The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again.

Do not stay here. Everything is broken! The shower and bathroom sink has broken drains so could not shower for a day then finally had to just remove the drain stop to get it to drain. Sink was plugged, and had to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix it. The toilet filled really slow so you could only flush after several minutes (with a family of 4 this was though). The fan for the shower also broken. They said we could dial 9 to reach reception but the room has no phone in it! I would rather never go to Paris than have to stay here again. Do not recommend staying here.

Family weekend in Paris.

The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help.
Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments.
The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

Works in a pinch, avoid if you want anything nice

This place is literally disintegrating. Our room had many parts made from particle board. It had clearly gotten wet and was just falling apart. The layout was nice and the idea is sound but the condition is shotty at best. The condition would have been disappointing at any price. Of course, being in Paris, the price is high and the value is in the location, not the room. Having said that, the hotel doesn't have much to recommend it. If you are in a pinch, Iike we were, then it will be fine. If you are expecting anything other than disappointment then keep looking.

Bed Bugs!

I stayed at the apartments for a business trip. The first night I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep but couldn't work out why. By the second night I realised that the bed was covered in bed bugs! I have been bitten all over my body which is very uncomfortable. I spoke to the man on reception and he couldn't care less about the situation. I am furious with the customer service. Avoid this hotel!!

Very nice and accommodating staff

I first want to thank the staff at the front desk who checked me in EARLY. I had flown into Paris from Austin Texas to Atlanta Georgia. In other words I had traveling for well over 16 hours at arrived at the hotel at 5 am needing a shower and a chance to change into my work clothes for my work day that started in 2 hours. The hotel checked me without hesitation or a charge. This really made a difference in my stay!

Condition of some parts could be better. Toilet needed updating as did bathroom. Bath panel was broken and randomly a screwdriver was left on the towel rail. Perhaps in case it fell off. Vanity unit was in poor condition. Otherwise a good sized apartment. Had all we needed. Good value in an expensive city.

Despite it was a little further to the Eifel Tower, it was nice to walk around until sunset. After the sunset it was not so good to walk around, my family got nervous especially with people circling around you on bicycles.

Nice apartment. Better than photos. Parking under the hotel. 10 min walk to the metro station. They do not clean the apartment every day like a hotel. Spacious.
If you are driving, drive very slowly when you get there, the sign of the hotel is small that I missed it the first time, even though the hotel has a large place to park in front of it.

Cons: front door not clearly marked (it’s not on the street, it’s through the parking area), no air conditioning or fans, shower handle was broken, black mold in WC, broken and leaking toilet, breakfast overpriced.

Totally disappointed!

I was totally disappointed in this hotel. The room was incredibly warm, rooms around us people were smoking. It just had sheet rock in an are - no paint. It all was very old and dingy. Very uncomfortable pillows and bed. I would not recommend nor would I stay there again. The only thing nice was the neighborhood around the block.

Hotel and rooms are clean when you first get in, but they don't offer cleaning unless you stay 8 days or more or you pay for the cleaning. However, even when I stayed 8 days the promised to send some one to clean the apartment on the seventh day but they never did. Also both telephone machine and safe-box were not operating and I had to report them several times to send someone to fix them. But -otherwise- everything else was very good and I am quite satisfied as overall stay. I would go again to the same hotel when I go to Paris next time and I recommend it for couples and/or small family.

Property is about an hours walk to Paris city centre. All but one staff member was polite and friendly. Can’t believe you have to pay per day for housekeeping. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable wasn’t even pulled out . I would not stay here again .

NO AIR only window. Asked front desk for fans NO FANS either. Also one 19 inch tv which is glue to table so and can't turn it if you're in the bedroom. Well you have to move the table. Overall bed was comfortable.

The apartment which is in District 15 is very convenient for traveling around Paris. The apartment was clean, staffs were friendly. We loved the kitchen. However, the apartment is a bit old. The kitchen smelled (from the sink?). The towels were worn out, a couple of them were torn. TV is tiny. There was no AC in the hot summer days.

Disappointing stay

Reception lady on the date of check in was not helpful at all. She expects us to use the door card and secret code to enter the apartment for we even not yet check in! Finally it’s a cute little boy who came to open the door for us so that we can go inside to check in! The last day we couldn’t enter the main entrance simply because the secret code had been changed without any notice to guests. This was all the service My family had received.
The room is non-air conditioning and without any bleeze of wind could be felt because of the geographical reason. All of us were sweaty during 4 nights stay and hardly fell asleep. When we asked for a fan, the reply was funny. Reception lady said the only fan in the “hotel” was under her use!!!
There would not have any cleansings unless you stay for 8 days. Weekly cleansing would be provided or additional charges applies. Receptionist will show you the way to throw your rubbish bags by yourselves. I may not notice this when I made booking.
I definitely will not recommend this to anyone.

