The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the mattress was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on, and the building was a bit shabby. The bathroom of our suite smelled like it had been smoked in as well. There are also not laundry services as advertised on Expedia.

공항버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있고, 저렴한 가격에 비해 시설이 훌륭하고 바다도 보이고 카운터 분들도 친절하십니다. ICC까지 버스로 금방이고 날씨 좋으면 산책삼아 걸어갈만 합니다. 한 가지 단점은 차가 없으면 관광지까지 교통이 불편하다는 건데 저는 관광을 별로 안 해서 큰 상관 없었습니다!

Like the bright and clean room with sea view. The only setback is the bathroom light will auto-switch after 20-30 minutes, therefore if you're having a long shower, you have to call your roommate to on the light for you again when the bathroom is blackout :(

I had a great time staying at this fantastic hotel. The location of this hotel is strategic, the bus stop is just down the junction. The facilities in the hotel is good. They speak English, so you don't have to worry about language. The hotel owner and staffs are very helpful, and treat their guests really well. I would recommend this hotel and would love to return for my next trips in future.

Excellent hotel in a quiet area south of island
Hotel is run with care by its owner. Rooms are comfortable with a touch of Korean like shoes deposit at entrance. Responsive staff and simple delicious breakfast.

Lovely clean hotel run by welcoming family
The room is very clean. Accommodations are more than adequate. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and offers private rides around town. There are not many business in the vicinity, but the the hotel is on bus route 600 which connects directly to the airport. And the private ride more than makes up for the location. One thing to keep in mind is that the power outlet pattern is different from many other countries. Although they provide converters for 10000 deposit, the availability is very limited.

Very friend staff with english speaking. The room was simple and basically has everything you need. Easy parking and quiet area for a good sleep. recommended for light cooking with there facilitie in the room.

Nice new hotel near Jungmun Village (2~3 stops away), Jusangjeolidae (about 15mins walk), Airport Limo Bus #600 stops outside the main road (Daepo Hang stop) bus fare 4,500 won from airport. Hotel provide a simple map on where to go for food, GS25 convenient store about 5mins walk. Not adviseable to return late as there is no street light on the main road. Bad about the hotel having to walk up the steep slope from the main road

만족스런 파밀리아호텔
남편과 여름휴가지로 정한 제주의 두번째 숙소였다. 첫날은 신화월드호텔이었는데 이곳은 규모는 작았지만 실속이 꽉찬 아주 만족스런 숙소였다. 침구도, 청소도 어메니티도 아주 정갈했고, 내집처럼 쓸고 닦은 정성이 가득해보였다. 조식 신청을 했는데 기대한것 이상으로 정말 좋았다. 삶은계란, 샐러드, 과일, 빵,김치전, 쥬스,우유,고구마,커피 등...딱 필수로 먹을것만 접시에 담아 1인씩 주셨고, 식당은 작았지만 창가로 보이는 정원이 싱그러웠다. 숙소에서는 조금 떨어졌지만 바다도 보이는 오션뷰다. 근처에 마리조아라는 특별한 식당이 있어 찾게된 파밀리마호텔은 재방문하고 싶은 곳이다.

청소 및 화장실은 다른 곳보다 청결하고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 현관문쪽으로 방음이 되지 않아 소음이 좀 컸고, 잘 때도 어디선가 벽에서 자꾸 무언가 뚝뚝 소리가 나서 자는데 힘들었습니다. 연박하는데 청소나 수건, 침구 정리 좋았구요. 카운터 사장님도 매우매우 친절하셨습니다. 그리고 전망 매우 좋구요. 근처에 걸어서 편의점 가능합니다.

В номере и отеле Familia Hotel Jeju меня устроили практически всё. Находится рядом с дорогой и остановкой транспорта и в то же время не в непосредственной близости от дороги. Территория ухоженная и приятная взору: с двух сторон мандариновые сады и палисадники. Вдали видно море и марину. Сами причалы не видны, а вот отходящие яхты, катера, видно. Видны «гарцующие» с туристами небольшие глиссера. Кстати, в ста метрах от марины есть «душевное» кафе, где по вечерам много местных отдыхающих и туристов, любующихся морем, закатом и напитками. Корейцы умеют из ничего сделать микро садики- этакие небольшие уголки природы, сады и парки, любоваться вроде бы обычными вещами, природой и даже камнями.
Вернемся к отелю и номеру. В номере есть балкон. А для меня это пунктик важный. Люблю посидеть на балконе, попить с утра кофе, сделать какое-нибудь забавное фото, выпить вечером от усталости сухого вина сидя на балконе и т.п. Я в принципе всегда пытаюсь выбирать номера с балконом. И в этом букинг – плохой помощник, так как нет у него такого фильтра, как балкон (галерея). В некоторых других поисковиках этот фильтр есть. Это не антиреклама, но такую опцию в фильтрах букингу стоило бы внести. Опять-таки, это чисто моё мнение. На балконе есть кресла и столик. Да и одежду, купальные вещи есть где повесить. В номере есть кухонная зона с хорошей эл. плитой, мойкой, холодильником и небольшим набором посуды. Штопор и бокалы также были в наличии.

Liebevolles schönes Hotel
Der Service und die Freundlichkeit war sensationell. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch die Suppe, die für Koreaner zum Frühstück gehört war prima. Es wurde immer laufend nachgefüllt. Bei der Planung von Ausflügen wurde an der Rezeption immer weitergeholfen.
