Four stars for cleanliness for small issues -

1. corner of the shower could have been cleaned better and possible resealed.
2. I ended up not needing it but the orange throw blanket smelled like it’s never been washed. I think if it is not going to get washed with the other linen items, it should not be kept or stored in the room.

The staff at the front desk was very very nice.
This was in a shopping area that was a bit outside of the Eiffel Tower area. I felt very safe staying here. The only thing that was a little weird is the room that we had an A-frame ceiling, so it was short. The shower and tub did not have a door or a privacy curtain from the bedroom. The room was very nice and had great air conditioning. It was just a little odd that I had to take a shower while looking at my mom sitting on the bed watching TV. lol

Front desk was excellent. Near transportation. Streets nearby were clean and felt very safe. There were several restaurants nearby but did not an opportunity to try. Room was a bit small for two checkin baggage. Washroom was functional but a little small for all your toiletries. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay

Do not Disturb just don’t work in Paris guys… even u leave the DND on the door, room will still be entered… just for me, I don’t like my room door being opened while I’m in the room… one time the cleaners or worker there did knock on the door before entering, but after seeing me sitting on the bed they straight went out without an apology… they might knew they were doing wrong… I asked the hotel staffs, and they did told me that cleaners will come in after usual check out time, but that happened way before check out time… no explanation by the hotel manager either… paid a reasonably high price for it but still feel unsafe… it’s good location and good hotel room if you’re fine with people entering your room time to time……

I reserved this hotel from July 24 2024 to 31. Which is worse experience.
1 the washroom is worse ventilation so the black mold is on the wall. It’s worse for guests health.
2 . room is too close to the street, noise from train made us not good sleeping.
3 . July 31 2024 when I check out I ask for refund subway ticket which I bought from this hotel one day ago. But the gentleman directly refused my request.

Amazing service and staff, good location. Rooms very tidy and modern, issue with room is that it’s quite small, but was not an issue with two of us. Bathroom if very very small but everything is in there and is manageable. Good service and wifi. Breakfast is not a needed addition plenty of cheaper places to get it nearby. For the price you won’t find many better hotels with good access to Ubers metro and tram etc.

I was nervous but I was happy that I booked this hotel. The price was reasonable. Loved it. Generally I never like private hotels. I always book holiday inn or an international chain/brand. The hotel room is small compared to other cities but I think it's a \"Paris thing\". Although room is compact, it's clean, comfortable and in a good condition. Hotel restaurant / bar / lounge area is excellent and the WiFi is very reliable. Location is ideal for access to the Porte de Versailles.

Nice hotel. Room brought to you by IKEA. I have no complaint about this hotel. Everything you would expect. A little bit out of the way. If you want to experience the pulse and heartbeat of Paris, I would recommend somewhere like near Notre Dame, St.Germain. Other than that, this is a good hotel.
I do have to mention Slim who seems to live at the hotel. He treats this job as though he worked at the Ritz Carlton or any other grand hotel and treated us accordingly.

The hotel is located on the quiet western edge of Paris and it’s one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It’s very convient to all public transportation, the tram right outside the door, metro and bus about a couple blocks away.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfy and each have it’s own decor unlike US hotel rooms which have a cookie cutter interior. Rooms are small which is typical in Europe. For those that complained about the small elevator, keep in mind most of these buildings were built hundreds of years ago and one can not just rip out half of the building and replace it with an American size elevator. Remember, EVERTHING is smaller in Europe.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and look forward to returning here for our next Paris vacation.

Located in a nice residential area but easy access via metro (Balard or Porte de Versailles) to the tourist areas.
Rooms very quiet even though front of hotel is on a reasonably busy road.

My 18 day stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me navigate around the city. The hotel is located right across the street from metro which was very convenient and only a few kilometers away from the Eiffel tower and other attractions. I walked to the Eiffel tower several days it was about a 30 minute walk through a very quaint and cute neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes. This is a small hotel with no bells and whistles, but if you like to visit a city and live like the natives this is for you. I will definitely be returning to Paris soon and will stay here upon my return.

I stayed here while attending a scientific conference nearby. As others have noted, the rooms are small (as they often are in Europe). I was by myself, so the room was fine. For two people, things will be pretty cramped, but if you're planning on spending most of your time outside the hotel room it should be manageable.

The service at the hotel was friendly and helpful, with 24-hr staffing of the front desk.

The local area isn't particularly historical, but there is a nice variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores within a 2-3 block distance, as well as two metro lines that will quickly bring you into the center of the city.

Pretty nice hotel in a great location!

My stay was ok. Although the location was great, the room was a bit cramped and my check in process was less than ideal. I was charged for an extra night even though I emailed weeks ahead of time asking if I could check in early and was told I could. Upon arrival to the hotel and showing the message to the man at the front desk, I was met with rudeness and attitude because he refused to honor the agreement. Having traveled for almost 24 hours, I didn’t want to spend more time agreeing.
However, besides this annoying start, the rest of my trip was fine.

I found the hotel to be modern, clean with a lovely staff. Transport was quite convenient with 3 lines withen a 5 min walk. There was even easy transport to the airport that took a little over an hour. I would recommend this hotel for a nice place to stay 20 min outside of city center.