Okay for a couple of nights but kitchen too tiny.

As expected for a mid budget apartment hotel. Location is good and close to two metro lines. Quiet in the evening. Bathroom door creaks loudly. Kitchen is functional but tiny. Parking was reasonably priced and convenient. Reception staff were ok but didn't really used or expected any room service.

Perfect hotel but no AC so avoid summer

It's a perfect hotel for families, the room was clean, the kitchen area is perfect as we used to eat dinner there. The beds were comfy. Overall the hotel is good, very well located, close to public transportation, good restaurants and super market. It's safe and staff is friendly. It's 30 minutes from Versailles. It's perfect for the price. I will go there again the next time I'm in Paris with the family. However, it does not have air conditioning. It's hot during the summer (80F or higher). We got there on July 19th, that day the temp was really high so the first night was hot and humid in the room. The rest of the time the temp went down to the 70s or lower so it was ok as we had the windows open. I would recommend to advertise clearly the lack of AC on websites for the hotel. It was a surprise for me that the hotel didn't have ac as this was not specified on hotels.com when I book it.

Hotel very clean and room quite large for Paris.
Close to many shops and restaurants.
Also close to metro and tram.
However reception staff very abrupt and rude. They could not find our booking and left us waiting for 45 mins with no explanation or apology. Very arrogant attitude when asked what the problem was.
Every occasion when reception staff dealt with they were very unhelpful. They did not promote a positive image of the hotel.

Location was a little out of the way, but public transit very available that took us where we wanted to go. The room could be divided into 2 that was convenient. Small kitchen but just fine for our needs. The area had good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We could see the Effiel Tower from our window. Outside area was well kept. Overall pleasant experience.

the room itself was nice and clean. the small kitchen was a highlight. However, no room service during the whole stay and our rubbish bin was full. We'd have nowhere to throw garbage if we stayed for one more day. No electricity in hall one morning when we went out of the room. We couldn't see nothing without light from my mobile. The last day we did not have electricity supply in room for the appliance because of the main switch fault.

we were looking for something on short notice and on a budget... this hotel ended up being perfect! there were a couple of issues, but overall we were very happy with this hotel. We are a family of four and my wife and i had our own room and the kids each had their own bed...

summary, if you are gone all day sightseeing and would still like a small kitchen for late night snacks and breakfast... this room is perfect... but the TV and internet were HORRIBLE... they need to fix that. Also, the rest of the hotel could use some updating and maintenance...

Very close to the Metro. There is a tram Infront of Apartelle. Staff specifically Salim, Heben and Olga very helpful and will make sure you know your way to the Metro. Room had a bad smell. Opening windows on entering the room seemed to get rid of it, but it always returned after we closed up and went out for a while. Edges of floors and skirting boards very dusty/fluffy, obviously not cleaned for some time although bedding, bath, shower, sink and toilet were spotless. Had coffee maker but no kettle to heat water for cup of tea so had to use saucepan which took up to half an hour to heat as power was also a bit touchy. Had ironing board but no iron. Beds really comfortable. Good set up, nice kitchen. Pity those few things let it down. Building a bit tired. Overall a pleasant stay. Wish to say that staff at reception were lovely and wish to express thanks to the very kind receptionist who gave me her own train ticket so I could get to the Police Station after my bag got stolen at the railway station.

The room was very well equipped for a family of 4 and in a quiet location. Staff was very polite and helpful. The kitchen came with everything we needed. The teenagers were impressed that the WiFi worked in the room. It is away from all the tourist sites but the metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.

Don't get fooled by what you see on the web page

There is no swiming pool, no spa center, no tennis. It says heated swiming pool on the web site and all the others, but there is none. All these made me choose this location and there is none available. Location is only close to a tramway station, the metro stations are about 10 minutes away and when you have baggages is not funny. Some lights in the room were burnt out.

Fantastic stay

What a great find! Very reasonable price for a very clean and well furnished room. Although near the motorway the hotel itself is enclosed away from the noise and we had no problem sleeping with all the windows open. The outside could do with a lick of paint, but inside its very modern. The area is very quiet and safe at night with great transport links nearby. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about a 5 min walk away, tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower are about 20-25mins away on the metro. Another surprise was the water park 5mins down the road! Brilliant for any ages with its outdoor/indoor pool, beach, slides and jacuzzi baths. We look forward to stopping at this hotel again in the future!

