Lighting in the room was very poor and our radiator was broken. This was not ideal when it was freezing temperatures and snowing.. we had one pillow each(there was 3 of us) and asked for more from the reception and he gave us one more- when we asked for one each.. I asked again and he said he would bring more but he didn’t not come up with them. All plug outlets are away from the bed and the shower temperature is very sensitive. Shower curtain was filthy. However, on a positive note this hotel is located right beside Torcy train station and a shopping centre.

This hotel was absolutely horrid from the moment we arrived! We were hoping for an early check-in but instead we greeted with the fact that we would actually get a late check-in, the front desk operator advising that our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 3:30 pm. At 3:15 pm we were given a key and told the room was ready when we went upstairs. The cleaner was still in the room and told us to wait outside. The room itself was absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was old and dilapidated. We were not advised about room cleaning procedures.

The room had no towels or toilet paper when we got there . There is black mold on the ceilings and underneath the area where you flush the toilet. The rug was ripped. Claim yhe have restaurant but they have a breakfast buffet that was minimal. The bar was the receptionist making a drink, if they knew how. No seats to sit at the bar. The room didn't have a chair. No outlet in the bathroom to plug in a curling iron. Very disappointing. Good location for tje train

Welcoming staff and easy check in. The room has good facilities. The bed and cushion were better than most hostels I've stayed in, I had a great sleep. The location is very convenient as it is in walking distance to train and bus station with great link to Disneyland and there is also a shopping center with supermarket and other shops. I would say the tin could do with a bit of refurbishment but it was still a great stay, so I would definitely recommend.

A pleasantly surprising stay!

We booked a family room for a Disney visit, didn’t expect very much as it is one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
The room was very, very large, plenty of space for a family of four and a dog. We were at the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. It was very hot (35 degrees) but the fan and large windows meant that the room stayed lovely and cool.
Large free carpark, good selection of food and drink available if you wish and a large supermarket next door.
The bathroom is a little dated, but that’s literally the only small bad thing I can think of.
The staff are excellent, fluent in English - and patiently helped me with my terrible French! Very warm and welcoming, a real credit to the hotel.
We are so glad we picked this hotel rather than splashing out on a Disney hotel, we had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Great cheap hotel

We stayed for two nights, with a stay at a Disneyland hotel in between. The room had everything we needed at a very reasonable price and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including dealing with questions about our son’s peanut allergy. Demba (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see him when we returned two days later.

This is very poor and horrible place to stay. 3 beds room must be spacious and clean with adequate ventilation and lighting. Non of these were there and its stinks. Limit scary! Decent families must avoid. Drunken guest stands outside around the parkings areas and not very welcoming.

Well what can i say i was supposed to be staying here for 2 nights after visiting disney for the weekend. I checkeed in went in to the prison cell of a room and left 10mins later. Very very basic accommodation and the area felt unsafe so wasnt keen on leaving car either.

The hotel needs to improve a lot the cleanliness, the painting, the elevators are dirty, the door at the rooms needs to be painted. The housekeeping personal needs to clean the room and change the bed sheets and do the beds. If they advertise air conditioning needs to be sincere that is a heater and not air conditioning. For the price that I paid and the quality that I got, is frustrating. The hotel doesn't look the same as the picture. These pictures were taken a long time ago. Dont like the hotel at all.

Great hotel at a great price! This is where we always stay when we visit Paris. Much more affordable than staying in the city and it’s right next door to the main train line between Paris and Disney. There’s also a mall and lots of eating within walking distance.

I didn't like the staff, i think they're rude. The actual rooms are not what's advertised, they're smaller. The breakfast was stale, the bread was very old. Aa for hygiene, limited soap and toilet paper. When we requested to clean the room, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. Then were hairs on them, very disgusting. Will never recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights after visiting Disneyland Paris. We wanted a hotel close to a train into Paris city. As a family of 4 we had booked a family room but on our arrival the room was unavailable. The hotel then provided us with 2 rooms next to each other and gave us complimentary breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and tidy. Handy night before Disney (Solo)

Really friendly welcome. I was using it as a cheap night before moving over to Disneyland Paris the next day which I have done before. It's literally a stone's throw from the RER and then on to a shopping centre with supermarket so the local amenities are what sways me to stay here.

The one thing that I would love to improve is breakfast options for vegans. I had what I call a \"classic vegan hotel breakfast\" which was bread, jam and a banana. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't ask about alternate milks because I overslept.

