It was not clean at all, we asked them to please clean the room because we were there for three days and they agreed but did not clean the rooms, they used the same blankets, the bathroom was dirty, the location is not accurate as the description we were really far from Paris which makes waste a lot of time of vacations and paid high prices on uber

The staff was ok, but I was surrounded by heavy smokers. Smell of cigarette smoke affected my breathing severely and I was unable to sleep. I checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel, my health is very important to me

Arrived late and needed a few hours sleep before setting off to Calais. The hotel is secure with an electric code protected gate to secure cars. The man in reception was polite and efficient even at 2am when we arrived but that’s when the good points ended. The room is tired and needs refreshing with heavily marked walls etc but the bedding was clean. Unfortunately, other guests were shouting and banging until 4.30 am then the fire alarm was triggered. I had enough and just left - I complete waste of money and I may have well just slept in the car

The extractor fan in the washroom did not work. There was no soap provided on the basin. There was a soap dispenser in the shower area but it did not work.

The worst part was the unacceptable heat in the room. I understand that the room was not air conditioned, but no table or desk fan was provided either to make our stay comfortable. It felt like sleeping in an oven.

A basic hotel, but at the price for four night, no complaints, ample parking, nice restaurant end of car park, breakfast very basic, bread and jam, yogurt and drink, some cereal would have been nice, at €5 euros a bit steep, staff helpful, annoying that the cleaner ( everyday room cleaned, towels changed, which was nice) didn’t take notice of DO not disturb hanging on outside of door, two days, after very late nights, came in, embarrassing one time !!.

Door and tiny window face west with strong June sunset, which are the only fresh air circulation sources. HOT until late night. Toilet with yellowish brown stain offers extra smell even with more than enough flushes!

One of the worst stay with family.Reception lady was very unwelcoming.She charged for another room because of little 5 year old child though children under 10 can use existing beds in all or most hotels.Both rooms were very filthy and smelled cigarette smoke.I suggest not suitable for allergic people especially.

The room was like sleeping in a dirty old ashtray!! It stank of dirty old dog ends!! The room was also the size of a cupboard and you cannot turn around in the shower!! Bed was dirty so I spent the night trying to sleep on the top of the covers to which I got no sleep as it was so cold due to the heater not working. I guess you get what you pay for but as there was no other hotel in the near area I had no choice but in the future I will sleep in the car!!!!!!!!

Stayed here for location for the Women's Rugby world cup, hotel room was tiny and at times felt claustrophobic, but there was everything in the room that was needed, eg bed, toilet, sink and shower (even if you could use them all at the same time).Hotel location was not good if you did not take your own car although it was easy to catch a bus in the day, when there was evening matches in Marcoussis it was impossible to find transport and had to walk for 30 mins back to hotel. Good very basic stopover hotel! Rates were extremely good and maybe more suitable for a one-night stay rather than any longer. Although it is advertised that staff speak English, this is on a very basic one and a lot of sign language was needed to be able to communicate. Free Wifi is advertised which was not available on one day, but other than that was good!

Ce n'est pas parce qu'un hôtel est peu cher qu'il ne doit pas offrir un minimum et la ce nest pas le cas, hôtel et chambre limite vétuste, pas de porte qui sépare la chambre de la salle d'eau/wc, mais un simple rideau type de douche, imaginez le tout pile face au lit. Rideau de fenêtre tout froissé, au petit dejeuner il y avait en tout et pour tout deux morceaux de pain durs et une tranche de pain de mie, pas de confiture, nous étions 4, on nous a quand meme proposé des mini croissants, ouff..... Et jen passe

Nous avons eu une première chambre où il manquait la télécommande de la TV, et dans la douche on ne pouvait pas utiliser le savon (le support coinçait). Nous avons déménagé dans une deuxième chambre où on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre car le battant était défaillant, et il faisait chaud, c'était oppressant.

