It’s a 2 star hotel...
The bed is nice and big and comfy. No soap was provided and one of the shower holders was broken but otherwise I’m satisfied with the room.
Service was a little off because there was confusion over breakfast on the first morning as we were told there was not enough as we hadn’t requested/ordered it a day in advance. This isn’t written anywhere online or in the hotel. Later we found that was only for the croissants and we could have normal breakfast just fine.
It’s in 17 minute walking distance to the station and has a couple nice restaurants just around the corner, as well as a big natural flower/garden/produce type shop nearby. It was also good for us as the town hall is 7 minute walk away for us to have our wedding!

No help here. Lobby is closed and no one is on duty. pushed the button and some man answered. I asked for help to access a room i reservered o line, and he stated i had none. Eventually figured out how the Kiosk worked and got in.
Room is supposed to be Smoke FREE. not even close. my clothes still smell like cigarette smoke.
At lease there was a toilet and shower in the room and not down the hall like a public bathroom. And Why in the world are there Two B&B hotels 50 feet from each other. Other family members booked at B&B as well, unfortunately it was across the street.

Au tout début à l’arrivée, J’ai dû appeler l’assistance car ma reservation n’était pas affichée sur l’écran d’accueil. Ensuite, la chambre puait d’une odeur dégoûtante et les draps étaient tous tachetés de saletés, de traces de sang, de café et de poussière.

Le check-in a été très long et compliqué car la machine ne fonctionnait pas. Nous étions 3 couples à 14h à ne pas réussir. Par chance, une hôtesse est arrivée et a consenti à ouvrir l’accueil pour faire le check-in. Notre sauveuse de Noël ! Un grand merci à cette dame.
Pour le petit déjeuner, j’hésitais donc elle m’a dit que je pouvais me décider le lendemain au matin.
Le matin, nous avons décidé de prendre le petit dej, c’était une autre hôtesse qui me dit, limite affolée « ah non c’est pas possible, fallait réserver hier, sinon faut attendre le dernier couple et voir s’il restera assez… », donc je lui dis que ce n’est pas l’information qui m’a été transmise la veille. Elle me répond « ce n’est pas possible qu’une hôtesse vous ai dit quoique ce soit car il n’y a que moi depuis 3 jours ». Je lui ai répondu que j’étais certaine d’avoir été aidée hier et heureusement avec votre machine défaillante, et non, elle continue « pas possible ! Y’a que moi ». Bref dialogue ubuesque. Elle a fini par obtenir la confirmation de l’hôtesse en question, mais ne s’est pas excusée et elle ne m’a même pas proposé une alternative pour le petit déjeuner : nous voulions juste prendre au moins un café ou un thé.
Je regrette son manque d’écoute (la vraie, celle où on croit la cliente et qu’on comprend son besoin) et son stress communicatif (elle semblait stressée d’être seule, stressée qu’il n’y ai pas assez de denrées… bref on a compris qu’elle avait bcp de pbm à gérer… des clients quoi).

Salle de bain petite , pas de sèche cheveux , papier toilette en feuille et non un rouleau comme dans les stations service .10 mm avant d'avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil après avoir sonné 5 fois .Non franchement déçu , je ne reviendrais pas .

Deçus dès l'arrivée car l'automate qui ouvre le portail n'est pas au point, pas de receptionniste de nuit et accès compliqué. Hôtel vieillissant avec des moquettes usées et déco plus au goût du jour, chambre petite sans aucun charme qui ne donne pas envie de rester, pas d'espace autour du lit, pas de drap housse mais un drap simple plié en deux pour faire le lit, poubelle avec un sac poubelle trop petit, papier toilette feuille à feuille très difficile à sortir du distributeur de papier wc, pas de barre de douche donc pas de possibilité de régler la hauteur de la douche, receveur de douche en plastique, rideau de douche peu agréable, peu d'espace pour ranger ses affaires. Matelas pas trop mal cependant, on a plutôt bien dormi. Conclusion : un service similaire à une chaîne d'hôtels low cost bien connue, mais deux fois plus cher !!

Nous sommes arrivés avec les bruits de l'hôtel social Quick Palace d'à côté. Chambre qui sens mauvais, la cigarette. Salle de bain avec l'odeur de remontée des égouts et tuyau de douche noir au niveau du pommeau de douche. Je finis par le trafic de stupéfiants juste devant l'entrée du parking de l'hôtel pour les clients de l'autre hotel social Formule 1. Un camion de police était présent au bout de la rue à l'arrêt en spectateur.

Nous avions un mariage à côté donc avec un autre couple d'amis nous avons réservés deux chambres pour éviter de faire la route. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel entre 15 et 16h. Le temps de nous préparer et repartir à notre mariage. À notre retour vers 4h du matin fatiguer on trouve un lit avec des draps fripés salle il a fallu tous enlever et essayer de se débrouiller pour pouvoir dormir dans un lit sans draps. Cela nous a donné une idée de vérifier l'état de la chambre des lits dès notre arrivée et pendant qu'il y a quelqu'un à l'accueil pour constater
