A very pleasant stay. Located in the south part of the city, with a small cafe, and a grocery store right next to it. You will need to commute to reach the tourist locations in Paris, but a tram stop, a bus stop, and a train station are all just outside the hotel. Made for a very good trip.

We stayed here as a family of 3 with two teenage daughters as an end of holiday stopover for 4 days in paris. The hotel had parking available at £25 per day which was handy but an additional expense. The location was perfect for port de vanves station only 5 min walk away making days and evenings out easy. The breakfast was an extra £50 per day which i hadnt realised and was very expensive to my mind. It was advertised as havkng a bar but this was not the case. There was a mimibar in the room but it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the evening.
Beds were really xomfortable but room was tiny. This was fine for us as we were out the whole time but would be a problem for people who didnt just sleep there. There was a small wardrobe and no storage so our clothes had to stay in cases throughout or be piled on the little table. Overall i would recommend for a short city break but dont expect any frills.

We had a great stay! The service was excellent, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect and easy to access public transport. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Daud at the reception. I had forgotten to reserve parking, but he still managed to find a space for us, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the room, it was a bit too small for two people and didn’t have much extra space. But aside from that, everything else was spot on.

The propery was fine for my solo trip. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and stains on the dark carpet. The area was actually better than I had expected after first glance from the metro to the hotel. The neighborhood had plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance.

Very charming, clean, remodeled hotel off the beaten path. Was able to check in early, which coming off an international flight is a mercy, and the concierge is very nice.
Great shower, hot water, and elbow room. Heated bathroom floor, blackout curtains. Grocery store and kebab stand right outside. Tram T3 stops right outside the hotel.
I haven’t been to Paris for at least a decade, but this hotel was a great find. Would definitely stay here again. Solo female traveler.

I would have given more stars due to our actual stay was very pleasant. However things went missing in our room which I enquired about and never had a response for. They were given an opportunity to help our situation and we were ignored so therefore I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Space is VERY cramped even for 2 in the room. No walking space. Thank goodness we were out from sunrise till late. Only shower and sleep. Beds and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was good size... warm flooring, hot water, great toiletries and soft large towels.

The room itself is ok, despite no phone, no door lock, no sound insulation - a/c works like magic, the shower hot water is instant, and the people that work there are lovely. However, with dance music blasting in the hotel, people sleeping in the lobby, and drug deals taking place outside the hotel room windows, it was not the most comfortable stay, to say the least.

Not the best location, very expensive for what you get. As a family of 3 we were put in room 601 which I presume was a ground floor cupboard converted to a bedroom and charged the earth for it !!! It wasn't big enough for a single bed let alone a double and a single. You couldn't sit on the toilet as your legs hit the wall in front so you had to sit on a 45 degree angle !!! We had very very noisy neighbours the 1st night and the hotel didn't do anything to help. AirCon unit made a lot of noise throughout the night. Our room was right next to the lift and it made a horrid noise up to approx 3am and then started at 6am so at least we could get 3hrs sleep a room. The window was opaque so we didn't have a view. The window opened onto a parking spot for local youths with mopeds and music blaring. I would not recommend or return, sorry. If I could get a full refund I would still feel cheated.

It was a surprise to come at the hotel which was under construction without any prior notification from hotel side. The reception looked messy, elevator didn't work and so did the room entrance card. Nevertheless staff at the reception looked relaxed. A room itself wasn't bad, but a hotel is located close to the street with intensive traffic, so it was quite noisy.

Sympathique hôtel au cœur du 15e arrondissement. A quelques mètres d'une station de tram (T3a, Brancion) et quelques minutes du métro (13 porte de Vanves). Nous y avons séjourné une seule nuit mais ce ne sera certainement pas la seule. L'accueil est agréable. La boisson d'accueil fortement appréciée en été. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais amplement suffisante. Mini bar (payant) bienvenue, ne serait ce que pour laisser nos boissons au frais. La literie est extrêmement agréable, excellente nuit ! Mention particulière pour le chauffage au sol de la salle de bains !!! La sensation des pieds sur le carrelage froid au sortir de la douche n'est qu'une légende dans cet hôtel ! Propreté impeccable également. Le petit déjeuner très bien, peut être à étoffer un peu plus...
