I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong date. Within five minutes Icontacted the hotel staf to change that date, and they refused it. I know it was non refundable booking but still i contacted them right away they couldn't make an exception. I would never stay in this hotel knowing this is the customer service they provide.

We had a lovely nights stay before moving on to Disneyland. We used the hotel as a base to venture into the Paris City centre. Having access to the train station very close by made this so easy to do. The shopping centre and restaurants around the hotel were a great surprise and were good value. The room was modern and clean and and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend an stay again

This hotel was so great! They even had a sweet card and balloons on the bed when we walked in, as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. Loved the shuttle to Disney, and the breakfast was an absolute highlight! Really looked forward to it every morning!

Excellent hotel and location for Disney Land Paris, we arrived early and the room wouldn't be ready till later in the day, however the receptionist checked us in whilst also giving us a free upgrade, took our luggage so we could pick the keys up later when we return. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the park which is very useful. Rooms were very clean and great breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely use this hotel again for a future visit.

We stayed at this hotel after our original one refused to provide a mattress for our baby, and we couldn’t have been happier with the change. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they provided a cot and mattress for our four-month-old, which made our stay so much easier.

The location is great too—just near the RER A for easy access into Paris, plus there’s a free shuttle to Disney right across the road. If you prefer to walk, it’s only about 30 minutes to Disney, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t find a single fault.

Had a small issue with the room being noisy due to some construction work and they were very apologetic and moved us straight away and also compensated us for our parking. The too. Was lovely and location for Disney is great. Shuttle bus was also very handy and being opposite val d’Europe was really helpful. Overall another great stay and it will always remain one of our favourite hotels near Disney.

Hotel is a good 40 minute flat walk to Disneyland, Paris and just across the street from a great shopping mall, Val d Europe.
Staff was Disney friendly and very helpful with directions and buses for transport.
This is a nice classy hotel with a nice bar for lounging and cocktails and a good Resturant.
Breakfast for a fee which is outstanding in choices and taste

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our Disney trip! The rooms were lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had—and we’ve stayed in quite a few hotels. The location is perfect, not only for Disneyland (there’s even a shuttle to the park!) but also for shopping, with a big shopping center right in front and a metro station just around the corner.

Overall, an amazing experience and unbeatable value for the price. Highly recommend!

What a great hotel with lovely comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Ideally situated with a huge shopping centre directly opposite and the train station a 2 minute walk away. Great temperature control in the rooms, a cooling box filled with free water upon arrival, a free safe and great free wifi. The breakfast buffet option there was good but the evening meal option there was excellent and the hotel bar was friendly and welcoming. Ideally situated to get to Disneyland in 5 mins on the free shuttle bus with the city of Paris just 50 mins away on the train available just around the corner. Would recommend highly

The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park.

I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

We stayed at this hotel due to its good transport links, shops and complementary shuttle to the Disney parks.
The hotel was clean with fast check in, a small selection of drinks/ snacks to purchase by the desk if you were in a hurry.
The breakfast was small, HOWEVER the selections was more than sufficient good quality and very well executed! Fresh produce and fresh orange / pastry’s/ eggs / continental and meats
The rooms were spacious and clean we booked a triple room and daughter 3 had a sofa bed which pulled out and was plenty of room
Free shuttle was several times per hour prompt and clean.
Overall would recommend the hotel the area is opposite val de Europe shopping, plenty to do, food is ok in the area but lacking local restaurants

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, and when I had a small issue, they helped me every step of the way. To make my experience even more special, they surprised me with a lovely gift on my bed for my birthday. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It's in a great location being directly opposite the shopping center and across from the metro station. Lots of places to eat close by. My only downside was that there were limited English channels on the TV and it was not possible to log into any streaming channels such as Netflix/Disney. After a long few days at Disneyland all we wanted to do was watch a movie in room but this wasn't possible.

Our stay at Hôtel L'Elysée Val d'Europe was a perfect 10/10! ✨

We were warmly welcomed at reception and even received a free upgrade to a Premium Quadruple Room, which was such a kind surprise! The room was spotless with spacious and comfortable beds, and the staff were always proactive in helping us with any queries we had.

The free Disneyland shuttle ran reliably from just across the road, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better; it's less than a 5-minute walk to Val d'Europe station, with restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre right outside the door. Everything we needed was either in or next to the hotel. 🤩

They also offer (upon request) a thoughtful “breakfast-to-go” if you’ve paid for breakfast but have an extra early start; each generous portion includes pastries, fruit, nuts, muffins, and juice - a great example of how well the staff look after their guests!

Great check-in experience, friendly staff and able to get in to our room early which was a bonus. Room was a bit dusty above the beds but otherwise clean and very comfortable. If you don’t want your room serviced by housekeeping in the mornings you hang a tag outside your room, this earns you a 5 euro chip to spend in the bar. We thought this was a great idea! Small cooler in the room to keep water in which was handy. Some hooks for jackets and somewhere to hand wet towels after a shower would be a handy addition.
The continental breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Coffee machines located around the restaurant. The cooked buffet was unfortunately luke warm every morning so we avoided. The vegetarian meatballs in tomato sauce were off the dinner menu, quite dry and lukewarm - not really a breakfast item!
Dirty dishes etc are only taken away once you leave the table, so dishes can pile up which makes it a bit tricky. Maybe having an area guests could lay dirty plates etc would be a good idea.
Overall a very good stay, great location. Fantastic shopping centre over the road. Shuttle bus was quick and easy for Disneyland. Close to the train station. We would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe! The location is fantastic—so convenient, just a short walk from the shopping center with plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the shuttle service to Disney, which made spending a day at Disney Village stress-free and fun. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We had an ok stay - the quadruple room was very cramped though with little space for bags or doing anything other than sleeping. Be aware that there are no bar fridges in the rooms (only a “cooler” set to 16 degrees C) so you can’t really store any food. Disneyland shuttle was great but limited returns after dinner time meant we had to catch an Uber. Breakfast was average at best - rubbery eggs, tinned baked beans and slimy fruit floating in bowls of water. No oats or seeds - cereals were all sugary. Fresh OJ was nice but we couldn’t get excited about breakfast after the first day! The hotel is in a great location though and easy to get to Paris on the train as well as Disneyland.

We had another wonderful stay at Hotel l’Elysee Val d’Europe! The location is excellent—right in front of a huge mall with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a pharmacy, making it very convenient. The hotel also has its own parking garage, which made coming and going easy.

This was our second stay here, and we love it not just for visiting Disneyland Paris but as a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Paris area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
