Real simple review, we only have 2 complaints. The size of the room was godly small, and the shower did not have hot water. Spoiled Americans speaking, I understand that. It was just hard to overlook these. Beside these 2 things, everything was clean, the staff was great, the lobby and food and bar area was good and cozy.

The room was small, however it was perfectly adequate for two people, there was not much storage but again there was enough for our 3 day stay. There are no kettles in the rooms but I was aware of this and took a travel kettle which we used with our travel mugs. The room was a perfect temperature, the bed was comfortable, the shower was ok although there isn't much room in the bathroom when getting out of the shower. Check in was quick and efficient and we ate in the hotel the first night, the food was nice and fresh. The staff were really nice and accommodating my son ordered a cider and when he had a sip it really didn't taste nice, the staff changed this for him for a different drink. However they did say it was how it should taste so they didn't have to. My only issue with staying here was we were using it for a Disney visit, there is a bus that goes to disney however we found by the time it got to the hotel stop it was full and twice didn't stop. We ended up using Ubers back and forth which were only €10ish but worth thinking about if you are planning on staying here.

Liked the free on site parking, easy to find the hotel itself. Room was clean and tidy, but very small, so wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a stay of longer than a couple of nights. Also wouldn’t recommend for “plus-size” visitors, as the very small bathroom was almost too snug to get between the sink and the door!
There was no air-con, but a fan was provided.
Need to note that the bathroom is behind a sliding door, so would suggest guests are very comfortable with each other (or willing to get comfortable very quickly!).
All in all, comfortable for a night and would stay again, but perhaps not in the middle of a heat wave!

Lovely modern hotel. Small rooms but didn't really need much bigger- bathroom a bit tight though. Excellent location for Disneyland Paris, with a direct bus stop under 5 minute walk away. Secure, gated parking is good aswell. Evening/bar food was very good & staff were friendly & helpful.
No air con in rooms is disappointing though, and not what you expect from a new hotel.
Breakfast is good - a little strange, cottage cheese & applesauce but no yoghurt? But plenty of bread & croissant options.
Overall it's a good hotel but a few improvements would make it great.

When we arrived, there were at least 4 groups of guests including us that were told they did not have rooms for us. They did try to find us other hotels but this was a MAJOR fail. They said that it was because we booked through a third party like Hotels and that those rooms are not guaranteed. I still have not received a refund and this happened a month ago. Just awful.

We have stayed for 1 night at Eklo and on our checked-out the door was malfunctioning and we have to use the window to exit. When we seek helped from the staff they said that the door does that if it is being locked inside which hasn't mentioned during our checked-in. This is something they have to address for safety purposes especially in an event of fire. I haven't experience a room that you cannot locked inside how can we feel reassured at night time while we are all sleeping and someone can open it. This has been so inconvenient for us especially we have baby and alot of things that we have to jump out of the window.

We stopped here for 2 separate nights at the start and end of our Disney holiday. The first night we had a 6 bed dorm for our 6 person family. Amazing!! The only downside was the musty smell from the shower room, however it was clean. And we ran out of shower gel for the 6 of us. The 2nd night we stopped we had 2 twin rooms and a double room. All amazing, with our own bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were incredible and well worth the €12 price. And a 3 minute walk to the bus stop straight to Disney. We will definitely be back!!!

Not a huge solo traveler but this made it easy and comfortable to do so. Bus stop to Disney is around the corner. 10-15min bus ride to the entrance. rooms and bathroom were clean. I would recommend to people and family traveling on a budget.

Can’t ask for much better for the price. I was doing a solo trip to Disneyland paris so it was all I needed. My only complaint would be the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned in forever, the beds weren’t super comfortable (anything longer than the 3 nights I did I think this would have bugged me) and only having one small towel and one very flat pillow was a tad annoying. I ended up using a sweater I had packed with me under the pillow to bulk it up because without that it felt like I was laying completely flat. Again I don’t want to complain because the cost was so low but for $100 a night even if it’s marketed as a hostel i think it would be nice to offer some normal hotel amenities like shampoo/conditioner or an extra towel or pillow without an extra fee (another towel was 2€).

There were doors opening and closing all night long. Someone almost walked into my room. Thank goodness I wasn’t sleeping when that happened. I checked out early and went to an Airbnb. I did not feel safe. I do not recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay. I came to visit Paris Disneyland. The room was bare bones and sufficient. For someone who likes to walk every day there was a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk with an aquarium and walking to Disney bus was only about 10 mins.

