The staffs seemed lacking, check in was a long wait,only had 2 staffs available, and there were a big group of people checking in. I guess i was expecting more from a 5star hotel. I also didn't know that i have to pay separate for pool, i thought the packages was for the waterpark, they do offer discount for guests, but i wish this was included. The room we had seemed to need updating, floors were clean but visible scratches etc. Towels and slippers were also a bit on thinner side. I liked that the theme park, restaurants and stores are just there, very convenient.

The room had the basics. The hotel had no amenities that you did not have to pay to use. To go to the pool (family of 4) you had to pay 100,000 won/$85 and it’s only a pool. No slides, no hot tubs, no bar/snacks. The staff is poor at communicating the lack of amenities, as well. We paid $160k won for the water park, but only two slides were open for those bigger than a 4 y/o. You had to pay 10k won/person to use a life jacket to get into the wave pool. You can’t even sit down either…pay to have a seat in a chair!!! The food and beverage places are closed during the week, except one spot with mini cup (1/2 c measuring cup) of bits of fried chicken with 1/2 can side for 8k won..for three of those and a beer they over charged us 50k won and we just paid and left. The ticket to the amusement park with the room only allows three rides/person.
Highly recommend you go to Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Guam for better hotels, amenities, food choices, and service for the price.

Room is clean and tidy. Foods around the hotel are expensive. There a G25 (minimart) that you can buy not so expensive stuff. There are many interesting places to visit in this area but you need a car to go to this places. And there a place inside Theme Park that you can rent Hanbok and get a 20% discount if you staying in Shinhwa hotel.

The Lobby is stinky with sewage stench. I am a Singaporean but observed and witness the poor service and manner attitute towards Chinese PRC guest. Me as a Singaporean Chinese felt extremely disappointed.
Personal experience of intentionally request for my thermal bottle to be top up with hot water , service received was disappointing, from the facial expression and body language of service staff. Luckily there was a male intern staff who treated me with courtesy . In general I had a disappointed & poor experience 👌

The resort is beautifully located among 3 other hotels. It’s very convenient, and have many facilities.
Overall it was a great stay but few things can be better
- overall the rooms are not very well maintained - when we arrived drawers were not cleaned, same goes for under the bed etc
- 1 day housekeeping did not clean the room properly, just put things back into the place, without mopping the floor etc
- restaurant at Landing does not so all carte dinner and only does buffet at 139k KRW per person which is a bit expensive as one doesn’t feel eat a lot during dinner

Good location, close to theme park and food junctions. However, hotel service need to be upgraded, the staff still knock the door in middle of night despite ‘do not disturb’ sign is on.
Pool entrance is also cost extra, 35k won per adult!

Small workout gym, swimming pool, spa, all the facilities are an extra charge of $30 each time you use it. (Not per day)
The breakfast buffet is $40. The water park ticket is $50.
They provides theme park 3 rides coupons though. When I asked for one more bottle of water, it was an extra $2. I strongly recommend not staying at Landing but at Marriott.

Convenient hotel, bus stop within walking distance. There’s a number of restaurants within the hotel. Kids friendly hotel, there’s a theme park with free entrance fee and free rides for hotel guests. Quite surprise that indoor pool is payable with the outdoor pool closed during winter.

They said they have a central AC/Heater unit and they don't turn on the AC around this time of the year. The room was so hot we had leave a window open but didn't realize very loud noise was coming from the theme park right next to the Landings.

The staffs are very friendly and the place has many options for eating and shopping.
However that is about it.
The room is small and curtains had mystery stains… gross
The room was dusty and towels had weird smell….
Parking space is extremely short…. When you return late at night there aren’t any parking left so you have to end up parking illegally with others w/o choice.
I don’t think I will stay here again.

All the staff that we interacted with at the hotel were very approachable and helpful. The hotel is connected to several dining places and shopping places. It is also connected to the theme park and water theme park. There's also a bowling alley and a small convenience store. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to the Osulloc/Innisfree museum which was convenient. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here to explore the southern area of Jeju.

Great for a relaxing family vacation.

This is a great choice if you want to relax in a resort style setting and not go anywhere. You have a water park, amusement park, restaurants, shopping, pool, kid play center and activities, etc. all within a 5-10 minute walk and you never leave the property.

When i checked into the room, i was surprised with how dirty the room was. Walls had hand stains everywhere, and furnitures were dusty and stained. I thought it could be just our room, but it turns out that another room (my parents') was as dirty as our room. Since the hotel was fully booked and had no room to change, we ended up cleaning the room. Other than that, the resort was fine to stay.

This resort was perfect for what I was looking for in a stay. I wanted to spend time at just the resort and there was so many things to do. The Asian (Food) Street wasn't open unfortunately when I stayed but if I return, I'd be so happy to try it out!

I stayed at the Landing Resort so I didn't have access to the gym or swimming pool. You can pay an additional fee of $35 to have a one time/same use access. There's no changing room available so keep that in mind. Technically you can't work out then swim because there's no changing room. So it's either gym or swimming pool, just a heads up. It's understandable since corona. If you like to use both facilities on a daily basis I say book the Resort with access included.

I went to the Shinhwa Park located on the resort. It's less than a 5 min walk from the Landing Resort. You don't have to pay to get in (which is nice). If you want to go on the rides you can purchase individual tickets/bundles offered. I opted for the band which gave me access to all the rides. It was less than 20,000 won, which is worth it!

