One night stop over
The stay was fine. We initially turned up to the wrong hotel as two hotels with same name at the same location. The lady behind the desk was pleasant enough but spoke no English so wrote timings down for breakfast etc. the room was compact but clean and suitable for our one night stop over to Disneyland. The location was fine as had a couple of places to eat including a pub, Mac Donald’s and KFC.

Its a strange layout with beds upstairs and toilet ans bathroom below. Stairs are very noisy so everytime anyone went to the loo we were all woken up. Bedding was clean but whole thing just felt a bit grubby

The lady at the desk was helpful. The room was self check in/out. Apparently the AC had stopped working (I was looking forward to a cooler room since that’s what was advertised)! It was super hot and humid; bedroom on 2nd floor. I had to request a fan; luckily we were provided with one! Also, the room wasn’t ready until almost an hour after.

The rooms have odd layouts, the beds are in upper level while the toilet and shower are in lower level after entering the room. It caused problem with our friend who had trouble climbing the steep staircase.
It was a struggle when checking in late when the reception was closed. Through the intercom we managed to check in. To their credit, a day before check-in they sent me an email with a 10-digit code to retrieve my room access code. It would be great if there was instruction in the email explaining how to use the 10-digit code.

Not as good as a usual B&B hotel
Not up to the usual standard we expect from a B&B hotel. The room layout was unusual and inconvenient, with the shower and toilet downstairs and the bed up a narrow, steep staircase. Unable to carry a normal suitcase upstairs. Carpet seemed dirty. The bed itself was very comfortable as is the normfor B&B. Overall disappointing, but given a better rating as they were flexible with our booking because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We were upgraded to a family room, it was cool cause it was on a separate floor. The carpets smelled, thats the only thing we were discouraged by.

There was nothing to like. Sewer water leaking up from beneath the bathroom tiles. Broken air conditioner. Large gaps in the door that let numerous bugs and spiders in. No staff present except maybe 3 hours per day. Filthy room with a stinky disgusting carpet. We wanted to leave immediately but were too tired after 2 long flights to search for another hotel so ended up staying the one night. We were to stay and had paid for 3 nights. Then began the fight to get our money back with expedia blaming the hotel and the hotel saying we must go through expedia. I had to get my credit card company involved and ended up getting my money back from expedia.

Commençons par le positif, le lit était confort et l'hôtel était calme. Mais nous avons été très surpris de la salle de bains ; il n'y avait pas de douche. Simplement du carrelage dans la salle de bains à côté des toilettes qui faisait guise de douche. Il y avait des petites blattes dans la salle de bains sur les murs, ce qui nous a donné de quitter la chambre. Il y avait de grosses toiles d'araignées dans la chambre aussi.
Au vu du prix de la chambre (85€ par nuit), nous nous attendions à une chambre beaucoup mieux que ça (les photos n'étant pas contractuelles visiblement) avec une douche et pas de blattes. Nous sommes très déçus car nous avions fait exprès de ne pas prendre une chambre \"bas de gamme\" type F1 ou FastHotel mais le résultat était le même, en plus cher...
Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce type d'hôtel, la prochaine fois on ne mettra pas le prix et on comprendra notre déception. Et encore, nous sommes gentils de mettre 2 étoiles et pas 1.

La chambre n'était pas tres agréable. Située a côté des groupes techniques avec du bruit toute la nuit, impossible d'ouvrir la chambre pour avoir de l'air frais et la climatisation ne marchait pas. Impossible de dormir !!

Erst einmal kamen wir auf eine Eingangstür zu, die aussah als wenn ein Auto da duchgefahren wäre. Nur wenn ich nach 12 Stunden Autofahrt endlich im Übernachtungshotel ankomme möchte ich auch eine ruhige Nacht haben. Dies war aber nicht möglich! Da die Klimaanlage alle 20 Minuten ein lautes Knacken verursachte, selbst im ausgeschaltetem Zustand. Gegen 2 Uhr dann endlich vor Erschöpfung eingeschlafen. Dieses Hotel nicht mehr wieder.