It was pretty loud pretty late but I don't know where that noise was coming from to blame the hotel and I just put earplugs in but I do think it contributed to me rolling out of bed at almost 10am!

I found this property to be delightful. The staff were friendly, patient, and willing to look over my language barrier. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located across the street from multiple bus stops and the subway station. It was very easy to just walk over and take the subway into Paris on our first day then Disneyland Paris on the next day. If you do not speak French, don’t let staying here dissuade you. I would advise anyone visiting a foreign country to learn a few basic phrases and use a translation app on your phone in the event you need it. The staff were more than patient with helping me get my needs met. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my next trip to Disneyland Paris.

Belonging’s disturbed during my stay

During my stay in the hotel I had left my suitcase on the extra bed in my room, when I came home that night, some of my belongings had been removed from my bag and thrown on my bed, after looking at what had been moved I noticed a bag of sweets, which I had bought as a gift with no time left to replace them, open with some of the contents missing hidden under a pile of clothes. When I left the hotel that morning my bed had been clear and all clothes and the sweets had been in my suitcase. I reported the incident to the staff in reception the following morning before I checked out and was given an email to inform management, after trying to do so the email I was given doesn’t work. Very disappointed that someone who had access to my room would be so unprofessional as to go through my belongings and try to cover it up. Very upset at this incident and ruined the overall experience of my stay which had been otherwise uneventful.

Do not book this hotel unless you want to have the worse time, this hotel ruined our stay as we did not want to return to it at night.

We booked 3 rooms for my daughters birthday, on arrival we parked our car and went straight into Paris as they would not let us check in early or have a complimentary room to freshen up in. The lady on reception advised us there was a train strike so we better come home by 6.30pm or we would have trouble. I tried to talk to her about other possibilities of getting home but she wasn't interested until I just stood there and made her give me a map and details of buses.

We came back from Paris and checked in OMG I could not have been more shocked by the standard of the rooms.
Mould on shower curtain, curtains hanging off the rail,dirty smelly carpet (please take slippers you will not want to walk on them) please whatever you do do not look at the mattress!!! and take your own towels . Everything was so disgusting and smelled so bad.

I asked to be moved and was offered a room on the 6th floor which was big but the smell knocked you out , no lights were working and it was damp. I declined and stayed were we were.

None of us slept as you just feel dirty , I tried to get another hotel but due to the time of year getting 3 rooms was either not available or at a large cost.

This hotel need to be knocked down, please do not stay here even for 1 night it will ruin your holiday.

Place is great if you going to Disneyland. Only 3 stops on RER. Next to shopping centre and restaurants. And free parking if you driving. Friendly staff and quick checkin/checkout. Beds were comfy. Kettle available. On negative- rooms are small so if you require space this hotel is not for you. Someone mentioned plugs in awkward places which is true and some furniture requires replacement as it's falling apart-our bedside table lost it's side. And rooms need rubbish bins- tiny one in bathroom is not enough. Rooms generally need some update.

Upon arrival the hotel staff was helpful and friendly we entered the room and it wasn’t very welcoming it smelt musky and the kids walked across the floor with white socks on that were black on the bottom. The kettle was all chipped and full of lime scale and the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. There was only one plug socket so for a family room that was no where near enough. We debated moving hotels and paying more to go somewhere better but as it was for one night and the children was tired from travelling all day we decided to have a early night and leave as early as possible the next morning. The only good thing was the location to Disney land and the shops around it. Will definitely not be returning.

My stay at this hotel has been a nightmare. The heating system was not working and in December in Paris it is not a seconday issue. They gave me a small cheap electrical heater which was very noisy, so my choice was between not sleeping because of the cold or the noise.
I was not alerted before the stay or even at check in. Staff was unwilling to help, the hotel manager didn't show up and refused to talk with me by phone. The hotel chain management didn't have a way to be contacted during the week end and after two weeks they didn't even reply to my complaint. I can understand incidents happen, however the way those are managed sets apart a good hotel from a bad hotel. So I strongly suggest everyone to avoid any Kyriad hotel: they will not care if anything goes wrong with your stay.

Good location. Train 5 minute walk away which takes you to Disneyland or Paris, 2 shopping centres with an array of restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean, room was compact with an en suite and tea/coffee facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was it was freezing and heater in room didn't work although when I enquired I was offered a small portable heater. We were only there for 3 nights and it was more than adequate for our stay.

