First time visit to Paris, me and my wife loved Edgar Suites Expo Paris Porte De Versailles. Such a quaint spot. Our room was awesome. This place was truly lovely. If ever again in Paris this will be our preferred place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Edgar Suites in Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—especially families!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the apartment. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly maintained, which gave us peace of mind, especially while traveling with kids. The space is stylish yet incredibly practical, with smart storage solutions, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds that made us feel right at home.

The location is also excellent—quiet and safe, yet close to public transport. But what really stood out was the friendly and responsive service from the Edgar Suites team. Every interaction was warm and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

This place is ideal for a family of four or fewer, whether you’re staying for a few nights or a longer vacation. We’ll definitely be booking with Edgar Suites again the next time we’re in Paris!

Great space! Clean and pretty suite, with elevator.
The location is great, many bus stops nearby and a metro station as well. It felt safe the walk around at any time. A little bar and restaurant at the corner. Many restaurants, markets and stores around the area.
The only thing was the A/C, it would not cool down as you are used to if you are going from America. But it was okay with the windows opened.

The hotel itself was great! The service was also phenomenal… only thing I was not too happy about was that the bar downstairs is open until 2am with people outside drinking and talking super loud.. and it is very far away from all the tourist areas so we had to spend several hundred on Ubers and metros

We had an amazing stay at Edgar suites, we arrived early and room was ready b4 the set time, staff were very friendly and we had a very warm welcome with a welcome gift which was nice. Room was amazing clean and cosy, was like a Home from Home .Looking forward 2 our next stay here.

Manager Joe is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Room size is good at the European standard. There is a middle of the stay cleaning if the stay period is more than 6 days. There are a few bus/tram stops and metro stations within walking distance of the hotel. The only concern is there is a bar right down the hotel rooms. Expect loud noise until mid night.

This property is located on the outskirts of Paris. It is in a nice quiet area with a few bars / restaurants and cafes and a delicious bakery right across from it.

Pros:
- Close to a metro station
- Quiet Location
- Spacious Rooms
- Amazing Service - Pre-Check in they email you twice then they call you and text you. They make your check in experience seamless
- Close to all attraction is Paris by Metro or Tram
- They gave us a free chocolate and wine
- The apartment has everything you need, form glass ware to toiletries.

Cons:

- The King Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable my 8 year old daughter slept on it which was fine but for a grown man/ woman it may not be
- The dryer in the laundry does not work properly with larger loads, which was not a big issue as there was a laundromat a few mins walk away. If you have larger loads I highly recommend using the laundromat you'll be in an out in 30 mins

Favorite Staff Member - Girlie was extremely helpful, form waiting for us for 2 hours due to a flight delay to answering all my question within 10 mins by text. She was awesome!

This hotel is in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. 8 minutes walk to the Lourmel metro station and 13 minutes walk to the Convention metro station. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and easy to reach through email and what's app. The laundry is in the basement. It takes a while for clothing to dry in the dryer.

Perfect blend of quiet, comfortable and service

Perfect place to stay and despite the fact that there is no reception (check-in code will be sent to you ), the staff taking care of the building and Edgar taking care of all your requests by email , is the perfect blend for you to have the perfect holiday and for business travellers. It's very clean, the kitchen has all you need , very comfortable bed and if you have , sofa bed . Best place where I stayed in Paris , you can go without hesitation. I stayed in the spacious one bedroom apartment the first week and the cozy one bedroom apartment the second week, both were perfect. My next place to stay next time I come back to Paris .

Beautiful suite/apartment. Very tastefully decorated and modern. Spotlessly clean and very quiet. All the amenities you need, even a Nespresso machine with pods. Great communication for the entire stay. You will get a text with all of the info that you need to access the building and your room. Edgar was extremely hospitable. A real pleasure. The location is great too. Not far from the Eiffel Tower, etc. We will definitely be staying again during our next visit to Paris.

Christmas Markets.

We had a fantastic stay at Edgar suites whilst visiting the Christmas markets this year. Stayed there with out 2 young children and can't recommend the Edgar suites highly enough. Walked to the Eiffel tower in 30mins, stopping off for hot chocolates & croissants on the way Will be back next year Edgar, see you then !!!

Perfect for what we needed!

