. It took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. The taxi to the nearest attraction, a \"mall\", (10 min away) was about 35 Euro.We ended up walking back afterwards (about a 40 minute walk) not bad but there are no sidewalks and you walk through mud and grass to avoid the roads that have no walking/service lanes. It was a beautiful walk for the adventurous with a park, a stream, cute neighborhoods etc.

I would recommend for a short stay only, as you will be paying a lot for taxi to go out in and of town. We chose to stay because it is about 11 minutes from the airport. Reserve the taxi ahead of time.

This is an old manoir style building, not well maintained. Not very clean. I have found one bug on my bed. No soap, not kettle for hot water and no coffee in the room. A cup of coffee cost 5 Euros. the only way to get to the hotel is by taxi 40 euros from the airport. The hotel is in small village about 8 miles from the airport. the closest shopping centre is about 4 miles. the surrounding of the hotel is very quiet.

The hotel is old and is not well maintained. They had to switch to another room as the first one was not non-smoking as requested. Then the extra portable bed had a thin foam mattress which was impossible to sleep on, finally I had to ask them to replace the mattress with a real one which they did. Breakfast was a disaster ( not much left when we got there ) and the dining room staff were rude. I would not go there again.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. For business, quiet and tranquil, you could work all day. I highly recommend for romantic getaway or girls trip, very Beautiful! You will need a car, taxi or uber to get around but you are that far from RERB which take you everywhere.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet town near the CDG airport. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. There is a beautiful harden n the centre of a hotel. Many of the rooms look out into the garden. The staff was more than helpful.

Quaint little hotel 15 minutes from the Paris airport. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Food and coffee were okay. The funny thing to note is that the bathroom is all one room with nothing separating the shower from the toilet so when you shower water is going all over the rest of the bathroom. Would recommend taking an Uber to the airport instead of the shuttle as it was quite expensive for the distance.

The hotel is in need of attention. Our room has significant rising damp in the bathroom resulting in paint bubbling of the wall. The receptionist was not very helpful during check in, however the restaurant/bar manager was extremely helpful.

More than I and my wife ever expected. We had to book this hotel, after we missed our flight. It is 15 minutes from the airport and is a gem of a hotel. Extraordinarily exceptional staff, clean and large rooms, all set in a small village town. Hotel offer full free breakfast and a great dinner menu. It can be a destination within itself, if you want to be on the outside of Paris and travel into the city. Great for a romantic get-a-way. 5 stars!!!!

Nice enough hotel and only 15-20 minutes from the airport, so convenient and a little more pleasant surrounds than an at-airport hotel. A couple of things though, they tried to downgrade me from the room I have prepaid, so make sure on check in that you get what was booked and paid for. Whilst they did change me to my room (with a terrace) eventually, there was no real contrition in their action and I believe it was a deliberate act to try and downgrade me. The rooms on the second floor, whilst they do have a lift, but the luggage trolley cant make it to the room as there is stairs immediately there upon exiting the lift. Not great when you have a lot of luggage! The on-site restaurant has an extremely limited menu (2 items) and is very expensive. I went a 2 minute drive away and found a great Indian restaurant (now called Punjab). Breakfast was plentiful, but not of great quality and the coffee should be left alone at all costs!!

An unexpected pleasure

I thought I was getting an routine Airport Hotel, but it was a charming Manor in the middle of a small village about 5 miles from Charles de Gaulle. Well appointed and decorated rooms in the style of a French manor house, a delightful restaurant, and a lovely gardens. Worth a stay even if you aren't on the way to the airport.

Tout était parfait,j adore ce lieu ou nous avions fêtés notre mariage en 2014.
Manoir avec style ancien a l anglaise ou on s'y sent comme dans un cocon..chambre très grande, mariage cette nuit dans le manoir mais pas de bruit,lit très confortable. Petit cafe dans le jardin ce matin nature et soleil apaisants...
Ce midi j avais réservé pour mon anniversaire le brunch en famille le personnel,le brunch,tout etait simplement parfait
Merci a tous pour rendre ce lieu magique

Établissement qui manque d’organisation et de management.
Rien est organisé et le service malgré la nature agréable des personnes est laborieux pour absolument tout.
Il y a des verres un peu partout qui ont l’air d’être là depuis quelques semaines.
Impossible de déjeuner sur place mais un dîner semi-gastronomique est possible pas très adapté aux enfants.
Un vestige d’ambition due au lieu qui reste une belle bâtisse néanmoins, le management et le développement commercial devraient être les maîtres mots de l’avenir car l’établissement en manque cruellement.
Les chambres même si vétustes sont extrêmement propres.
La piscine et le jardin sont de véritables atouts mais encore une fois peu ou sous exploités.

So la la, haten paar Schwierigkeiten wegen Frühstück. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und würden dann gebeten zu zahlen. Es hat sich aber dann geklärt, es war aber trotzdem sehr unangenehm für uns.

Et idyllisk hotell med nydelige omgivelser. Langt til transport og butikker, men praktisk med utlån av sykler som gjorde at vi lett kunne ta turer i nærområdet. Kjøkkenet var stengt søndag og mandag, roomservice var ikke til å skryte av, men restauranten serverte utsøkt mat. Serviceinnstilt personale, anbefales.

Nous avions réservé cette chambre mon mari et moi pour notre nuit de noce.
Agréable et confortable.
Cependant,nous pensions avoir une petite intention du personnel dans notre chambre pour cette nuit de noce mais ça n’a pas été le cas.

A nice historic building with great tidy rooms. Maybe not equipped with the newest technology, but suits the ambiance very well. Situated at a patio garden. Beds and bathroom good. Coffee/tea-maker not too good, because of the water quality. Prices dinner and breakfast too high for this moment.

Det var ikke en speciel god oplevelse!
Det er et meget gammelt hotel, som kunne være rigtigt godt hvis man brugte nogle penge på at sætte det i stand!
Værelset var sådan set fint nok, men det var slidt.
Restaurant var virkelig dårlig!
De har en fin side hvor der var 5 tjener på og hvor de virkelig gjorde noget for gæsterne og så var der den anden del hvor vi var med 1 tjener! Først ventede vi en halvtimes tid for at hun tog vores bestilling, så ventede vi meget lang tid på vores mad. Hun glemte vores drikke vare , så vi ente med ikke at få noget af drikke. Vi bad om at den ene burger kun skulle være bøf og bolle, men alligevel kom der løg og dressing i.
Det kostede 66 euro og var bestemt ikke pengene værd.

Mht vores værelse var der en dobbelt seng og ingen ekstra opredning! Så det ente med at min mand måtte sove på gulvet med en morgenkåbe som dyne!

Vil du ud af deres aflukket port før kl 06 skal du betale og vil du ind efter kl 00.00 koster det også penge.

Den ene dag da vi kom tilbage til hotellet kl 17.30 sage de at deres restaurant var lukket.
Vi havde ikke tænkt os at spise der igen, men de skulle da have givet besked om restaurant om morgen.
Så man var klar over det hvos det var.
Der er absolut ingen ting i nærheden, så havde man planlagt at spise der ville det da ikke være hensigtsmæssigt at stå kl 17.30 og få besked om de er lukket.

Personalet i receptionen var meget venlig!

Skal man bruge en enkelt overnatning kan det godt gå