It is a simple, low-cost hotel, like other Premiere Classes. We had some problems during our stay:
. there was no toilet paper on the second day. We requested maintenance but on the third day, there was still no toilet paper. We solved the problem by buying our toilet paper.
. the heating stopped working. The attendant said there would be no solution that day, although it was winter.
. an alarm malfunctioned and it was not possible to sleep properly. At least 3 times we had to wake up to meet someone from maintenance.
. There were not enough towels on the first day. We asked for towels at reception. The next day, after requesting cleaning due to a lack of toilet paper, they only left 1 towel for 3 guests.
. We arrived after 9 pm and the gate was closed. After unsuccessful attempts to enter, when we were already considering looking for another hotel to spend the night (without our bags, which were locked in the room), an employee appeared and explained that we should enter a code to open the gate. This should have been informed at check-in.
There are supermarkets, gas stations and boulangeries nearby. In less than 1 hour you can reach Paris downtown by car.
The hotel is old, with small rooms and a shower area with plastic curtains. The bathroom floor soon becomes wet. The staff is friendly.

Bonjour, l'hôtel est très bien, un peu bruyant en extérieur..
Par contre le seul problème est que j'ai eu un changement de planning (annulation de journées du 19 et 20:05 et donc obligé de quitter la chambre avant, sur place les personnes ne peuvent pas gérer le problème, n'y rembourser n'y me faire un avoir m'expliquant qu'ils n'étaient pas libre par rapport au site de réservation.
Une réclamation est en cours..
Je reste en attente.

Par quoi commencer 🤔 alors a l'arrivée la dame de l'accueil nous réclame de payer le petit déjeuner que nous avons déjà réservé dans notre prix de la chambre il a fallu insister pour qu'elle regarde bien notre réservation et s'aperçoit qu'il était compris dans notre tarif. Arrivée a la chambre l'odeur n'est pas tres agréable obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre malgré le froid. Il manquer un coussin dans le lit du haut. Maintenant petit déjeuner alors là ont a halluciné en tout nous étions 6 pour 2 chambre le buffet nous proposer 3 mini croissants et il a fallu menacer le personnel d'appeler la direction pour qu'il nous fasse cuire des viennoiseries et du pain les cuillères étaient sales je joint la photo franchement 1 fois pas 2 chez eux.

les conditions d'entrée changées:CB dépôt de garantie de 200€, demande de la carte d'identité des personnes. Le petit-déjeuner de 6,50€/personne comporte le nécessaire pain-croissant-confiture-beurre-yaourt-thé/café-jus de fruit, par contre pas de salé (fromage/jambon). Côté positif: le calme, moins de bruits, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de mon dernier séjour

Le Covid a vraiment bon dos pour tenter de faire avaler un manque évident de service sans en affecter le coût.

Bref nous avons quitté les trois chambres le deuxième jour pour rejoindre un autre établissement où le virus était plus sympa et permettait aux femmes de ménage de travailler et aux clients de prendre un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom.
La chaîne première classe est vraiment entrain de se transformer en boui boui à l'odeur de tabac froid ! Dommage ....

Séjour très convenable. Chambre très propre. Quelques gênes relatives à la N20 qui passe à 100 m devant l'hôtel. Les chambres situées de l'autre côté de l'hôtel sont plus silencieuses.

Comme j'ai réservé le jour même, j'ai eu quand même une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Cela m'avait dépanné mais en étant au RDC il y avait eu des nuisances à l'étage (forte dispute et son d'une guitare, assez tard dans la nuit). Pour la propreté, il n'y a rien à dire.

Parfois il est des moments où l’on ne cherche que la fonctionnalité. Cette fois-ci, ma famille et moi avions juste besoin d’un lit, d’une douche et d’un lieu simplement propre pour passer la nuit et couper notre route des vacances . Si vous avez les mêmes immenses critères que nous, passez votre chemin. Ce lieu n’est pas digne d’avoir l’appellation « hôtel ». Les chambres ont gardé l’odeur de tabac froid des années 80, sont sales, non insonorisées, ce qui vous permet de profiter pleinement des hurlements des clients qui fréquentent ce lieu la nuit. Heureusement que la réceptionniste a été sympathique.