We were attending a conference at the Expo Paries Porte de Versailles and this was perfect for what we needed. Very easy walk to the Expo center, grocery store near by and several great neighborhood restaurants. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and it was great having a kitchenette available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room had a kitchen that was stocked with plates, cups, glasses and utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate easily and the location was near the metro, as well as places to eat and grocery stores.

Great stay! No front desk as it's a serviced apartment. But the staff are friendly and helpful. Good location as it's near the conference centre. Also a nice little boulangerie right outside the front door (ok you have to cross the tiny street and walk a few metres). Clean comfortable room and bed. Comes with useful kitchen with clean crockery and cutlery. Microwave. Coffee machine which works! And a few coffee capsules. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Stayed in the smallest option (Comfort Studio - large bed, small table, 2 charis, small wardrobe with hangers, safe, iron and board, small kitchenette (well equipped) and spacious new shower room with demisting mirror, hairdryer and large rain shower) but the room was sufficient for our needs. If you want more than room to go around the bed book a larger room.
It's basic and modern - no frills and no staff. Fantastic contact with Edgar if required - very quick.
It was immaculately clean and the decor was pristine and fresh. The facilities in the room excellent (USB ports on the wall, Nespresso capsules and tea bags, shopping bag, small box of welcome chocolates, shower gel and shampoo, adequate number of good quality towels).
Easy to check in and use the hotel entrance / exit.
The area is quiet but so close (5 mins walk) to the Metro which is extremely quick to get to the main areas.
Options for local bistro / bars, supermarket, boulangerie etc.
Definitely use again. V high quality and had a wonderful trip.

The accommodations were stellar-from the welcoming air conditioned lobby to the extra touches of a champagne and tote bag gifts left in the room were pleasant. Hotel was in a good location with nearby reataurants, cafes and markets. Check-in was a breeze even though there is no reception area. Edgar was easy to communicate with and responds right away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer in the basement is a definite plus!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable . Shower was excellent. The only slight negative was the tv was on the wall in the bedroom, it would have been better in the lounge.
We would definitely book the apartment again

Cosy and nice stay in Paris

The apartment was cosy and very clean. Everything needed was available and the bed was very comfortable. Edgar contacted us by email to check if everything was ok and he was always willing to help us if something needed. The building is located close to the metro station Lourmel and there are a few supermarkets in the area. Overall our stay was great and we would recommend it to everyone. If we ever come to Paris we'll book again Edgar Suites without heasitation.

This is a wonderful and clean property for your stay in Paris. Walking distance to stores and cafe's and close uber drives to all of the hot spots in Paris. It is located steps away from a great restaurant that has a super friendly owner. I would highly recommend this property and it is a great price.

All the amenities provided are excellent and complete. Beds are so comfortable and Edgar made us stay so easy and comfortable. The check-in / check-out process is really convenient with personal codes.
It was definitely our best stay in Europe with this residence between apartment and hotel.

Clean and comfortable place at Paris Expo.

This is not conventional hotel with checkin checkout desk but despite that both the processes were super easy. They contacted two days in advance to provide all details for checking in. The communications was via text and super easy. Owner was very responsible answering questions.
The place is located 10 min walk from Paris expo porte de Versailles (Paris Convention Center) and 10 min ride to many attractions in the city like Eiffel towers, The Louvre etc. There are tons of restaurants nearby in all prices range.
The place itself was super clean with small kitchen with clean utensils.
Overall this is perfect place for business trip or pleasure.

Excellent, brand new apartment!

Wonderful brand new apartment, very good location easy walk to metro go any point in the city. Max met us upon our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The suit is nice and cozy and had everything what we need, everything from the light fixtures, to the bathrooms and the electrical outlets is brand new. The personnel is very friendly, Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Our stay was excellent! Will return again!

L'acces etait un peu complique et nous a demande des efforts. Nous avons cru que nous allions passer la nuit dehors et aucun numero de telephone a l'entree pour obtenir de l'aide.
Le lit etait super comfortable.
La chambre etait impeccable, tres agreable, nous avions du bon the, du bon cafe, des chocolats en arrivant.
Nous n'avions pas envie de sortir !
Esperons revenir vite.

とても清潔な部屋でした。2週間泊まったのですが、部屋の掃除が一回無料でついてきましたが、ついて3日目にしていただいたので、それ以降掃除がしてもらえなかったことだけ残念です。シーツも自分でやってねというスタイルでした。
