Best place we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk was incredible and very nice. He was able to communicate with us in English perfectly. The black pork and abalone soup were delicious. The beds were divine. The in room hot spring was transcendental. All staff members were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

The only problems I had were the bar menu ( only wine, sake, and soju ) and my room's sliding doors' condition; I couldn't completely close the sliding door to the garden because the left side door was a little forward toward the interior side and it doesn't align with the right side door.

Only one minus: the restaurant on-site could be a little bit more tasty, especially since there is only that option and the coffee nicer. However, the welcome package in the room is lovely, the staff very welcoming. Would definitely come back.

Podo hotel offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Their staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, every customer is a VIP. Once you enter the hotel, you can smell the sweet fragrance of podo (grapes), which lighten your mood instantly.

My husband and I found Jeju so oppressive and crowded that we were extremely grateful to be able to escape to the peace and tranquility of the Podo Hotel. The architecture and the surrounding nature were breathtaking! The staff was very good if somewhat reserved. We ate our dinners at the restaurant and we found the food superb! I would say the star of our trip to Jeju was Podo, not the island.

Very nice/unique/remote hotel. Extremely clean which I found the whole country to be. The staff very pleasant but it was difficult communicating in English. I would recommend against reserving Korean style room if older American as there literally is no chair off floor level. Beds are also very low to floor.

포도호텔. 일본의 시코츠호텔 느낌으로 아주좋았다. 일반객실도 59m2로 넓고 침대사이즈도 커서 만족. 방사이즈가 여유있으니 방마다 개인자쿠지가 있어도 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다. 친절한 대응과 녹색자연이 코앞에 펼쳐진 맘에 쏙 드는 숙소였다.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter dort und es war einfach wundervoll. Alles war hervorragend – von der herzlichen Atmosphäre bis hin zur wunderschönen Umgebung. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe, Natur und Erholung ist, findet hier den perfekten Ort auf Jeju. Besonders für Menschen, die eine stille Auszeit vom Alltag brauchen, ist es absolut empfehlenswert.

조용하고 편안하고 룸에서 바라보는 조망모두 훌륭했어요. 호텔이 지어진지 이십년이 넘다 보니 룸안은 약간 낡은 느낌도 있지만 그래도 클래식하고 자연과 어우러진 느낌이었습니다. 무엇보다 화장실에서 온천을 할수 있는데 한라산 다녀온후라 하루의 피로를 풀수 있는 완벽한 하루를 보냈습니다.

제주에 새로운 호텔이 많이 생겨 고민끝에 결정했는데, 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 히노키 탕이 있는 한실이 풀북이라 양실에 묵었는데, 바다와 산방산이 보이는 멋진 뷰가 바로앞에 펼쳐져있어 다음에 와도 양실을 선택하게될것 같습니다. 로비에 놓여진 책들을 읽으면서 보내는 시간도 좋았고, 식사메뉴도 두루 만족스러웠으며 망고빙수는 신라보다 저렴하고 전혀 뒤지지않는 맛이었습니다.

먼지 알레르기가 있어 더블체크 바랐는데 제주에서 비슷한 호텔로 3군데 묵었는데 유일하게 알레르기가 좀 낫어요 ㅜㅜ 근데 서비스나 분위기는 좋았네요

서비스는 사람이 조금 적은 편이고 사소한 것들이 5성급 호텔이라는것에 비해 많이 부족합니다.

처음 만나는 입장에서 허름한 건물에 누구도 반기지않는 모습처럼 보였지만 들어가니 반기는 직원들의 모습에 금새 환해지고 안내해주는 직원의 발걸음에 저절로 기운이 나고 들어서자마자 거대한 방의크기와 넓직한 침대 2개나 나란히 정겹스럽게 맞아주고 여행의 피로를 풀어줄 욕조에 들어가니 뿌옇치만 온몸의 세포를 하나하나 보살펴주는 온천수에 기분이 절로 좋아집니다.

부모님 모시고 갔는데 정말 창으로 보이는 풍경이 다했어요👍 요금에 조식과 미니바까지 포함인거 생각해보면 비싼 것도 아닌 것 같구요, 온천수 따로 나오는 것도 너무 좋았어요 :) 조식도 훌륭했고, 룸서비스로 먹은 보말우동 맛있었습니다. 담백하고 적막한 분위기에 행복한 시간 보내고 왔어요. 주변에 새소리, 나무, 풀숲 다 너무 좋았어요. 재방문 의사 1000% 입니다! :) 나중에 조용히 혼자 다시 오고싶어요~
