hmmm…

they have a locking gate for cars to pass that requires a phone call to have unlocked after day time hours , and can take long time for someone to pick up. Room key needs re programming nearly every second time used - needs an overhaul

Nous avons fait une escale d'une nuit dans cet hôtel sur notre trajet de vacances. La situation par rapport à l'autoroute est bonne. Il y a un parking assez vaste. L'accueil est bon avec un check in rapide. La chambre est propre, les lit sont bien confortables. La salle de bain est ok avec une douche a l'italienne. Petit dejeuner-buffet de bonne qualité et bien achalandé.
Nous n'avons pas vraiment testé les alentours de l'hôtel vu quenous ne restions que la nuit.
Nous sommes repartis bien reposés le lendemain.

Final bill was so confusing, give me a bill that tells me how much I’m paying, I don’t need a break down of the tax. Fantastic to see Car chargers in the car park, may use hotel as a stop of on a personal trip in the future

All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was great no fault of anyone but the restaurant and bar was closed all weekend so difficult to give top marks as a review as we paid full price for incomplete facilities.

From our limited experience we could stay again but cant give full review as didnt recieve full experience.

This hotel was perfect for my stay as it was 4 minutes to work each day while on business. My only complaint is it is an industrial area, so nothing to do, the resturaunt and bar within the hotel are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday other then for breakfast.

We used this hotel for a stop along the highway during a long road trip. It is a fine, basic, no frills hotel. Easy parking, although it did not look like the safest area. We arrived late. The staff was helpful. There is a bar/restaurant on site but we did not use it. They also have drinks/snacks for sale near the front desk which is a nice to have.

Hotel well positioned for purpose, visiting Marcoussis for a competition. Carrefour and garage nearby and lovely Italian restaurant within a few minutes walk.
Although a good deal obtained for room rate we were told on arrival that breakfast was included, and then on check out told it wasn't. Breakfast is Euro17.90 per person per day, and mediocre at best, certainly not worth this amount.
Hotel also said they could not accommodate our request for a twin or family room yet we discovered others that had been given a family room but only needed a double.
Advice - certainly worth staying but look at other options for eating.

PERFECT STOPOVER

very comfortable overnight stop between paris and the atlantic coast. Great beds and the restaurant although not cheap was very good quality and tasty. Nice pool for a cool off too.
staff prepared an off menu dish for me as veggie and gave us extra towels for swimming.

Typical Mercure Hotel and amenities. The staff is pleasant, rooms are clean and WiFi is ok.
I am not a fan of the menu at Mercure restaurants.
This hotel is in an industrial park so has the advantage of walking to my business site.
From CDG I take the RER B to Massy- Palaiseau then a taxi or Uber to the hotel.
Most staff speaks English.

Nice for a business stay

Clean and pleasant with comfortable room and bed. Tucked away from the main roads so it was quiet. I used taxis and Uber to get around but it’s remote so book ahead if you plan to travel during rush hour. The restaurant was just okay. Nothing special.

Pricey for an overly warm room

In general, the Mercure is fine for a short business stay but tends to be on the high price side since there are not many options in Les Ulis. I stay there several times per year. The restaurant is nice and the people are friendly. The main issue with the Les Ulis Mercure (common to IBIS, Mercure and Novatels I have stayed in) is with the temperature of the room. Although there is a thermostat, there is, in principle, no air conditioning,(if so, I have never seen it work in 5 years of going there). You can open the window but the heavy curtains block the air flow. If you open the curtains, you suffer from bright lights on the outside of the building and significant noise. (It is close to the expressway and airport.) If you need a cool room to sleep, you may have a problem at the Mercure.

Best Hotel in the Area

This is probably the best hotel in the area, others are more basic. Only stayed for 1 night. I found the bar / food to be expensive and very little choice. Restaurant menu only had 5 main dishes that were the same as the bar food and room service.

I stayed here for one night. It is a typical \"Accor Group\" style of hotel. The hotel is situated near an industrial estate, there are a few Steak House style restaurants nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, the food in the hotel restaurant was good. All of the staff I spoke to were polite, I would stay here again.

Good value Stopover hotel

Hotel is a bit tired and not really in nice surroundings, but the staff were really friendly, excellent value and was ideally located for a stop travelling back from the South of France. We went to Versailles that evening and drove to the centre of Paris the next morning, both within 30 minutes. All in all a good hotel.

Lovely room and very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant was not open but there was a good selection of restaurants nearby which we were given directions for from reception. Our only complaint was the breakfast. at 17 euros each it was poor value for money. There only appeared to be two members of staff on and whilst they were doing their very best to be helpful, they were unable to keep up with maintaining the selection on offer and meeting the needs of what appeared to be a large party of Japanese tourists who were also staying at the hotel!

Comfortable hotel, pleasantly surprised to find the family room consisted of 2 rooms rather than squeezing extra beds into 1 room. Very helpful staff who spoke English. Pool was a nice feature if a little cold as it wasn't heated. Breakfast expensive at 16 Euros but lots to have and the kids ate for free. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Terrrible stay we had to chance room 3 times because aircondition did not work the next room the shower was broken the water would nog drain their was water everywhere
And the next day they tried to check us out 1 day earl because we had complained and the last day we had to drive Home we eat breakfast at the hotel my wife and I and we both threw up 3-4 hours later we only ate that on the day we Think it was the eggs we borh talkede about it tasted off
It was the worst stay I ever had the refused to give u’s any refund for the trouble we used 1 whole day of our vacation changing rooms and the last day we Got sick of their Food

Le personnel est agréable et la chambre aussi.
Attention :
- Il n'y a pas de bar ni de restauration le weekend et c'est fort dommage quand on ouvre un hôtel avec piscine le weekend.
- La piscine est petite et il y a peu de transat.
- Il manquait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.
- Les draps étaient trop petits par rapport à la longueur du lit, ainsi que la couette.

Worst experience due to a poor attitude

Nous avons fait face à l'accueil le moins professionnel qui puisse exister : débit de notre emprunte bancaire, chambre non disponible car erreur informatique, attribution d'une chambre déjà occupée, pas de recherche de solutions, attitude condescendante de la réceptionniste et moqueuse de la personne à l'accueil, bref un fiasco ! pas du tout à l'image de la prise en charge Mercure !

Ne correspond pas à la qualité d’un hôtel Mercure.

RAS SUR LA CHAMBRE QUI ÉTAIT CONFORTABLE ET PROPRE.
Par contre, graves problèmes à résoudre urgemment concernant la restauration en général et notamment le petit déjeuner.
( a partir de 8h, le buffet du petit déjeuné était vide: pas de pain, pas d’œuf, pas de fruits, 3 malheureux fromages sous vide, incipides et une propreté plus que douteuse.)
Nous ne parlerons pas du service.
