The linen was definitely not crisp and fresh. Looked like someone was on it and just made up real quick to cater to us. Tiny pillows. Tiny shower that’s significantly raised. So u climbing into the small shower which has 2 sliding doors that meet in the middle. Weird. The noise was very loud. Elevator was unswept. Leaves were in there. Air conditioning did not work or we just did not know how to operate it as every writing was in French. It looked broken. So we had to open windows to get some cool air.

The doors and parking gate were locked. No one would let us in. We ended up taking the cab back to the airport (95 Eiros) and sat ALL NIGHT.

I have not been able to enter in the hotel. Despite the fact that I alled earlier to tell them that I was going to arrive at 10pm, all gates were closed and I had to sleep at another hotel. No on from the hotel was available.

We picked it because it was close to the airport and it had AC. I actually canceled a vacation rental that didn't have AC to stay there. The AC didn't work.
We got there and the room was an non-smoking, but smelled like smoke. The white towels were brownish. There were also lots of mosquitos and red bugs smashed on the walls in the room.

I received an email the day before we arrived saying if we were arriving after hours we had to phone in and get the gate access code. So we phoned, firstly it was very hard to reach anyone by phone and second when someone answered finally they said we didn’t need a gate access code because there was someone there 24/7. Fine we ubered there at 11:30 pm and the gate was locked to access the property and the machine to dial some number was broken. We were about to go back to the airport to sleep there overnight for our early morning flight when some customer staying at the hotel was leaving to go to McDonald’s across the street so we basically snuck in. There are two buildings and there was a staff member manning the service desk in one of them so she did give us our room key. Terribly inconvenient checkin experience. The room was clean so I was happy for that. Just very unwelcoming for checking and lack of good communication. Access codes for the gate should be emailed out to customers who say they are checking in late. Honestly we would have gone back to the airport had not the one guy been doing a run to McDonald’s. Would not recommend and will not personally stay here again.

The stay was nice overall, hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were really clean but small what you would expect for a smaller hotel. Only downside to this was it was really far from the city and not much to see around the area without getting a car. Otherwise the trip was very enjoyable.

The property manager assigned us the room on third floor at 1 am , I had to take 4 suitcases manually upstairs, after I checked in to see it was not meant for 4 people, then she said she mistakenly gave the room it was in another building all Together . I refused to change the room.

The reception staff were good and tried their best. But the breakfast service was terrible. First day I was told breakfast times were from 07.00-10.30am and when I got in at 10.00 every thing was being cleared and was not even allowed a cup of coffee even though I had paid for the breakfast. Breakfast on the second day, at 09.15 am most of the food stuff had run out, the manager was not to be seen to monitor it. I had to complain that there was no croissants, eggs etc Rashida the manager came to look at it, she rolled her eyes, shrugged showed could not care attitude, her assistant was extremely rude and both could not offer any apologies! Instead started saying ‘no English, Arab, Arab, suggesting we speak Arabic’! With 2024 Olympics approaching this is a really poor attitude to show to English speaking travellers. We don’t ever complain, we are seasoned and experienced travellers and been to a lot of B&B hotels but the breakfast service here was poor.

We arrived late at night in the rain and it wasn't easy to gain access. The key machine is near the car park entrance not the lobby. It was a long process. Only one key so when my husband went to get some food I was in pitch black. Late on a large group of people who didn't seem to be guests were in the lobby. All that said the hotel was fine for the price and handy for a stopover.

Second stay here and it is perfectly fine basic motel. Very convenient for Parc asterix. Will be back. The check in after 9pm is a pain but then that is part of the reason it is so cheap.

Not sure where to start. I’ve never written a negative review. I thought since this place had an 8.2, very good review it would at least be decent. But that was not our experience. Check in was confusing. The elevator didn’t work. There weren’t sheets on the bed and the stained mattresses weee disgusting. And stained comforters. There was dirt in the comforters and in the beds. Someone knocked on our door at 3 o’clock in the morning. I can’t be certain but I’m pretty sure my daughter got pink eye from sleeping in one of the beds. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel experience in our families travel careers. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its affordable price.

Very convenient to St.Witz and had everything to make our three day stay comfortable. Smallish double room but the lobby has comfortable chairs as does the breakfast room.

Would only stay here for a couple of hours like we did to be close to the airport. There was a huge stain on our comforter when walking in. How disgusting! There is no staff on site after a certain time so you are on your own. Definitely not a 8+ rating.

Not a luxury hotel by any means , but we needed something close to the airport to sleep for a few hours before our flight and this did the job. It’s located around 15 mins from CDG Paris airport . Rooms are small and pretty bare but clean and current.

We arrived late around 22:30 due to a late train. The office was closed and the attendent was very rude. She did finally give us a room (which we had reserved) but for a while our impression was that she would just leave us without any options. We don't speak French and aren't familiar with French hotels closing for guests that early. All communication from the hotel prior to check in was in French which we had to translate as best we could.