I also due to getting sick while at the park had to use a Bolt car to return to the property which was convenient and cost only 15 euros.

It’s tiny but has a big television and the best part of all was the breakfast buffet every morning.

If you are going to Disneyland Paris, this is a great place. Busses run frequently and drop off and pick up is just around the corner. One note, i stayed in a single room and i was glad to see other windows covered. At first i thought there were no curtains. There's a switch on the wall that lowers a black out shade. On the 3rd floor, i never really heard the birthday party going on in the restaurant bar. Highly recommend Eklo.

Easy location with car for visiting Disneyland Paris & Paris city center by train. Nice staff. Clean room. The power went out for all but one electric plug during our stay. Slow response from staff was a disappointment. Was a challenge to charge 4 phones. No AC prompted us to purchase a fan as the only window goes out to an outside hall far from any breeze. Outside of summer this may not be a problem. Bathroom was nice and big. Fridge, sink and microwave was nice to have in room. Breakfast buffet was nice but $$. Parking was great. Beds were comfortable enough. On a budget, this is a good choice.

This is about the best value you are going to get in the area if you are visiting Disneyland.
We took a 6 bed domitory for our family. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was fine.
The rooms do get hot though - a fan is provided but the only real relief you get on warm nights is to leave the window open. But then you can be disturbed by other guests on the outdoor corridor.

You get what you pay for - it’s much cheaper than hotels, and is adequate if all you are planning to do is try to get some sleep.

Table football and street fighter games very good though! Just be wary if it is hot outside you will be warm inside. Other than that good value and a nice stay.

Staff were really friendly, room was small but comfortable and had a fan which was really appreciated!
Lovely bar open until midnight to sit in and 1am to takeaway which was perfect after a long day at Disney.

Staff & room were great with 24 hr front desk service! The area was nice in the suburbs and close to a few restaurants & take out. Also a small local grocer was within a 5 minute walk and the bus to Disneyland was right around the corner. My only complaint was that another customer in the building smoked on the balcony outside and it wafted through my window and stunk up my room a little. Room was very small, but in good condition and I slept great in the bed!

Hello expedia team. My experience in eklo was terrible, such a disappointment. I travel with my daughter that is 20 years old, door in the toilet are basically there for nothing, I needed to send my daughter out the room to shower my self after a long trip, because obviously I didn’t want her to see me. She started crying and for me that was enough. I went to the front desk to complain and nobody cared about it. I took a taxi and at 11 pm I went to Moxy hotel, so basically I didn’t even sleep one night in that disgusting elko place. Please help me to get my money back. They shouldn’t scam people.

I stayed in a queen double room with my best friend, the room was very small, no wardrobe little room to move around. The tv was glued to the wall so we
Couldn’t plug in our HDMI cable, but the worst part was the bathroom. There was a sliding door which didn’t close properly and you could hear everything. The bathroom was so small that when the door was shut you couldn’t move. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was ok however the pillows were lovely, only one was supplied for each person but you can ask the front desk for more. The privacy aspect of the place wasn’t amazing. There was a window but no blinds inside the room however there were blinds on the outside which anyone could lift up and see in. The best part of this hotel was the common room which has a free table food and a free arcade machine which has many games to choose from

The hotel and staff were overall very nice, clean and offered friendly assistance! The connection to bud and highway were very nice! The service was nice and so was the area.

Though the only problem I have are the rooms themselves. Only one tiny window, that everyone can look through while going by, even on the upper floors. You can also hear EVERYTHING. The small window offers nearly no fresh air to come in. Which is a problem because it was very hot and sticky. The room was way too small for two people!!! The door to the bathroom was a shoving door so you could see inside through the gap and hear everything. The walls were also painted very poorly.
An actual AC would have been nice. Or a bigger room for double beds. This was just a hot, stuffy, claustrophobic mess.

Great affordable accommodation for a Disney trip. Bus that goes to the parks or an Uber was only around 11-14€.
Rooms are clean and good charging points. Bathrooms are very small you can't turn around in the single 2 bed bathroom with the door closed but I was on my own so this wasnt a problem. No air conditioning but there was a tower fan provided in the room which worked well. Definitely better than I expected for the price and will stay here again if looking for a cheap offsite hotel for my Disney trips.

