Just to note, I didn't just give 5 stars to get the review done. Parnas deserves it.
This hotel (we stayed in Jeju) IS excellent. It is a beautiful property with a great walking path and beautiful views of the water. We'd go back for sure!

Staff: Excellent: courteous, friendly, and helpful.

We had rooms on both sides of the property (party of 6). One room with an amazing water view & one great 2 bedroom suite with a living room in between the two bedrooms - all with their own AC controls (important as the younger folks wanted it cold and the older warm and the living room in between the two temps).

The rooms came with several free amenities, like water, soda, some bar items, q-tips, a disposable razor, & some other things.

There was a little convenience store attached to the property which provided a lot of items.

The all-day buffet encompassed a wide variety of food, was very large, & had many options. It was an excellent buffet. Room service &eat in regular menu were limited but good. The cafe in the atrium on our side was very nice with yummy baked goods.

The pool & locker rooms were clean. The pool is a beautiful infinity pool that overlooks the water & a pretty garden area.

If you are a fan of the K-Drama King the Land - the Parnas' atrium is in that show (used for the lobby).

The only improvement I could think of would be a better way for those who are older or with disabilities to get to the beach from the walkway - the stairs were high & somewhat steep.

We had an excellent stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. The property is beautiful, and our room offered stunning views of the grounds and the sea. We enjoyed watching surfers from our window and even witnessed an engagement proposal that felt straight out of a K-drama. The food in both the lounge and restaurants was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful.

There was a minor issue with the elevator during our stay, but hotel management addressed it promptly and made things right, which we greatly appreciated.

One suggestion, not unique to this hotel, would be to install grab bars near the bathtub/shower area. Even with a non-slip mat, additional support would be helpful for senior guests.

Overall, this is a beautiful Jeju property with outstanding service. As a K-drama fan, I especially loved the lobby, which reminded me of one of my favorite dramas. We would happily stay here again.

Incredible resort, near perfect. The staff were incredible, always helpful and polite with any requests. The amenities were too notch. Easy to get to from the airport with a bus (not too pricey with taxi either). Only small notch would be the conveinence store on hand is on the smaller side. So pick up snacks before you there there.

My stay here was an experience I shall never forget. I was by myself in my travels. So, I didn't quite get what I was expecting. I found that this hotel to be a romantic retreat for lovers or a family oriented atmosphere. However, the staff in the concierge were so kind and helpful and fun to be around. I felt like they were my children looking after me. I am unable to describe how wonderful they were especially Judy
I just loved her. Her smile, always checking on how my day was going how my bike ride was, if I ate good. There was a restaurant on the main floor which I ate everyday at and all the staff were just as great. Your service from your staff was the best I have encountered and I have traveled the world. Thank you to all of them

Staff were friendly and helped to take our luggage up to our room. The lobby was very impressive with a great view.

The rooms were a bit dated and old. One of the draws in the bathroom wouldn’t close unless I forced it in, which was a bit annoying. The bathroom was a good size, however the shower was small and not made for people over 5’8.

Quite a bit of wear and tear on the balcony. There was a new building that was more modern but we stayed in the old one which showed signs of age. The free drinks were a nice touch.

The pool and gym were great and well maintained but can get super busy.

There were load of spaces in the car park and a good amount of charging ports, so super convenient.

GS25 is located next to the hotel, so a good place to grab a quick snack before heading out for a road trip.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. However walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking or kids running in the hallway.

Despite its massive size, the hotel is very well maintained & has all the facilities a family could want. They have a restaurant, although it really caters for buffet spreads & large groups of guests, not so much for smaller, a la carte orders for couples, although the lounge & bars do have an adequate menu to supplement.

This is a great hotel, staff are excellent. The indoor pool was lovely and the changing facilities there are really nice.
The gym area isn’t great, would be much better placed at a window with views - feels wasted in a dark box.
Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed while we were there.
Breakfast is excellent but expensive. Generally all the on site options (cafe, bar, spa) were overpriced and there were better options available outside of the hotel, everything we did have in the hotel was high quality though.

My only issue with the hotel is that I was told that their dinner buffet (which was very good with many options) was ₩90,000 and was under the impression that the wine was included. Turned out that ₩90,000 was the weekday price and the wine was an additional ₩35,000. The meal ended up costing nearly 2x as much as I expected. The meal was good but I think future diners should be made aware of the prices.

Property is very beautiful but also overpriced for a non inclusive dinning. Spent 4nights there for 1800 and cant seem to understand that cost, staff needed to be trained more for foreigners especially english speakers.

GORGEOUS property in spectacular southern Jeju Island! Unlike most hotels in the area, Parnas has direct beach access a short stairway climb down, and the beach there is fantastic. It was okay, but unfortunately didn’t have the “wow” factor we were hoping for—especially as we were on our honeymoon. The service felt average and didn’t match the hype we’d seen online, particularly from influencers. It met the basic expectations, but overall, it fell short of what we anticipated.

One highlight was the thoughtful touch of welcome fruits and complimentary drinks, which we genuinely appreciated.

The infinity pool area was underwhelming, with limited seating options. When we approached staff about where we could sit, the response was abrupt and lacked the warmth you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Many of the “premium” lagoon-style booths required extra payment, and the remaining options—mostly bean bags—felt like a cost-cutting choice that didn’t match the luxury branding.

Staff interactions overall were impersonal. It felt like guests were treated more like numbers than valued individuals. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star, the customer service lacked polish and care. There was no effort to make the stay feel special, which was especially disappointing given we were on our honeymoon. At best, I’d rate the service a 2-star for effort in attempting to deliver a customer experience.

If exceptional service is important to you, we’d recommend considering The Shilla just up the road from experience. Given the choice again, we wouldn’t choose Parnas.

The perfume used in the lobby was overwhelming strong and not subtle.

I requested for my sheets to be changed since it appeared that it wasn’t changed after the previous guest since I saw strands of hair under the pillows. When I came back to my room, the bed had been made however the strands of hair were still there indicating the sheets hadn’t been changed as I requested. This doesn’t make or break my experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it otherwise.

But I was disappointed in the room - the mattress wasn’t great, the thermostat in the room wasn’t working, the air con was hit and miss and there was no shower cabin.