We got there and the front desk lady was leaving and just quickly told us that to check in this late (it was around 8pm) we had to do outside at the gate. It was so odd and terrifying since this neighborhood was very unsafe looking. We finally figure out how to get our key and made it to the room, we all knew was going to be tiny - it was just convenient to move hotels for us to make our super early morning to the airport more doable. As soon as we open our door the smell attacked us, mildewy and cigarettes, disgusting, it impregnated the room and the sheets. Also one of us had blood stain in her sheets, creepy and nasty, thank God she brought a silk cocoon. The shower was actually great, nice pressure and hot water. The beds were horrible, I think mine was broken in the middle. We just had to sleep 4 hrs so it wasn't a week because that would not be good. Check out was also strange since we did not have a front desk person or a single hotel employee, we just guesses on what to do with our hotel key - found a metal box next to the gate and dropped in, have no idea if it is right since there was no sign or instructions anywhere. And lastly so much noise, it seemed someone was riding a noisy motorbike and people arguing outside our window.

The property is good, but the very reason for getting the room for a night stay was disappointing. Couldn’t sleep as the pillows were very soft and useless ( was like sleeping flat ). Everyone in our company felt the same and no one had slept all night. Will never stay here again.

The front desk closes in the evening, at night, and early morning. You have to check in at a kiosk outside a gate on the street. Definitely the opposite of a warm reception. Any amenities - meals and shuttles in particular - that are listed are misleading because no staff is even present during those times. I arrived at 9 in the evening and left at 6 AM and never saw an employee of any type. Had to get an Uber instead of the shuttle advertised. Very stressful. I do not recommend this property.

This property should not even be listed on expedia. I booked my room with Expedia 3 weeks in advance and was told I had a guaranteed reservation with late arrival. When I arrived late the gate was locked and no persons were available. However, they had an automated process where you simply entered your name to obtain the key. This process said I didn't have a reservation and since no person was available to help me I was forced to spend the night sleeping in my car.
In the morning I showed them my reservation sheet from Expedia with the guaranteed reservation and indeed they did have my name and the reservation. But they claimed since I didn't call they gave my room away. This was the period of the Paris Air show and every room around CDG was booked and was being charged at exorbinant rates. They decided to take advantage of the situation and gave my room away at the much higher rate. And they offered no compensation nor did they apologize. They should be banned from advertising on Expedia and I request that Expedia do so to prevent this from happening to other customers. This is the first property I have booked wihch gave away a guaranteed reservation. It is very bad behavior!

Stayed here to break up a long journey thinking we would be fresh for the second leg the next day... how wrong we were. Hotel was ok but beds incredibly uncomfortable, pillows may as well have been cotton wool and it was very noisy with paper thin walls. Incredibly basic room which for a family of 4 was inadequate.

The hotel is located amongst several affordable hotels, a 10 minute drive from Parc Asterix. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel to choose from, including a McDonalds. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast this time, but in the past it's been pretty basic. The aircon was very effective! We were pleasently surprised.
The beds aren't very comfortable, but they'll do for a night or two. I've definitely experienced worse!

It was fantastic value for money. The location is perfect for breaking up a long trip. Rooms were clean and bright and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Hotel close to CDG airport. ~24€ cab ride. There is a local bus 2€ but we did not know where to catch it. It was easily available if we had known the stop F1 bus 95-01 between terminal 1and 3. Clean but small room with twin beds, comfortable. Staff only works limited hours and otherwise you must use machine at entrance to reserve or pick up keys. Did not work for us but a staff member in hotel helped us out even though desk was not open. Staff very helpful but limited hours is frustrating. Stop to catch bus back to airport is down the road from the regular bus stop at the entrance to hotel zone. We were waiting at th the other stop and luckily other travelers knew where to go. Check it out the night before. We did not stay for breakfast 6€90 because we had an early flight. I would stay again as the rate was good and bed comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby but a little walk if you wanted to go to the village which looked very picturesque as we drove by.

Simple clean basic accommodation directly off motorway. Pizzeria, Japanese, Grill House, McDonalds all within a 2 minute walk of hotel. Continental breakfast good. 5-10 mins Charles de Gaulle - 40mins Disneyland.

Superb location close to motorway access. Close to railway station half an hour from central Paris. Buffet breakfast was very good value.

Even though there was only two of us we got a “suite” that was supposed to accommodate 4 people because we were traveling with our dogs. When we got to the room, it was the smallest room I’ve seen in my life with no space to walk at all and a double/twin bunk bed. I’m not sure how a full size bed + twin bed is supposed to accommodate 4 people I feel like that was 3 people tops. Thank god we didn’t bring their crates! Because not even suitecase fit. Also there was only two towels and one of them was dirty. And so were the pillowcases, we ended up taking them off.

The staff members were wonderful during our stay. Rashida and Valerie were extremely helpful as they had a good grasp of English too. They helped us with train schedules, places for local bank. The hotel is located near too many restaurants and about 15 min drive from airport. About 1 hour from Paris Eiffel Tower by train from local station.