They have VR rides. Roller Coasters. Kiddie rides. Gift Shops. One churro cart was open later in the evening. Which I loved! Reminds me of Disney! There were restaurants opened but I didn't have time to go..bummer. By restaurant I mean easy quick diner foods. Not anything overly fancy. The prices are as you'd expect for a theme park ranging from 11~18,000 won for a full meal.

Overall, I'd rate the Shinhwa Park 4/5 stars.

The hotel is huge and the size of the room was ok. However, only cons is that the option with breakfast was doubling the price so no options to have proper breakfast, unless paying in the surrounding restaurants or buying in the GS25 convenience store.

Service doesn't speak English. Reception desks personnel English quite limited.

전반적으로 만족하지만, 몇가지 아쉬웠던 부분도 있다!

문 앞에서부터 친절한 직원분들이 맞아주는 호텔이였어요.
로비에서는 좋은 향기가 났고, 건물은 깨끗했으며, 조용했고, 룸바닥이 카페트 형식이 아니여서 냄새도 나지 않았어요. 시설과 서비스는 대체적으로 만족합니다만 몇가지 불편사항이 있었습니다.

우선 객실내에서 변기 물이 계속 내려가서 끼익- 하는 소리가 밤새 나서 잠드는데까지 어려움이 있었어요.
그리고 체크인 하는 날 오후 1시쯤 혹시 먼저 도착하면 일찍 체크인 할 수 있냐고 문의전화를 했는데, 룸이 준비되는 대로 배정해드린다고 안내를 받아서 정규 체크인시간(오후 3시)보다 1시간 30분정도 먼저 도착했더니 얼리체크인 비용 44,000원을 요구하셔서 당황스러웠어요. 사전에 전화문의 했을때 알려주셨다면 좋았을텐데 한시간 반 먼저 들어가기 위해 비용을 지불하기 아까워서 호텔에서 대기하는 선택을 했지만.. 짧은 여행에 그런 시간이 아쉬웠습니다 ㅠㅠ

그리고 샤워타올과 칫솔 치약은 구비되어 있지 않아서 따로 구입해야 했어요! 룸서비스로 물품을 구입할 수 있었는데 샤워타올이 4천원, 칫솔치약세트도 4천원으로 2인이라면 12,000원의 추가비용이 듭니다..! 저희는 다이소가서 구입해왔습니다..ㅎ
샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 다회용 제품이 샤워실 벽에 부착되어 있어서 잘 사용했습니다.

이렇듯 좋았던 점도 있고 아쉬웠던 점도 있으나 전반적으로 만족했던 호텔입니다!

불만스런 숙박 부대시설(워터파크 이용불가)

대체로 청결합니다.
룸 컨디션도 좋습니다.
근데 워터풀과 워터파크도 운영하지않고 탈의실 및 사우나가 없으며 아침식사하는 식당도 10시에나 열고 부대시설이 부족합니다.

제주도를 가면서 신화월드에는 처음 묵어봤는데,
엄청난 크기네요 건물들이 ㅎㅎ
편의점찾으러나가서 길을 잃어서-- 계획에 없던 산책을 ㅎㅎ 그래도 재미있었어요
전체적으로 깔끔하고 딱 호텔느낌 온도도 딱이였고,
불편한것 없었어요. 그저.. 건물마다 안에 편의점이있었음 좋겠다..뿐?ㅎㅎ 다음에가게되면 안에 테마파크도 이용해봐야겠어요 무료입장권을 주시는데 시간이안되서..
못가본게아쉽네요

데스크직원 서비스 훌륭하고 청결도도 좋았어요
살짝 서늘했는데 온도를 올리는 시스템이 있는지 확인 안했고 이불 잘 덮고자니 괜찮았어요
1층객실이었는데 발코니도 있고 앞이 정원처럼 꾸며져있어서 고층보다 안전하다는 생각과 집같은 느낌이었어요
조식도 11시까지 이용가능해서 점심을 따로 먹지 않아도 되더라구요

제주신화월드 랜딩관 성공!

총 4박5일 일정 중 제주신화월드 랜딩관에서 2박을 머물렀습니다. 청결은 기본이었고 식당/쇼핑몰/테마파크 등 구축된 인프라로의 접근성이 좋아서인지 소아를 동반한 가족단위가 많아 인상적이었습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶을만큼 만족도가 높아 후기 남겨요!

호텔, 룸에서 너무 하수구 냄새가 났어요 수영장도 오픈 안하고 서비스도 영… 샤워룸 안에 곰팡이 펴 있고.. 어떻게 5스타인지 이해가 안되요. 2박 예약했다가 1박만 하고 호텔 이동 했어요. 돈 버리더라도 더이상 자고 싶지 않았어요

와이프와 2박3일 제주여행

첫째날은 비가 왔지만, 목적이 랜딩다이닝에서 저녁식사하는 것이었으니 안성맞춤.
크리스마스 트리도 예쁘게 잘 장식되어 있어서 사진 남기고 랜딩다이닝에서 랍스타, 새우, 대게 원없이 먹으며 무한제공인 와인과 사케, 하이볼 등 여러 술을 곁들여서 기억에 남을 식사를 마침.
다음날 정말 보기드문 좋은 날씨가 연출되어서 송악산 둘레길을 거닐며 인생샷 여러장 남기고
쭉 올라가 스타벅스에서 간단한 점심을 한 후 동쪽송당동화마을 속으로....
그리고 아디들과의 추억이 많은 에코랜드를 돌면서 명품사진을 남김...
다음날 집으로 돌아오기 까지....값진 2박3일을 잘 보냈습니다.
