Stayed at the Royal Suite. Beautiful room & hotel grounds. Helpful staff. Everything is fantastic at this hotel except for 2 things:
1) Shower pressure is extremely low.
2) All the benches/seating area on the grounds are under the hot sun. Only great for views in the morning...too hot the rest of the day :(

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. This hotel is of very low density compared to others in the vicinity. All the rooms were in buildings designed similar to those of the natives in the area. The room I was in was extremely comfortable and had a small garden area for you to relax and enjoy the amazing calm that is Jeju. It would be convenient if those who intend to stay here rent a car, as convenience stores, restaurants and sights are not a short walk away. I highly recommend anybody who has plans to come to Jeju to stay for more than one night in this superb hotel.

Amazing private villa with outdoor bath

Really amazing experience for our honeymoon. We didn't have a car, so it was nice to be within a long, pretty walk of some fun stuff to do on Jeju-do. The included breakfast was great, and the room itself was really nice and well designed. Make sure you get one of the rooms with a private bath - it's definitely worth the extra cost for the romance.

Traditional Jeju thatched roof villas

Has a wonderful stay in our villa. Floors are heated and you use slippers inside, so it's very clean. Breakfast is prepared by a chef, food is great. The grounds of Resort is just beautiful with great view of ocean. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Jeon. I will recommend this Resort to my friends and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Jeju. We had a wonderful 6 days stay inlay Seaes Hotel & Resort.

Beautiful garden with traditional atmosphere.
But the room is uncomfortable specially bathroom, no space to put personal belonging, mildew, water flooded floor after shower.
I made reservation for 4 nights but I left the hotel after 2 nights even it was pre-paid.
It was big money wasting but I don't want to ruin my trip so I move to other hotel.

Private hut to yourself with an ocean view

This hotel exceeded our expectation on location, view, and the friendliness of the staff. Compared to other hotels in Jungmun area, this hotel sits on a large ground along the ocean with individual or double huts all to yourself. We had a suite with a balcony to sit outside with a lovely view. Free breakfast was included and this is a must. The hotel itself has beautiful areas to enjoy and it's connected directly to an Olle Trail which was convenient. You may feel little isolated since it's not close to convenient stores or restaurants but we loved it more because it gave us more privacy.

The Seaes, a pretty resort overlooking the ocean

The Seaes is a lovely seaside resort consisting of several villas throughout a lush garden setting. It's clearly primarily a wedding/honeymoon destination, but it was our family of four's base of operations for our weeklong Jeju Island vacation. Highlights were the physical beauty of the grounds, as well as the extraordinary helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk staff. Travelers expecting all of the amenities and conveniences of a luxury hotel might be somewhat disappointed in a fairly limited menu at the restaurant and cafe, as well as some spotty housekeeping. Overall, though, a lovely location.

Best of Two Worlds

This hotel was indeed the best anyone can ask for when one expects to see traditional old Jeju-style while not sacrificing the modern living convenience. It was exactly what we wanted. Great view of the ocean is even better. Private and cozy, yet close to the touristic sites one may want to visit. Staffs are awesome friendly, and hotel is conscious of green environment. Definitely will be back in the future to stay longer.

P.S. #1: the hotel has a membership that can benefit for better rate booking, I heard when we were checking out.
P.S.#2: We got very lucky with a local taxi driver on Oct. 21 Monday afternoon to get a short but amazing sightseeing. We wish we got his name but were too tired to think fast at that time.

Peaceful and Lovely Stay overlooking the Sea

We booked the Suite Villa for our first trip to Jeju. The resort was located in the Jungmun Resort area so it was very convenient, by car, to the various attractions and museums.
Rooms were clean and huge and the staff spoke some English.
We really like that the resort caters to more locals and not too many tourist. The resort overlooked the sea and you get amazing views but it gets really dark at night. However, that being said, it was a very romantic resort.
Breakfast was a good as there were 4 choices to choose from. Go with the abalone porridge. It is one of the best in Jeju! You can even fry an egg yourself at the self-service counter.
We also tried the BBQ buffet for dinner. Price was a little steep but the restaurant grilled the meats to perfection for you and you won't leave smelling like a bbq. You get a platter of pork, sausage, mushrooms and potatoes for your buffet. Beer and water are also being served.

