The woman at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest, nevertheless the room was adequate. The shower is small but the water pressure and temperature are great. The beds are extremely firm, just be prepared. But decent location near a train stop and not far outside of Creil.

Chambre vétuste et sale. Je ne reviendrai pour rien au monde et j'ai même dû appelé la police car une bagarre a éclaté dans la rue donnant sur l'hôtel. Je suis plus que déçue et je trouve que le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de la nuit et de la chambre et au vu des problèmes rencontrés.

Nous y sommes allés pour une nuit en juillet. Dès l'entrée, nous avons été accueillis par deux cafards sur les murs extérieurs de l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient très vétustes. Il n'y avait pas de lumière (sauf salle de bain et la lumière du lit). Les draps étaient propres, mais des tâches, des résidus peut-être d'insectes et des poils étaient présents sur le sommier. Le petit-déjeuner ne paie pas de mine. Cela dit, le personnel n'était pas désagréable. Nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel et sommes revenus le matin pour tester le petit déjeuner et rendre la carte de la chambre. En conclusion, nous avons choisi cet hôtel, car il était bien noté. Cependant, nous sommes tombés de haut.

Tout s'est très bien passé mis à part quelques désagréments pour l'obtention des clés pour les chambres mais la veilleuse de nuit a de suite fait le nécessaire.
Par contre, nous avons eu la surprise de nous faire insulter, menacer, sur le parking par l'un de vos clients le dimanche matin lors de notre départ. Certes nous étions une famille complète (environ 15 personnes) a se dire au-revoir avant de reprendre la route, mais nous ne dérangions personne et il était plus de 10h30. Votre personnel a même était témoin de la scène.

L'accueil a été très sympathique mais la carte d'entrée n'a pas fonctionné. Ils nous ont donné la clef \"pass\" mais la porte était si difficile à ouvrir que je n'ai jamais réussi à le faire. La propreté était passable. La salle de douche à revoir... La porte de cette pièce était également difficilement fermable... Sauf a y aller comme une brute.

Hôtel vieillot, aurait besoin d'être renové. les lits sont corrects et propres, la salle de bain vraiment très étroite avec le rideau de douche qui se colle à vous, les wc et lavabos propres mais usés. C'est la première fois que nous sommes très déçus du petit-déjeuner, dans un hôtel de ce type, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas.
