It's a good hotel, rooms well sized for Paris, very close to the metro. Food good quality, staff polite and friendly (I think it helps a lot if you try to speak French which is natural and they are very understanding and will appreciate this). It's not a top class hotel but for the price it's fulfilled expectations.

There is misleading info on the website. For example there was no games/arcade room as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but ok for our needs. Facilities to make hot drinks in the room and a fridge would have been preferable. The location of the hotel was excellent as close to an Aldi, bakery and the train station. Only 30mins by train to central Paris. Car park was safe and convenient.

The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the station and had a supermarket opposite which was great. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very straight forward and not much choice. We only really slept and used minimal facilities. But the staff let it down on arrival. Rude and dismissive as soon as i tried checking in when speaking English. Almost walked out and go elsewhere but due to only using it to sleep and have breakfast. Then spend the days at Disneyland it was convenient. Appeared to be very cold towards non French people

Very nice for €30 with Expedia points! Has a free car park (on the weekends) too! But is quite small. Tv in the room was perfect, it was a cosy snug room but did perfect for a place to pop our heads for a couple of hours! We checked out at 5am and there was a receptionist on at the time which was so useful, he offered us coffee and apple juice was lovely. Would definitely go back again!

The first review shared the clean, modern room accommodations. Truly a great place to rest after spending a day of exploring.
We added the breakfast option and were never disappointed with selection. I’m thinking of recommending my office order their auto coffee/cappuccino/espresso machine!

The property is very clean. The room is slightly small but well thought out as far layout. The bed is Heaven for weary travelers arriving after an overseas jet travel. Tomorrow we start our breakfast tickets, but from what we have observed, it looks lovely. Overall, we are enjoying our stay.

Small room and an even smaller bathroom. Just barely enough room to fit around the door. Very comfortable and good sized bed. Just 2mins walk from the RER station. Good for 1-2 people who don't mind being in very close quarters 24/7. Handy little spot for those going to Disneyland.

The rooms are pretty small and a squeeze for 2 adults and a child but for the money it did everything we needed as a stop off before Disney Land Paris. Parking was available in the basement and good breakfast. Local pizza place around the corner was also good.

Good location but very small basic rooms

The hotel is very conveniently location near the metro station and not too far from Disneyland which is ideal. The hotel itself is extremely basic and the room lacked a great deal of facilities and space. We had booked a triple room, to begin with we were given the smallest room ever that they could barely squash a double bed in let alone a extra single, so much so they put the single under a table, not exactly practical. It was so small that we would be sitting on top of each other and no room for storage. They did offer us a bigger room when complained which did have a bit more space but room still not very big but was big enough for the purpose. The extra single bed as advertised wasn’t a full bed but a sofa bed. There’s no storage space in the room for clothes or suitcases and theres no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Double bed comfort wasn’t too bad and the shower was good. The staff that could speak English were very helpful but they did often have staff on the desk who weren’t multilingual which made tricky communication especially as they do have a great deal of foreign tourist guests. Overall not a bad budget hotel, location ideal but room sizes/facilities are what let this hotel down.

Stayed for 4 nights to go to Disneyland, close to train station to get into the centre of Paris, drove to Disneyland which took approx. 20 minutes. Hotel basic but was suitable for a place to sleep and the location was good. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and only French tv channels.

Happy with my experience. Hotel very close to Noisy Champs station, which gives direct access to Disneyland Marne la vallee station. Very clean and tidy; staff helpful.

Turn offs: No electric kettle and complimentary hot beverage in rooms; no fridge and private safe; continental breakfast too expensive @ €9+; drinks at the bar as expensive as a 5* when the hotel is 3*; Ala carte menu has limited options. You can make do with the corner shops for cheaper drinks and fast food.

Overall, It's a very good budget hotel but can do better. I recommend.

Excellent base for Disney and Paris

The train station gives access to Paris in about 25 minutes and Disney in 15 minutes and is only 200 yards from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Any questions regarding directions we're all answered in English, a great help to me with my school boy French.
The breakfast was buffet style and you help yourself to as much as you want making it great value for money. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. Excellent value!
Will definitely be going back next time I am in Paris.

The room is okay but too small. Wish it could be bigger and the shower room also bigger as I am 6'3 inches tall but the shower room is for someone slim and not too tall.

Also, when you go to a hotel, you expect to see tea,coffee and kettle with small biscuits in the room, but none was in the room .