I booked a \"suite\" type on hotel.com and I was really disappointed by the condition of the room when I got there. I found out there is a \"garden suite\" room type there but i never knew when i booked. However, you have to pay a lot to get a more ideal room like a \"romantic suite\", which is around $4500 HKD per night. The room that i stayed in was overall okay. However, the bathroom was a nightmare. You can hardly feel there is a ventilation fan inside and there is no window. I could hardly breathe there when I was taking a bath. The bathroom is very very close to the bed, which is not good to your sleeping quality after the bathroom is used. I could see the wooden floor is getting dark because water always come out from the bathtub along the days i think.

Luxurious resort located in Jungmun area

Rooms are huge - I only stayed in the deluxe garden suite. Comes with outdoor jacuzzi (which I didn't use due to the weather). But jacuzzi was a little dirty.
Bathroom was large but ondol heating does not extend to bathroom floor so can be chilly in morning.
Receptionists speak some English but generally this resort caters to locals who shun the tourists infested international hotel chains.
Spa (at 99k won for 2) was average. Only plus is you have the whole place to yourself. Has out and indoor heated baths, sauna and seperate showering areas.
Massage (70k won per pax) done by a middle aged couple who operates the massage place seperate from resort. Which means you cannot charge to room. Massage was good although the place amenities are below average.
You will have 4 choices for breakfast - 3 of which are Korean sets and 1 American breakfast. They have jeju's famous abalone porridge and seaweed abalone soup for breakfast. Taste great!

대체로 만족합니다만 몇가지 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.

이번에 씨에스호텔을 처음 이용하였는데 객실 상태와 주변 환경이 너무 좋아 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.
그런데 몇가지 아쉬운점이 객실 바닥이 나무로 되어 있고 오랜되다 보니 실내 슬리퍼를 신고 다닐때 미끄러운 곳이 많아 여러번 넘어질뻔 했습니다. 객실 바닥을 교차하기가 힘들것 같으니 슬리퍼의 바닥이 요철이 있거나 미끄럼 방지 기능이 있는 것으로 개선하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
그리고 대부분의 직원 분들이 손님과 마주하여도 인사를 하지 않고 지나쳤습니다. 이런 부분은 특급 호텔을 지향하는 측면에서 개선이 필요하다고 생각 됩니다.

멋진 호탤에 서비스 교육은 0성급

1. 호텔의 뷰와 조경은 기대 이상으로 훌륭하며 직원들이 열심히 관리하는 모습이 인상적임.

2. 시에스 가든은 조식, 중식, 석식 모두 이용했는데 친절하고 서비스가 좋으며 음식이 맛있고 뷰도 좋아 계속 이용함.

3. 비어 페스타 첫 타임을 예약하고 감. 페로니는 시원하고 맛있었으나 다른 맥주들은 생맥기계가 잘 안되어 시원하지 않고 맛이 이상했으나 직원들이 대처해주어 서비스에 만족함. 안주로 BBQ세트 시켰는데 맛있었음.

4. 로비 서비스가 제일 문제임.
보통 직원 두 명이 있던데 친절하지도 않고 서비스 교육이 많이 필요함. 체크인 시 남직원 한 명이 혼자 뛰어다니고 여직원은 그냥 있음…
체크인을 기다리는 동안에 마실 물이라도 있으면 좋겠음. 멋진 로비공간으로 꾸며져는 있는데 배려가 전혀없는 터미널 같은 분위기임. 체크인을 오랜 시간 기다리면서 이렇게 환영 받지 못하는 분위기는 첨 느껴봄.

3박 중 둘째날은 물품만 요청해서 받았고 셋째날에 객실 정비 요청하고 나갔다 왔으나 정비가 안되어있어서 로비에 전화하니 사과 한마디 하지 않음. 체크아웃 시에도 체크 아웃이 되었다는 말 외에 인사말도 듣지 못함.
호탤 시설에 비해 로비 직원 서비스가 형편 없어서 호텔의 질이 떨어짐.

숙소자체는 전체적으로 매우 만족했지만 가격에 비해 룸 면적이 협소했고 두번째는 역시나 서비스가 최상은 아니었던거 같습니다(불친절 했다는 말씀이 절대 아님)
씨에스면 제주도에서도 최고가격대의 리조트인데 그에 걸맞는 서비스나 친절도는 아니었던거 같습니다.
이외의 리조트 환경은 너무 환상적이었습니다.

