Le Personnel était agréable par contre pique ce qui est de l’hôtel en lui même il manque de rénovation sérieuse décollement des peinture plafond la porte de chambre qui doit être claqué pour qu’elle ferme des lampes qui ne fonctionne pas….

Pas le confort d'un Kyriad (puisqu'ancien Campanile) : à savoir : pas d'oreillers à mémoire de forme (heureusement, j'emporte toujours les nôtres), pas de chauffage dans la chambre (système des Campanile) mais soufflant du froid, rideau nylon pour la baignoire et pommeau de douche qui fuit, et lavabo s'écoulant difficilement et 1 seule chaise dans la chambre pour 2.

Chambre décevante : sombre, un néon éclairage ne fonctionnait pas près du lit, une lampe ne fonctionnait pas au dessus de la penderie. SDB : uniquement 2 serviettes de douche trouées, sales avec des trainées jaunes. Pas de petites serviettes qui évitent d'utiliser des grandes serviettes. Accueil, PDJ et jardin extérieur parfaits. En résumé ne reviendrais pas dans ce type d'hôtel.

Tres frood dans la chambre malgre le reglage a fond de la clim. Chambre mal isolée, lodeur de cigarette des fumeurs a l'extérieur rentre dans la chambre. Problème d'évacuation de la douche pmr, l'eau est partie jusque dans la chambre le temps d'une douche, ma valise a pris l'eau.

Ni bon ni mauvais. Hôtel qui mériterai un petit rafraîchissement. Literie peu confortable avec le plaisir de sentir les ressorts. Seulement deux oreillers (pour 2) minuscules et digne de coussin de canapé. Salle de bain vieillotte, pommeau de douche cassé et fuite d’eau à certains moments pendant la nuit.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. A l'accueil j'ai demandé ce que l'on pouvait voir dans la région, la personne m'a répondu qu'elle ne savait pas ! L'établissement vieilli mal, dans notre chambre on voyait le jour sous la porte, je pense que le côté économie d'énergie c'est carrément mauvais. Dans la salle d'eau le porte serviette a visiblement été remis en place mais c'est carrément de la maçonnerie qui devrait être faite. Les WC n'avaient pas de brosse, c'est TRÈS DÉSAGRÉABLE.

Moyen pour un Kyriad.
C'est un ancien Campanile devenu Kyriad. La chambre a été rénovée en enlevant le sas, ce qui génère plus de nuisances sonores et rend difficile à chauffer. Le système de douche a besoin d'une bonne maintenance. J'étais à la chambre 101 proche de la pompe à chaleur qui fait un bruit infernal. Heureusement j'avais des bouchons d'oreilles. Pas de plateau courtoisie contrairement aux autres Kyriad. On m'a apporté une bouilloire pour mes dosettes de café.

Pourtant ce service existe dans les autres hôtels, ce n’etait qu’une excuse lamentable pour réduire le service et faire moins que le minimum.

Etat général et mobilier très vieillissant et abîmés, néon tête de lit défectueux dans l'une des chambres, système de chauffage ancestral. Pour un tarif pas particulièrement bon marché.