It's an okay place if you are on budget. It is in zone 4 (to calculate your travel cost) and train station is about 3 minutes walk.The surroundings of the hotel are fine and walk to the station is quite comfortable.The staff members were courteous and spoke both English and French.It has ample free parking and also allowed us to use the parking after we had checked out. Disney land is 20 minutes drive from the hotel and its better to use the car if you are family of 3 or more to disney land as parking in disney land is 15 Euros and train cost for 3 is about the same.But if you are not using the car,disney land is one station away and train station entry is right in the disney land. I had read in previous reviews that there is no kettle in the room.So I had my own arrangements for the same.There is also small super market around which comes handy if you need anything .The hotel also has restaurant and small bar if you have funds to spare. The room size was small and with 3 single beds in our room there was hardly any space left in the room .The cleaners would come every morning, knock and quickly open the door before you could open it up and then apologise and leave.Still it was not annoying.The rooms were not cleaned to a good standard but bearable. Over all our stay was fine as every one was courteous , approachable and helpful.

The room was basic and a bit tired, but secure, comfy bed and excellent shower pressure. Free wifi worked well in both room and public area.Breakfast was excellent - very good choice of fruit as well as bread, pastries and jams(cost extra as I had booked room only). I was there for a business meeting that was being held there. Refurbishment was ongoing in the room next door, which looks like it will be a big improvement once complete. I also ate at the restaurant on 2 occassions - the chicken and chips was ok, the salad nicoise was fantastic; reasonably priced and pleasant waiting staff. Reception staff speak limited English, but I found them to be polite.Surrounding area seems to be a mix of residential flats and offices, bakery and supermarket not too far. Very close (2 mins walk) to RER station.

The room was \"not too clean\" and the hotel situated in a neighbourhood where we vere happy for an indoor and locked up garage (at no extra cost!). The breakfast was \"cheap\" even the price is 9 euro/day, there was rather much noise from the road in the room that we had on first floor. But: The position 5 minutes from the RER station line A was perfect for visiting Paris and Disneyland and room rate fair. We had prepaid and were happy that we had brought a print out of the receipt from the internet, as the cleark did not trust us and why we had to argue not to pay for another bill.

We were very happy with the service at this hotel. The staff are very helpful, friendly , professional and polite . The resturant manager was very nice and helpful the only downside is that there is no choice for a vegatarian. Which was a real shame ! As we would of used the resturant more then once for an evening meal. But he did make me a pasta dish , to try to accomadate my needs. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection of fruit , yoghurt , cakes and bread . It was great for my 3 year old toddler whom enjoyed the selection .. The barman was fantastic really smiley and spoke English too. Which was just great for us as we spoke very little French.He suggested a few places to eat and help with direction and had great customer service skills . The rooms were clean and everything worked well but the room are small and it did get a difficult to walk around the room. But the cleaner kept everything fresh and replace all towels and cups. The bathroom small too but the shower worked well . It's very easy to get to eurodisney only 6 small stops away. Every stop is about 2-mins and the station is only a 5mins walk from the hotel . A train comes every 5-10mins to Paris or Eurodisney . The area nice and quiet but it would of been lovely to have more shops and resturant . But the hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel ..

Jammer genoeg lag de kamer ver onder de verwachting van een Ibis-hotel. Het was er veel te warm, raam kon niet open blijven vanwege het lawaai (airco deed het ook niet). Op de gang ook veel lawaai. We waren al gewisseld van kamer omdat in de 1ste kamer de lichten niet werkten.

God beliggenhet rett v Campus og kort vei til tog.små rom med veldig små bad. I tillegg er rommene malt i mørk brun tone så opphold på rommet er ikke trivelig. Restauranten var ok, men frokosten manglet titt og ofte egg, youghurt etc.

De stelte rommet hver dag, men uten å fylle på toalettpapir- jeg måtte be om det tre ganger. Ta m sjampo og såpe, det der har på rommet er ikke særlig bra.

La chambre que nous avons eu été sale,
nous avons trouvés des mégots de cigarettes sous le lit et également sur le rebord de fenêtre de la salle bain. Le sol de la salle de bain été sale, et il y avait des taches sur le canapé

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour, ce n’était pas la première fois mais celle-ci sera là dernière.

Not worth the asking price

Tiny, extremely hot room that stank of decades of smoking (currently a non-smoking room). AC hardly did anything, if you could get it to work. In general, the place could use a renovation. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, as well as too short for a normal human being. Breakfast was nothing special. Service was fine, if typically French (i.e., arrogant). Relatively clean, but some random stains all over. Altogether ranks in the bottom 20 % of all hotels I've ever been to.