When entering the room; it smelled of a gym locker. It was fairly clean. The furnishing and decor was dated. However, as we were only there to sleep, it wasn't an issue. Yet it was cramped for our family and the ac was broken, yet they provided us with plenty of fans in the warm summer's eve. The breakfast was reasonably priced, but mediocre and lacked variety. Situated between two shopping centres a train station and a marketplace. They had friendly staff who were bilingual.

Kyriad is a nice hotel, and very easy to spot from Nearby Torcy railway station (RER). It is a good location if you are going to Disneyland which is just 3 stops down the line, and trains are regular.

There is a kettle in the room but the welcome drink supply was not restocked.

Wifi is good, and free.

The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet, even though situated next to the lift.

There is a shopping centre right next to the hotel with a large, well-stocked supermarket.

Hotel is cery close to train station tp Paris or Disney (less than 5mins walk). Hotel is very clean annd rooms a good size. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Only one criticism - it was 35 degrees outside and the AC was broke in all the rooms. The room temperature was almost unbearable. The lent us a free small fan for the room but still very hot. Car park is also a good size and very safe. Would book again if visiting Paris and/or Disney.

It’s an okay hotel with a good o rice, very useful for trips to Disneyland. The train station is right next to it, along with a large shopping center. There is no air conditioning, you are given a fan. Front desk were very helpful and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning flight.

The stafff were helpful but..........
... no air conditioning when it was 39 degrees outside and hotter in room. Gave you a small fan to help. It didnt. Air conditioning got turned off last year wouldn’t turn it back on.
... room too small for three people. Wardrobe wouldn’t hold more than 5 items of clothing. No drawers to put anything in. So had to leave all clothes in suitcases.
... tea and coffee facilities. Only if you only wanted it for 1 day. Won’t replace the
Paper cup after the first day.
...continental breakfast. Wasnt really worth the money. If you were late down there was nothing there. If you weren’t there wasn’t much choice either.
...when we left on the final day, the receptionist asked us to check our car because the night before they had people trying to break into the cars 🚗 in the car park and the police were callled. Couldn’t inform guests because they don’t take your car registration number, to link to your room, when you check in. Luckily no damage to car but not happy we weren’t informed the night before.
... good things about hotel. Really close to train station to get to Disneyland Paris. 3 stops and you were there. Cost €3.20 per adult return. Good value. Supermarket right next door to hotel. Great shopping complex. Staff really friendly. But under pressure from lack of resources.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel next to a few shops and food places, also went when France won the World Cup which was really nice- everyone in the area was really friendly. As well as this, there was a few parks, buffet places and transport right next to the hotel- the train to Disneyland was only €7 one way for two people and took nine minutes- with the statio being opposite the hotel. Also the bed was very comfortable and we had our own private balcony- I’m planing to revisit this hotel in December for Christmas.

Nicr hotel but problems again with charges

Weve stayed here numerous times and like it enough to keep returning...its comfortable with nice staff and is close to a shopping centre with a great supermarket.

However the two times I have used Expedia for my bookings I have had problems with being charged twice and then had to wait over a week to have one reversed.

We stayed here a week ago having used Expedias option to book and pay at the hotel.
Prior to check in, my debit card was authorised for the cost of the room AND I had to pay for the room using the same card when checking in...now one charge has been debited from my account while the otber remains as an outstanding authorisation.
This means I cannot access the funds (which after a week at Disneyland Paris is extremely difficult) until the authorisation is removed...a process which Im told can take 7-30 days :(

I wont use Expedia to book this hotel again

Great hotel for Disney if on a budget

We used this hotel for 3 nights for our visit to Disneyland. I travelled with my 2 daughters aged 6 and 10 and we had a triple room with 3 single beds. Beds were comfy but the pillows are rather flimsy. I had to fold my pillow over to try and get comfortable.
The bathroom was good size and the bath/shower was really good. 1 of the best showers I have had in a hotel for a long time. Great water pressure and constant hot water. The bath was deep and filled quickly which both my girls loved.
Staff were friendly and helpful with local shops and train details. We were also able to store our luggage on the last day for a few hours after check out as our train was not until the evening.
The location was very good. Just across the road from the train station which either takes you direct to Disneyland or into Paris. Also next door there was a large shopping mall with McDonalds and Burger King and a very large supermarket that is reasonably priced. Also the usual array of clothes and toy shops too.
We didn't eat at the hotel so can not comment on the restaurant.
The only downside for me was there is no fridge in the room. My 6 year old will only drink milk or water and especially milk when she goes to bed and when she first wakes up in the morning. I bought milk at the supermarket but had nowhere to keep it chilled so wasted quite a bit. I would stay here again now I know my way around. I felt safe even coming home at midnight with my girls from Disneyland after the fireworks

