at the check-in the asked to pay the full amount again telling me that the payment didn't go through until i showed them my bank account transaction on my phone and the payment confirmation from expedia, and at the checkout they asked to pay for the breakfast that i already payed for at check-in .
room was fine but dirty, towels were old , not even one bottle of water in the room and only one coffee capsule for two adults and one child in the Suite,1Queen Bed with Sofa bed .

Arrived _very_ late (after midnight) after multiple Eurostar cancellations along with two other people, and the wonderful young woman on night duty looked after us so well, sitting us in the bar while she prepared the rooms, and so friendly and cheerful too. She deserves six starts out of five!

No air conditioning in the rooms yet as is to early they said but outside is 29 degrees.
Always the same issue in this place.
They locked the climate control in the rooms and you as a guest paying don’t have access to control the temperature.
Nice place but when comes to heat or cooling rooms they are very uncomfortable.

Si je peux me permettre, juste le matelas du canapé lit légèrement dur. Pour le reste, le service est à la hauteur du prix. J'y reviendrai sans problème !

I found when entering the room, there was a strong smell of chlorine, like in a spa, but without the humidity. At least the window could be opened for ventilation. The floor had sand or some kind of debris, although overall, everything was clean.

Generally a nice place to stay. Clean and generally helpful staff. Gym was a waste of time as half the equiptment not functional. Jacuzzi and sauna lovely except no heat in the jacuzzi. Air conditioning in the rooms seemed to have a restricted lower temp of 24! So we were hot at night!

Breakfast was a disgrace and to top it off they double charged my deposit rendering my card useless-not a great experience

Deceiving.....When I booked , the website said that they had a shuttle available from the airport when we got there there was no shuttle because of this, it cost us 28 € to go to the hotel and it cost us 42 € to go back to the airport . I did not plan for such extra expenditures . I choose the hotel for the price , had I known about the lack of the shuttle, I would have chosen near the airport

The property was located close to Parc Asterix It was clean, the rooms were large enough for 2-4 people.
The staff were friendly and covered all of our needs.
The outside pool was heated to a good temperature. There was an indoor jacuzzi (lovely temp) and sauna (which we did not use)
A stunning modern pool table in the foyer.
Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold choices with enough to please all.
A most enjoyable 2 night stay.

Staff tried charging me $80E when I paid IN FU

There was a major problem when checking out after 3 nights-2 nights booked well in advance and 1 extra night after our flight was cancelled but still booked and paid prior to going for a month to Europe. I had booked in advance and paid in full through hotels.com. Upon check out I was told I owed 80 euros for staying there on Thursday night. I provided proof of all my payments to this hotel for 3 nights as I always carry copies of the receipts. The front desk still continued to argue with me and said it must have been for breakfast then. We never eat breakfast! It was ridiculous the staff seemed determined to charge me even though I proved I had already paid everything except the city tax. I gave them 7.50 euros for the city tax and told them I was not paying anything more. I had also booked two seperate bookings as indicated and I requested prior to travelling to Europe that I wanted to stay in the same room for all 3 nights as Europe is famous for making you check out at noon and check back in at 4pm. On day 3 we were told we had to check out and check back in, I refused to do that as upon checkin I confirmed with the staff that I could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. In Canada, that is not something they do at hotels you can stay in the same room and not be forced to move as that is inconvenient to the guests! Also, my hotels.com booking said check in time was 2 pm we arrived at the hotel at just before 4pm and we were told our room was not ready for 20 mins. Craz

It is conveniently close to CD Gaulle airport which is why we picked this place. It has a lot of nearby food places. The front desk is 24/7 so there is someone there to always help you. The room was big (compared to others we stayed in France) and had a hot water kettle with coffee and tea packets provided which was great in the morning. The room was clean and shower / toilet was also. It has a combo soap / shampoo dispenser (which is what most hotels we stayed at had). There is a place to eat breakfast near the lobby, but didn't try it. Overall, the place is nice and would stay here again.

We stayed there because it is close to Asterix Parc and were worried it would be noisy being close to the motorway and not that far from the airport for Paris but it was very, very quiet. Lovely big rooms with walk in shower and air conditioning. The bed was so comfortable with clean cotton sheets and it was so quiet I had the best sleep ever.

