I am impressed with the level of care my mom received during the stay. They rented a wheel chair for my mom with difficulty walking. Additionally the valet parked the car without any prompt. This was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the terrace was wonderful. I had a meal at Peninsular Bar and Lounge. While it was not cheap, it was comparable to what you would end up paying at restaurants in Jeju. More importantly the quality was top notch. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is great, as there are quite a few attractions within walking distance. The dinner buffet was excellent and worth the high price tag. The on-site bowling alley is also a really fun touch. However, this hotel is primarily for families with kids, so if you don't have kids, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful resort, walkable to a secluded beach (200 stairs to reach the beach). No option to prepay for breakfast for greater than 2 ppl,, had to pay for 1 breakfast each day. Food was really overpriced, over $60 for one breakfast and $120 for dinner buffet.

Excellent location, great amenities and views. Access to the ocean and some trails. Close to lots of attractions.
Very friendly staff to foreigners. We only had an issue with the person who checked us in, wasn’t friendly nor extensively informative as you would usually expect from a 5 star hotel.

Extremely helpful staff, and a nice hotel. Very much a resort hotel. I was in the area for a conference so this was more than I anticipated. Lovely surrounds, beautiful venue. The reason I've only given it four stars is because the eating options on site are limited and expensive. Breakfast was going to be something like 80,000 won, and I would have liked a more informal bar where I could just have a beer on a bar stool.

For breakfast the cheaper option is Bake Make Roast, a coffee house with excellent sandwiches just next door. My breakfast was only 17,000 won, and it was lovely.

This hotel is a family friendly one, probably attractive to families with small kids who love to use outdoor pool. It's a huge complex with 11-stories high building, even though it looks like a small four-level buidling when you enter the complex. It has a well decorated dedicated garden which is a perfect walking trail. The breakfast is excellent with varous choices available to fit your preference. Would love to come back later. Just one strange thing is that they sent me a message to online check-in, but it turns out I had to wait in line to get the check-in completed. Sort of strange experience, but the staff was super friendly. Got a free coffee coupon for VIP access perks.

Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children.

I chose this hotel because of it's Hello Kitty rooms. The entire 4th floor was decorated with Sanrio themes and the room we stayed in was amazing! There are 3 different HK theme rooms. We were assigned the 'Ladies room'.

The property was wonderful. It was immaculate, spacious, and full of amenities. The water pressure of the shower was incredible. The staff were welcoming, extremely courteous, and helpful. The resort is huge, so depending on where your room is located, you may have a long walk. We didn't mind since we were able to digest our food while walking to our room.

The service was great!. The food was delicious. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was an excellent service. But what I didn't like were the sheets in the hotel room. First when I arrived at the hotel and upon entering the level of elevator hallway it smelled bad and when we entered to the room that we had reserved with a mountain view we could see some stains on the floor carpet but it was even worse when I wanted to rest due to the long trip from the USA I took off my clothes and tried to sleep in bed but a few moments later I felt a biting sensation like a mosquito on my legs and suddenly I felt itchy all over my body making it impossible to stay in bed. At first I thought that maybe it was due to allergic reactions to the sheets, so I tried to wear the clothes and rest again, but I felt itchy all over my body and it was impossible to get back into bed. so I called the reception and they transferred us immediately and moved us to a cleaner room, with hypoallergenic and dust-free sheets where we could sleep more peacefully.

It’s a gigantic hotel that overall looks a bit tired. The beach is not far away, but to get there you need to take a steep stairs with 220 steps. Food in the restaurants is crazy expensive, breakfast is 50usd per person, but at 100 meter from the hotel there is a great independent bagel place where we had breakfast everyday.

Nice pool, large rooms, clean service. However, they are money grabs... every step requires additional payment. It advertizes itself as having tennis course, etc. but using it requires additional payment (about $100 USD for 2 hours). Similarly, tooth brush or other toileteries are NOT provided due to preserving nature (but you can BUY them).
Too expensive for what you are getting.

The property was very big and the grounds was well kept. The pool was beautiful and we loved the spas that gad different temperatures. The food by the pool was expensive but it was big servings. There is a 7 eleven outside the resort that is walking distance and also a cafe and restaurant which were reasonable pricing. I can’t believe a cup of coffee was 16,000 Korean won. That is crazy.
The hotel did provide free parking on the property.

We booked the Hello Kitty room for my 3 year old daughter and she loved it. The entire floor was decked out in hello kitty. Loved how the bathroom had a child’s sink and had hello kitty towels. She liked the galaxy lights that was on the ceiling too. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Around the hotel were a lot to do. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay especially if you have small kids. Their dinner buffet was great, just as good or better than the top Las Vegas buffets. The hotel has its own bowling alley. They have singers at night at the pool. There is a chicken and beer place nearby (not part of the hotel) that is terrible. Don’t go to the chicken and beer restaurant.

Upgraded rooms were noisy, for the swimming pool area has music on all day include the night performance. It would be good for family with children, but not for me. I needed a rest and nap at the hotel for few days. So they gave me a room tour and that made me more tired, for the hotel was huge. I told them that i need a quite room up front yet i had to go around 3 rooms. Well, the interior was pretty much antic.