Rooms are small and feel grubby, definitely need redecorating. Towels not changed, coffee and tea not replaced, empty toilet roll not replaced. Ask and you get, but shouldn't need to constantly ask for basics. Location is good for Disney and supermarkets/restaurants.

Hotel was clean and 24hours counter staff was very helpful. Hotel is near a shopping centre which has a big carrefour and some eating places. Need to take a approx 20min trains ride to get to paris city but its only a few train stations to disneyland.Torcy Train station is also very near hotel.

Its a cheap Hotel for the price, i think its worth its money, only used it to sleep as we was at Disneyland Paris from 8am - 11pm. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, air con in room, Would stay again. Remember its a clean room for a cheap price (like a travelodge)

Basic hotel off the beaten track in Paris

Staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's a short walk from public transport and some great local restaurants, with a shopping center across the road. It's basically the perfect place to use if you're spending a couple of days in the Paris city, but want somewhere quieter to return home to. Also very close to the Paris Disneyland if that happens to float your boat.

Great budget hotel

Came to visit Disneyland Paris. Fab Hotel 15 mins drive from park or train just across the way. Absolutely perfect location with massive shopping centre and hyper market across the road should you need anything. Great clean hotel with comfy beds and everything you should need. I was impressed with what you got for the great price and the staff were efficient and friendly. We'll be back

Not one we will return to!!!

We stopped here overnight prior to a Disney trip. Room itself was satisfactory but so much was not!!

We were on the third floor with sensible 8 & 10 yo kids ... good job really as the window had no child lock and hinged from the left of the frame creating a massive drop to the concrete below. What was more unbelievable was the fact that the kids bed was directly below the window, so if a child were to stand on the bed the window sill was knee height ... needless to say, the window stayed shut, and no-one went sleepwalking that night!

At 9.00 just after the kids had finally gone to sleep, they were awoken by a bus load of school kids making a racket outside our door... after unsuccessfully asking them to quieten down ourselves, we asked reception to sort it out. They rung a teacher who came up to speak to them .... (a whole different story here ... ) ... why oh why did they put families on the same floor as a school party? Horrendous planning!!! Our kids then took another 2 hours to get back to sleep!

The next morning when asked if we'd enjoyed our stay, we said no, it had been very noisy .... this was not acknowledged at all ... the male receptionist ignored our response totally,, and proceeded to ask us to pay city tax!!! WHAT IS CITY TAX??????!!!!!! Beware all ... this is not included when you book on line! Only a few euros but still unexpected for us.

All in all, I would definitely not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone!

Not so good hotel

Room/ house keeping was terrible. Used coffee cups were not taken away from the room. When informed the assistant manager no proper reply apart from will speak to housekeeping next day.
Guess what, next day room was not cleaned again and coffee cups left back.
Lights in the room were not proper.
One reception staff was well informed and professional on the day of checkin.
There was no English channel on TV - even to get news it was difficult.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well located Budget Hotel

A decently priced hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Accommodation has no frills but that's OK if one does not pay for them.
For our purpose (a Disney visit) it was superbly placed and also had an excellent rail service into and around Paris for a very reasonable price.

Room was ok but stinks of mould from the bathroom as fan don't work, ceiling was mouldy and rubbish was under the bed which wasn't ours, guy working behind the counter who checked us in was lovely but women in the morning didn't speak English well when it come to complaining about the room!

Nice stay but the hotel didn't serve food

The room was nice and clean but I was very disappointed that the hotel didn't server dinner for the 2 days I stayed. Had to face the ordeal of walking around 1/2 a mile to find a resraurant at 10 pm on the first night.

The perfect cheap hotel for Disneyland

We got a little lost getting to the hotel, instead of walking a few minutes down the road, we walked a big 20 minute circle but once we realised the way we were truly impressed with the location. Just two stops away on the train to Disneyland, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to be close enough to the parks without a car, but not pay ridiculous prices.