You get what you pay for really. It’s a great and ideal location for those looking for a place really close to Disney. Literally paid €24 to Disney in total there and back. Split between 2 people that’s only €12 each. However what you get is simply a small room with an en-suite. My only real complaint is the pillows they provide. Super super thin - felt like sleeping on tissues. But again for what you pay it’s absolutely a great place to stay!

This is a nice place but it is not a hotel it is more of a hostile. It would be good for passing by. The rooms are small for two people. No hotel services. We wanted a hotel because we were staying for a week. It is also too far away if you plan to spend your time in Paris. They did offer a good breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel works, it has beds and a bathroom which is really all you need if you’re planning to be out an about all day. I will say the beds were a little hard for my liking and the bathroom was comically small (you literally couldn’t turn around in the bathroom with the door closed). Also the doors of the rooms were having issues apparently and you had to slam the door a specific way for it to lock correctly, which wasn’t necessarily an issue for us but could definitely become an issue for someone who doesn’t make sure the door is locked before leaving

The hotel is super modern and extremely clean. Amazing transport links to Disney parks and perfect for a stay. Rooms are really small and basic with no amenities like iron or kettle. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and that staff where friendly.

However- on the day we had to check out we had a long lie skipping breakfast, around 10am which is an hour before checkout myself and my wife where lying in bed when the house keeping pulled back the blind and looked in our room.... having a blind on the.outside for one is very uncomfortable as anyone can invade your privacy. I felt deeply uncomfortable for the remainer of my stay and getting changed or anything in the privacy of the room.

We also had 4 bugs in our bed.... which looked like beetles. When looking theese up it said they where carpet beetled and they like to live in matresses.... when we reported this to the person on reception he said not to wordy it came from outside.

Again i wouldnt return as he didnt make me feel like he would report this issue making me feel like the beds are now unclean.

Very small, particularly the bathroom. I could only just fit between the sink and the doorway when the door was shut and I’m petite! If you want your room cleaning it’s €12 and if you want more than the one towel each provided they’re €2 each. No hairdryer. The shop that is advertised on their website doesn’t exist. Beds were very comfy which was a big positive.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay, maybe 2 or 3 days the max. The hotel itself is nice. The check in was smooth. They offer dinning with an advance purchase. The rooms... well the rooms are not that big. We were surprised as how small they were. Not much space for large luggages. The bathroom is small. Beds are small. Pillows are flat. No AC (we had to risk it a bit and open our windows a bit to let the cool air in.

But with that said. The hotel is not bad at all. If you plan to only use it to shower and sleep then it's perfect (which it was for us). We were able to use public transportation to get to Disney and to Paris. I don't think its really made for families unless you are looking for a budget hotel.

Really lovely stay

Great hotel, very modern and eco friendly. Room was small but comfortable and very clean. There’s a fussball table by the bar / reception, which was really fun. Overall reasonably priced and really great, definitely recommended

Absolute horrible hotel!, avoid at all costs no air con heater doesn’t work ROOM is TINY it’s not even a double bed the tv didn’t work no toilet on the bathroom door just a sliding door and is so tiny also people cause see you from outside your window there’s no cover for the window only on the outside so anyone can peep in and have a look. Not a safe hotel anyone can come off the street and come right up to your door. Tv didn’t work at all if you’re hot then you’re hot there is no air conditioning to cool you down. Prison floor no carpet just nothing on there. Just because it’s near Disneyland please avoid this hotel at all costs it’s horrible.

Very close to Disneyland Paris. I was not satisfied with our stay as the hotel was not up to the standard. Rooms are so tiny that 2 ppl cannot move freely inside it. Washroom is so tiny I couldn't even fit properly. No hair dryer. Breakfast options are minimal for €8. They do provide organic tea though.

For the budget conscious Disney traveller this hotel is a must. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Whilst the rooms are not big, they have everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay with a contemporary feel. The hotel is well served with bus lines with the 47 straight to Disney or the 34 to Val d’Europe. I’ve stayed here a number of times in the last year since Covid restrictions lifted and will happily continue to do so.

As others have pointed out, the lack of air conditioning along with the design of the hotel are a major issue. While the hotel emails in advance to highlight the lack of aircon, all of the rooms are technically at floor level so leaving a window open during the night is not a safe option. Considering there are multiple other hotels at the same price point and distance to the Disney parks, we will be staying elsewhere in future.
