I stayed there for five days, and the hotel was amazing and very clean. The train station is directly next to the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition, the hotel’s safety was excellent there is a central lock system on the doors and the elevators.

I had my cat with me, and the staff were very hospitable to me, my family, and my cat as well. I highly recommend this hotel. I would also like to mention that the hotel is not in the center of Paris, but it is not too far—about 15 minutes by Bolt.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. I gave it a 4 star for breakfast since I didn’t get a chance to eat there because I checked out early. The only downside in my opinion is the thermostat, it’s central air so it could’ve been set for the whole building and I couldn’t adjust it to my liking or unless I was just pressing the buttons incorrectly lol. But overall I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!

Bad smell that was not remedied after we told front desk first day. “I’ll call housekeeping”. Smell from drain smelled very strong like sewer right by master bed- 1 meter away. Ever fixed. Smelled throughout trip.
Location had amazing Turk and boulangeries to choose from, so affordable.
Far from sites. Not walkable at all at metro even got expensive for 2.50 for family of 4 for several trips/ day.
Definitely not 4 star!!! 3 at best but did appreciate water and fridge and extra trundle.

The hotel is very modern, nice rooms, the staff was welcoming, check in was fast.

Hotel is right next to a metro station and in from of a tram line, an Uber ride to the attractions was around 10-15 depending on traffic and about 15 to 20 Euro.

Asian manager maybe GM was very nice and did what she could make stay better. In the end at check out middle eastern lade at front desk was very nasty and snappy to my son. When my family and I arrived we were so tired from traveling from the United States, the staff were so friendly and helped up get into our room earlier than normal check-in. They also held our luggage while we waited and went to get some food as we were starving. Would definitely recommend staying here and the staff were excellent.

We arrived a little before check in time and the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and found us a room that was ready. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers 14&16 and it is very difficult to find accommodation in europe that actually offers beds for them and not sofa beds. This hotel was perfect, the room was spacious and we never felt crowded, each of my kids had their own individual bed and that’s appreciated. Location was excellent just above the tube/metro station, easy to get to main attractions. Overall a great stay and great value for the price. We will return again and recommend.

The room was ok kinda small for a family of 4 and I don’t know why they would separate the toilet and shower away from each other without a separate sink to wash your hands after doing business in the toilet! To me that’s unsanitary to have to go to the other side of the room passing everyone in the room just to wash your hands after toilet business. The hotel was right next to a metro station so that was convenient as lots of food areas right outside.

Best place I've found thats a reasonable price in Paris. Conveniently located directly above the Metro, makes for convenient access to the city. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Well worth it. One child eats free with one paying adult. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily and had a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Albeit, at a distance, it was still a magical experience to see the tower light display throughout the evening.

The neighborhood has delicious bakeries, grocery stores and numerous dining options. There are even two laundromats nearby to choose from.

No parking. Zero. Made check in and check out very difficult with kids. The rooms are hot. They have A/C but very weak and took all day to cool down. Breakfast was pretty good and staff at front friendly but not worth the price. Rooms EXTREMELY small. No counter space in bathrooms. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Novotel is in District 14. Excellent place to stay. It's near Metro 13 station and has a tram that stops right outside the hotel. Just up the street, there are plenty of restaurants, although some close at 1 PM and reopen at 2 PM. It's a great location in a safe community. On Thursdays and Mondays, there's a street market that sells housewares, fruits, and vegetables.

The hotel serves a breakfast spread with bacon, sausages, eggs, vegetables, fruit, cereals, breads, and cakes. Kids eat free, The entire hotl staff were friendly abd Excellent place to stay. It's near Metro 13 station and has a tram stop right outside the hotel. Just up the street, there are plenty of restaurants, although some close at 1 PM and reopen at 2 PM. It's a great location in a safe community. On Thursdays and Mondays, there's a street market that sells housewares, fruits, and vegetables.

This place was a JOKE! I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me.

The good: The building is newer and clean and friendly staff that try to help you as much as they can. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but no there is food downstairs to purchase some pasta for 13euros, in a small cup. Right on the subway

The not so great: NO AIR CONDITIONING! When your staying up on a higher floor the heat rises and all the windows are locked because it’s literally on a railway line and their are two sets of windows for sound proofing, which is excellent btw. The air conditioner can only be operated by a computer downstairs remotely. Starting it takes 30-45mins. You might wait 3hrs to get it started. When it blows real cold in the the middle of the night you have to call to have them turn the temperature up. Which they will likely turn it off. We normally called them 4-5times a night through the night because when the air conditioner goes off it quickly heats up soooo hot since the building cannot vent with two layers of glass. You will spend all night and day calling to turn it on or have them turn it down. We did this for 4 days with NO SLEEP and two infants. They are screaming when it gets hot.

If you put the do not disturb tag on the door. The cleaning and coffee people will come in your room no matter what even if you are in the room. The knock is the same time the door opens.

The bathtub takes 75mins to fill, and the temperature will change on its own when filling. You will need to

Our first time in Paris and we were planning to use Public transport to explore all of Paris with our 2 kids. This hotel is just opposite of metro station, so our 3 day travel was extremely convenient. The property itself is decent with excellent front desk that is super helpful. Next time in Paris, we will definitely reconsider this hotel !
