Terrible service

I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a lot of potential but the customer service is subpar.
The first night I stayed, my room was not made even though I left the sign on the door to please clean it up.
Also, my room didn't have conditioner and based on the lack of service I asked if maybe we could get complimentary breakfast for a day to make up for the inconveniences, but they said all they could offer was a \"free drink\". I told the guy I don't drink alcohol and he said \"you could have a juice\". Wow!
Really? You're giving me a free juice to make up for a dirty room?
That goes to show how much customers matter, considering breakfast costs 20 euros, so I guess I'm not even worth that much!
My friend checked in on the same day and her room had a musty smell so she had to ask for a change. We had also asked for adjoining rooms and they weren't able to provide that either.
All in all, I'm very disappointed on the service offered by this hotel.

Room is clean with basic needs and beds are ckean. They provide drinking water in the lobby which is nice knowing how hard it is to get public drinking water.
The elevator is very small.

Not a great hotel

Very average hotel. Failed on some basics like the air con not working, pods for a coffee machine but no machine, empty minibar, luke warm breakfast (with terrible scrambled eggs !). However bed was great, shower was good and very quiet night so a great sleep, so not all bad !

The entry area was very cute and clean. The room was very small, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, there was no air flow in the room at all and the shower always leaked onto the floor and made a large puddle/mess.

We stayed 3 days in Paris. Very smooth and pleasant stay, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and hotel was convenient for the price. Not many options to eat around but we made it work. Only negative is the Taxi that the hotel recommended to the airport was terrible.....closed van, no windows, it was 90 degrees and it had no A/C, also I believe he overcharged us.

The air conditioning unit did not work in our hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that they were aware that some units didn’t have working air conditioning. They gave us a fan, no mention of any kind of refund.

The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and pastries, it was really nice!
The bathroom looked clean at first but a bit moldy, but the room was overall clean. I would not mind returning for another stay, however, this time, i will make sure not to have too much lugage ;-_)

The staff was great and very helpful: however, the sheets were dirty and it seemed as though each time they changed them we would find stains or blood stains. The shower also had pink mold.

Nothing to write home about

We were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. From the start, one of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, which did not manage to be repaired during our stay. A fan was provided, however this was not what we had paid the exorbitant price for! Although a replacement room was offered, this was so small that there was barely room to get down from bed! A portable AC offered was so noisy that it had to be switched off at night!
Breakfast was of good quality but very little.Food consumed and glasses/plates used were not replenished easily. There was a day when no bread, cheeses, croissants, glasses or cups were available. It is definately not worth its price.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.
Location is not too central.I don't think I'd return to this hotel, especially with its high price tag and lack of AC in one of our rooms

Staff was really pleasant, but I got 2 bottle of wine one of the staff was trying to overcharged me, the cost for a bottle of vin Rosé \"Coteaux du var Escarelle\" was 28 Euro they charged me 39 and upon checking out they add a charge of 55 Euro, Overall the stay was Ok. but do check your credit card for overcharging

My daughter and I got to the hotel around 1 pm and the check in was at 3 pm. The two first people that received us were Karim and Mani. They received us with a big smile. That made us feel welcomed and all the staff always had a smile for us. Since we got there earlier and they saw us too tired, they went ahead ahead and hurried up to prepare our room, so we could go and rest. That was VERY nice. All the experience at the hotel was great 😊 I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is great! They have variety and the staff always comes to check that everything in the breakfast is they way it supposed to be. Fresh and hot food is always available. The rooms were clean. Mani transported us to places like Versailles and airport. He is a VERY trustable person. Always transmitted respect and kindness to my daughter and I. We felt safe when we were with him. I highly recommend Mani to take you anywhere you need. Blessings to the Staff of the Mercure Hotel. Thank you all!!!

The rooms were too warm to sleep comfortably. The manager said that the AC had been shut off because it had been chilly the previous week and did provide fans which did not solve the problem. We stayed at 4 other hotels in France and all had working AC systems. One morning, the fire alarm went off during breakfast. My daughter uses a wheelchair and was in a 4th floor room. When she asked for information, the housekeeping staff ignored her. People with disabilities and many elderly people would not be able to use the stairs. There is no posted information on what to do in such a situation.

The hotel was overall ok, the breakfast was good but very simple (not too many choices). There was a coffee machine downstairs but no coffee available after 11 (breakfast time). I felt that the rooms could have been a little more clean but overall they were ok and the beds comfortable. I had requested a room with AC but had to change rooms as I felt the AC was not working properly. The one thing I was not pleased about, when I asked to book a taxi for the next day for the airport, the person at the front desk offered the hotel services for free which nobody at the hotel seemed to have been aware of the next day when it was time to leave. I ended up calling up for a van at the last minute and had no choice to pay the heavy price of not being organized in advance to avoid missing my flight. I felt the people there at the time of my departure did not even try to find out who had promised a ride to the airport and barely tried to help!

The nice property. Not 4 stars facilities (no gym, no formal reception), but people working there were very nice, friendly and did their best. The best perk is having a Nespresso machine in the room and complimentary water and juice on arrival - thank you! Location was great for us.

So so pleased with our stay here! The staff were extremely kind, the rooms were very clean and had a lot of space (we had a room for 3 people), and the location was exactly what we were looking for (a calmer area, less touristy but still within walking distance or a quick, cheap uber ride to attractions). Would absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend this place enough.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário da recepção. Quarto muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. A estação de metro mais próxima é a Pasteur que fica a aproximadamente 15 minutos de caminhada, não é tão próxima mas atende a necessidade de locomoção por Paris. Opções de cafés, restaurantes, mercado no entorno

Camera confortevole e colazione ottima l, ricca e abbondante come di consueto in un Mercure, ma avevo prenotato una tripla con divano letto e invece mi viene data una camera con semplice poltrona letto perdipiu chiusa con letto da fare e senza asciugamani e accappatoio per il terzo occupante.
Inoltre la doccia senza vetro divisorio rende il bagno inutilizzabile dopo averla utilizzata.