조경 잘되어있고 색다른 숙소로 추천할만 합니다. 아침 조식도 종류는 많지 않지만 나름 충실합니다.
단점은
1. 야간에 방으로 이동하는 통로가 너무 어두워요.
2. 오토 도어락이 아니라 문 잠그지 않고 외출하거나 잠드는 일이 생길 수 있습니다.(제가 실제로 경험)
3. 실내가 나름 괜찮은데 작동도 안되는 서라운드 시스템은 왜 있는지?
4. 에어컨 소음이 좀 거슬려요.

5성급인데 서비스가 아쉽습니다
1. 체크인하는날 프론트 마스크 아무도 안씀
(체크아웃할때는 씀)
2. 저녁은 레스토랑에서 단품먹었는데
계산할 때 투숙객 할인된다고 말했는데 정가대로 결제함..
그리고 테이블이 꽤 차있어서 시간이 걸릴 거라 예상은 했는데 서버분이 코스보다 단품은 좀 더 오래걸릴 수 있다고함..(늦게와도 코스 우대인건지..)
3. 조식당 전체 뷔페식으로 바뀜(언제부터 바뀐지 모르겠으나 전날 체크인때 안내 못받았고 조식 먹으러 입장하니 안내해줌..코로나때 오히려 뷔페식으로 바뀐게 좀 의아함)
4. 다음날체크아웃할때 식당 투숙객할인이 안되었다고 말했는데 확인이 안된다며 기다려달라고함
시간없어서 그냥 출발함..

룸 컨디션은 크게 기대하지 않아서 실망도 없었습니다. 뷰도 예쁘고 사진 찍으면 다 잘나와요.
하지만 다음에는 커피만 마시러 와도 될 것 같아요.

다음 여행때도 묵고 싶을 정도로 훌륭했습니다. 맑은 날 그림같은 뷰를 보며 즐긴 조식도 넘 좋았어요. 조식 메뉴도 아침에 딱 맞는 식단에 맛있어요~! 여름이라 저녁에 자쿠지 즐기기엔 벌레가 있어서 조금 힘들지만 오전 9시~10시경 이용하면 벌레 거의 없어요. 산책로 잘되어 있고 직원분들 서비스 마인드 최고에용. 젤 중요한 청결도도 만점 드리고파요. 참 콘센트 곳곳에 많이 숨어있답니다.

숙소 자체는 참 예쁜데, 숙소엔 수건이며 이불등에 머리카락들이 몇개 보였어요. 지은지 좀 오래된 건물이라 콘센트 시설이 미흡하네요 .

ただし部屋のコンセントの接触が悪いのでスマートフォンの充電は洗面所でしました。あと、部屋のドアの鍵の開閉、コツが必要です。

傳統韓屋的住宿，享受寧靜

訂的是傳統間，海景很美，私人浴池有點小但是4個人泡進去也可以，房子是木造的有點舊但是保養的很好，清潔度滿分，熱水來的很慢，洗澡要等很久，睡在地上就算是鋪了床墊也覺得很硬，完全不習慣，但是總體來說還是很好的，就那個環境，傳統屋子的體驗就值得個滿分了

주변 경관이나 조경은 훌륭하나
객실의 욕실 안쪽이 청소가 제대로 안되어 있고 불은 때가 말라붙어있는 것 같아서 매우 찝찝했음.
몇 번 올때마다 느끼는거지만 조식먹는 레스토랑에 항상 있는 덩치있는 남자 웨이터가 정말 무뚝뚝하고 불친절해서 올때마다 불쾌함. 올해 벌써 세번째 방문해서 그러려니하는데 조식 먹으러 갈때마다 항상 그 사람이 안내하고 서빙함. 호텔 수준에 맞는 서비스교육 다시 받아야할듯.

만족합니다

지난번 여행 때, 카페만 이용했었는데 앞에 보이는 전경도 멋있고 주변 관리도 잘되어있어서 다음여행땐 꼭 1박해야겠다 생각했었어요.
마침 부모님께서 여행하신다기에 예약해드렸는데 너무 좋으셨다고 다음에 또 가고싶다 하시네요.