We had two rooms and what a difference. One room was fine the other was a disaster area. The A/c didn't work properly; the kettle didn't work and had to be replaced; the room wasn't made up at all one day; another day an absolutely filthy towel (not ours) was left on the floor of the bathroom; there was virtually no hanging space (4 hangers max) and we were staying for five days and the tissue holder kept falling off the wall. The breakfasts were okay and the staff were reasonably helpful but struggled with any English and this in a hotel close to CdeG airport.

The price for the room was expensive but with a huge exhibition in Villepinte going on at that time my guess is that the price were high because of this. The swimming pool area was being done and looked lovely although was not yet finished.

Don't go here: this hotel is not what it seems

Awful hotel: Cold and unfriendly service at check-in, elevators that send you to the wrong floor, arriving in a room that is heated to 28C (in early spring), and has been for so long that a full night with the window open is not enough to bring back temperature to a decent level, finding the hotel gate closed when coming back from dinner (and reception helpfully forgot to tell us what to do about that when we checked in), booking a double room and getting a twin room - without reception even saying so at check-in, an espresso maker which turned out to be a kettle with a sachet of instant - with a broken kettle, so no coffee at all, to mentioning this at reception on check-out, and getting basically no response at all. This hotel pretends to be a 4 star place, which it most certainly is not. This seems to be an old Kyriad hotel which is being remodelled - that remodelling is far from finished yet - and it is so far a concrete box off the motorway resembling a formula 1 hotel more than a luxury hotel. Stay away if you can.

Room with no Curtains

The hotel was going through remodeling. I walked in when the manager was mopping a floor that was very slippery, and yet there was no warning signs. I was put in a room with no curtains, and on the way up, there were construction people working, dirt, concrete, wood, old pieces of carpet everywhere.

When I went back downstairs to talk to the front desk who was actually quite nice and professional, the manager intervened and instead of getting another room right away, I was given another almost an hour later, and it was...under remodeling with the door wide open and no bed! I had to go back down and find the front desk alone to get a decent room.

There was a restaurant out front called La Boucherie, and the hotel was offering 15% discount to for it. I thought it would be the one positive thing for the stay. So I went there and ordered the Jarret d'Agneau dish (lamb shank) with mashed potatoes. They served me the same precooked New Zealand lamb shanks that Costco sells in a pack of 4 shanks already cooked! I swear, anyone who stops at this hotel should go to La Boucherie and order the \"Jarret d'Agneau\" (Lamb Shank) dish. it costs about 18 Euros. If you are used to the \"Fully Cooked, Ready in Minutes 4 New Zealand Lamb Shanks\" from Costco, you will be shocked to find out that it is exactly that! And you will get one shank for 18 Euros!

Is this the worst hotel I have stayed at in Paris? No! But is it the worst 4 star hotel I know in Paris? Yes! Does not deserve 4 stars!

Located in the outskirts of the city, but convenient enough as buses beside hotel go directly to the airport but run Mon-Fri only so keep that in mind when travelling. Lots of resteraunts beside the hotel so no problem when looking for a bite to eat. Two female staff were great but the male was the complete opposite. Stayed here for four nights, rooms are very modern but there was lots of construction work going on in the floor below.

The staff was great and friendly.The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to the airport. The only thing is, it is not close to the city. It was about an 45 min to and hour uber to the city and the Eiffel tour. Which is pretty expensive in euros, we learned how to use the metro and the train systems which where cheap. But it took us a while to get to the hotel and we still had to get an uber once you get to a certain point on the train to get back to the hotel. Other than that, every thing was great. I was very pleased with my stay and happy with the hotel that I choose.

Good. Nice bathroom, clean room and friendly staff. Requested a twin bed room but it was just a big bed and a rollaway. Wifi was good. Nothing in the minibar (wasn't expecting anything). They are doing refurbishing so not especially quiet during the day. Didn't try the restaurant although there is another one right next door which was good.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were well kept and hotel itself was clean and organized. My only complaints were the Air conditioning didn't work and it was a hot and muggy week in France. To stay cool at night i had to keep the window open and because they were no screens on the windows I was eaten alive by mosquito's.