The place is clean and comfortable. It's location is not ideal, pretty out of the way from the city center (on the border of Paris), but there are two trains just a couple blocks away. There also isn't very much to do nearby and everything seemed to close pretty early or was closed in general (people on holiday). It was prominent in the area but was also all throughout Paris. There is an inside pool/water park nearby, so check that out if you have a chance.

We put out the DND sign because one we had valuables and they state \"we are not responsible for lost/stolen items\" and two mosquitoes kept getting in the room. Housekeeping still came in regardless even with the sign. It was really frustrating to keep checking if things were missing because we knew someone did come into the room. I'd like to ask the hotel to please take to DND signs because they're out there for a reason. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, so smells never really went away.. even after housekeeping came in and left the door open to clean, it would still smell. I believe it is extremely crucial for hotel rooms to have a vent in the bathroom because it is small and the bathroom is connected with the room. Location is less of an issue for us because we don't mind traveling (usually takes 30 min to get anywhere), but the ventilation and housekeeping thing were a big deal for us, otherwise it would have been a great stay for us. Overall still a great hotel though.

Great Value, Amazing Stay

We got here at 11am, before check in, so the front desk staff stowed our luggage for us. We then proceeded to frolic about town and sightsee for several hours...until it started raining and we headed back to PVH. It was when we got to our room (via tiny elevator that barely fit my 24\" suitcase) that we noticed the bathroom had a huge puddle--the window was leaking from the rain! The front staff switched us to a larger room that is actually more like a suite, which was amazing! Our space doubled instantly. The bathrooms are clean (although ours is a little weird--the toilet is in a separate room than the shower and sink) and it's obvious the housekeeping does a detailed and thorough job every single day.

Everyday we left the key with the front staff on our way out to sightsee (it's hotel policy, I presume for housekeeping purposes although maybe they just have one key--who knows) and come back at night and request our room key to retire. They bid us a good day and it's quite pleasant. As for accessibility, 20-30 min on the T3a and metro would get us to the heart of the city.

Some reviewers were concerned about the noise since the hotel is meters away from the train. I am a light sleeper (I wake up to cell phone vibrations) and maybe it's because touring Paris all day tired me out, but it didn't bothered me at all. (I wrote this review for yelp!)

Good for saving money, not so great on space.

This is the review I wrote on Google: The room was tiny. Barely enough space in the bathroom to pick up a dropped brush. No counter space. So little space between the bed and the wall across for it that my husband and I kept hitting our shoulders on the tv fixed onto the wall. The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen. I thought maybe it was only for luggage. This hotel would not be handicap accessible. I don't think a wheelchair would be able to make it in that elevator. Each room only has one key and they advise you to leave it at the front desk while you are out because if that key gets lost they would have to take the entire lock system off the door and replace it. I probably can't complain too much because it is one of the cheaper places to stay in the city and the staff was friendly.

Was visiting rock en seine with my son as well as some sightseeing , hotel is situated a little distance from centre but had nearby tram and metro links which was ideal for us to get to festival or central Paris. It was great!! Hotel is good and amazing hotel staff( very helpful and friendly). Only issue is that the hotel room are a bit small ( my room was 301), but it provides all the facilities. The hotel is neat and clean. Its closeness to public transport is also a positive.
They ask for your credit card details at the time of check in , which was surprising for me as I have travelled to a lot of European countries and no one ever asks for that. All payments are made at the time of check out(my room was even pre booked and payment was already made except for city tax which they told me that will be charged later in my credit card which I feel is incorrect).
Otherwise I would recommend it to all.

The hotel was a small but decent place, clean and located in a nice area of Paris, close to two metro lines and an exhibition hall. The staff were helpful, spoke very good english and the room was cleaned every day.
The room was a little small, but as we were not spending too much time in there it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet.
I would recommend this place for travellers who are on a budget and after a comfortable bed at the end of a long day.

The breakfast is of good standard.

The hotel has no restaurants but at walking distance, several restaurants are available.

The only negative point is the car park. The car park near the salon des sports is 43 euros for 12 hrs. A rip off!!!

Lovely time for new years! Hotel was great, the top floor rooms have nice skylights.. Elevator is small but wasn't a problem for us. Located extremely close to the Metro tram and subway which was very convenient for getting around. Breakfast is very limited for 13 euros.

Good hotel for the money. All front desk personnel were fantastically nice and helpful. They also all speak English. Hotel was undergoing renovation, but room was complete and they made no noise early. Elevator is tiny, but gets the job done. Neighborhood is fine with an awesome boulanger/sandwich cafe a few doors down and fantastic wine/food bar around the corner. Lots of other restaurants and cafes nearby to. Metro is close walk or grab the tram just outside. Overall happy with the stay.

Close to Eiffel

Staff was stealing cokes is not a good hotel !!!
Somebody needs to go over there and inspect everything !
And by the way the pictures that they have are not real ! They give us a room that was very tiny

Close to metro & convenient for reaching Roland Garros, Champs Élysées & Eiffel Tower.