오붓하게 즐기기 좋은 호텔

오붓하게 묵기 좋았어요. 프라이빗하게 야외스파도 즐길 수 있었던 점이 특히나 좋았네요. 호텔 주위 산책로가 잘 되어 있어서 이곳저곳 돌아다니고 사진찍기 좋았어요.
룸 컨디션은 지은 지 꽤 된 곳이란게 무색할 정도로 괜찮았어요. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새같은 것도 안나고, 수건도 뽀송하고 냄새도 안나구요.
직원분들이 콜택시도 불러주시고 음식점 픽업서비스도 알아봐주시고 무척 친절했어요.
다만 편의점이 좀 멀고 조식 먹는 곳에 파리가 날라다녀서 좀 찝찝했습니다.

너무 좋은 기억을 가지고 갑니다!!

결혼기념일 맞아 방문했습니다. 날씨가 조금 걱정스러웠지만 다행히 비가 별로 오지 않아 지내기에 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 건물이 조금 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되었고 설치된 마란츠 앰프로 음악도 잘 들었습니다. 한 가지 요즘 많이 활용하는 블루투스로 음악을 들을 수 있게 보완한다면 더 좋겠네요. 천제연 식당이랑 카페도 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다.

객실청결도: 매우 청결함.
서비스: 친절 우수함.
편의시설: 편의점이 없기때문에 간식은 미리준비 필요. 모닝커피를 마시고 싶더래도 10시 까페 오픈 시간까지 기다려야함. 이때문에 차를 운전해서 밖에서 커피를 사오는 불편함. 물론 조식 까페테리아에서 조식을 이용할 경우 커피를 주문 할 수 있지만 커피+식사 비용 추가됨. 식사비용은 비교적 비싼편임. 룸 도어키가 구형 열쇠타입이어서 불편함.
호텔위치: 매우좋음

그외: 아름답고 코지한 정원. 프라이빗 시설. 정원 산책만으로도 힐링되는 보물 같은 곳. 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶음

말이 필요없음 대만족!

굉장히 만족했다 겨울에 갔는데 침대방이지만 바닥이 온돌처럼 뜨끈해서 좋았다 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 대리석 같은거라 맨발로 다닐수 있어서 더 좋았음
그리고 돌집을 독채형으로 골목골목 만들어놔서 찾아가는 재미가 있다 다른 호텔에서는 못느껴보는 분위기임 호텔 바다쪽 잔디밭? 그쪽도 노을질때 보러갔는데 너무 좋았음

위치는 최상, 시설은 보통

숙박료에 비해 룸이나 욕실 시설은 별로...
주변 경관은 매우 좋음. 공항 리무진버스도 바로 앞에 있음.

경치 좋은 숙소

경치 좋은 숙소이고 까페. 식당등도 분위기있고 좋음. 아이들이 즐길건 없고, 자연 친화적이라 그런지 방에 집게벌레가 보임. 중문단지에서 가까움.

정원이 좋은 조용한 호텔

직원분들 친절하고 시설도 만족합니다.
다만 테라스 바로 앞이 정원이라 테라스 의자에 거미줄이 조금 있더군요
심하진 않았는데 주기적으로 관리하고 사용해도 하루만 건너뛰면 또 생기는 것 같으니 놀라지 마시길!
그래도 정원이 있어서 좋은 점이 더 많은 호텔이라 생각합니다. 정원관리가 참 잘 되어 있어서 휴식 목적이라면 다른데 안 가도 될 정도랄까... ㅋ
조식은 성게미역국 평가가 안 좋아서 기대 안 하고 시켰는데... 미치게 맛있다는 아니지만 나쁘지 않습니다. 간이 세지는 않고 딱 적당했고, 원래 그런 맛인데 아마도 익숙치 않으신 분들이 많이 계시는 듯 싶더군요.
그래도 조식 샐러드바는 기대하지 마세요 ㅋㅋ

나이스한 룸 말도 안되게 맛 없는 레스토랑

룸은 이쁘고 스탭은 친절합니다. 하지만 레스토랑이 너무너무너무 시원치않네요.. 특히 6만원씩하는 바베큐디너파티는 최악.중에 최악.. 돈을 떠나서 너무 노맛이라서 이건 뭘까 하던 시간이었습니다..