Good choice for the money

I was pleasantly surprised, although it does need a serious redecorating. We looked beyond that , this had everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy. There a series of grocery and bakers just around the corner. The metro was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It was quiet and away from the touristy areas. Great if you have kids. It was like having a little piece of Paris to ourselves for 3 days.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and use this hotel again.

Great family option

This hotel is a very affordable Option for a family of four. We spent a full week there. The private bedroom made it easier for every members to adapt to jet lag at its own pace. It was nice to cook a simple meal and sit down together after a busy day walking around. We unfortunately had wifi troubles for most of our stay and be warned, you must purchase your own toilet paper.

Convenient location

The hotel was clean and well maintained inside but the exterior could do with a bit of sprucing up. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing we would have liked to see in the rooms is a kettle for tea drinkers and mugs for coffee other than expresso cups.

This hotel needs some work. There was a sharp, broken metal grate hanging over the sidewalk, stained carpet in the halls, and a discarded tee shirt hanging from a tree outside our window. The staff seems rather indifferent and unwelcoming.

The hotel was very close to the metro station an easy access to the center of Paris. What I did not like was that the hotel had no air conditioning and paying $250.00 a night I was given an electrical fan. Another thing no hair dryer you have to rent it from the front desk at a rate of two (2) Euro a day. Breakfast was not included an additional cost of twelve (12) Euro. Of the front office staff the afternoon or evening staff was more friendly and helpfull . The morning staff was very unfriendly of not help.

Second time at Paris

Room had a very bad smell. we tried to leave the window at night in order to breathe. No fan in the shower. Water comes out of the shower and stays and don't get dried. not a very good design. I would say the one-bedroom apt was the size of the bachelor apt. extremely small. cleaning was not included, so we cleaned ourselves everyday. hairdryer was not included, so we had to put our name on the list and wait for our turn to get it. How much really a hair dryer cost !!!! oh come on... you are a 3 star hotel, not a 1-star. anyhow we managed 5 days there, but were not as happy as expected.

Good way to spend family vacation

Adagio XV presents a great way to spend a family vacation in Paris! good points are that its right at the exit of the ring road so its very easy to drive in drive out of the city. Tram 2 & 3 and the metro 6 are located very close by (500m) so that's very nice to get in the city. Price was very reasonable. Its an apartment, so great if you plan to start your day with a warm breakfast or plan to cook at home once you get back. Standard points are the quality of apartment, the equipment in the kitchen, beds, etc. Not-so-good points are that the size of the apartment isn't what you'll see in the pics :) but the apartments are not too small. The service from the hotel could definitely have been better. We tried the breakfast just once which wasn't very great.

Good solution for families in Paris

A little bit far from downtown, but with very easy access through a metro station just 200 m from the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room for 4 people. Very reasonable price considering that Paris is not a cheap city. Highly recommended if you do not mind to take a metro. Wifi access in the reception with a reasonable speed. If you are a couple then I would say that there are better quality/price relation in the same area (price is very similar for 2 or 4 people in the same room).

stayed 3 days 2 nights at this apartment/hotel around the montparnasse area. the room was small but cozy with small kitchen complete with utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. location is very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to metro station and tram is in front of the hotel. 15-20 minutes away from chateau de versailles, eiffel tower, the louvre and other point of interests in the city. restaurants, bakeries, convenient store is around the corner and if you walk further down the street about 10 minutes there's a mc donald's which is a plus for me. very far from cdg airport, about 1hr 20 min drive because of the traffic. the hotel offers shuttle service though for less than the price of taxi but make sure to let them know how many luggage you have in your party, you might get charge for extra luggage. over all can't complain. great customer service/great location if you don't mind taking trains and walking, that's what paris is all about. i would stay at this apart/hotel again.

The room was comfortable but location was not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions as we had expected. The WiFi service in the hotel never worked whenever we tried to connect during our 3 night stay. On the check-out day, front desk was not very cooperative when we tried to get a taxi to go to Paris East station. It was a nightmare to get taxi service from the hotel location to the railway stations.

Nice and Roomy Condo/Hotel in Paris

A surprising find in Paris. Compared to other tiny little rooms at other hotels, this was more like a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. Everything was nice, except their WiFi was intermittent, possibly due to the \"number of client\" limitation. I was able to get on the WiFi only in the early morning hours, e.g., after 1 AM.

Overall, a very decent place in Paris.

Very nice hotel with a good price!!! Loved how clean the apt. was. Worst part was finding it at first, It is 2 buildings down from the Oceania. Nice neighborhood. Best review you could give, is I'd stay there again and I would.
