Staff should be more professional and attentive to customers.
Benjamin
Well-priced option within 15 minute walk of the convention center. Clean and modern -recommended.
Tam
This was a last minute find as the initial hotel we booked was not to standard. The hotel is close to the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. However, many mosquitoes appeared in the room though the window was closed. I caught up to 12 mosquitoes during our 3 day stay. Overall an average stay as the mosquitoes really disrupted our sleep.
CHANG
Not really excellent.

Anton
Spacious, but that's about the only good thing to say. The shower was nice, but the room was a bit duty and a towel smelled and had some hair on it making you question if the rest is clean at all.
YOONJE

Clean and cute
JEFFREY
Room is comfortable and big for 2 people. There are several restaurants around the area. Tourist places like the chenjeyeon falls and daepo jusangjeolli cliff is close. I will stay here again in the future.
Nicholas
Good location. Many amenities and food options around. Short drive to several attractions.

Good location and close enough to the beach.
Pleasant all around. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.

A refrigerator was very noisy, and I saw several bugs on the floor. The location was not that bad, so I think it is fairly OK for the price.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable despite being very low. The bathroom cupboards, particularly below the sink, were splitting due to water coming in contact with it. The shower taps were stained badly, giving the impression that they were not well maintained. Parking lots were very limited - it's advisable to return to the hotel early (before 7pm) to get a proper parking lot.

Excellent customer staff and exceptional service. I’m from the States and came to Jeju to enjoy the beach for a few days. The staff spoke English well and the rooms were super for the price I paid. What a deal

Area is good including view of the ICC. Have issue on the service. We paid for 3 yet only given 2 towels. Breakfast food is always the same. Could not understand instruction in the air conditioner. All in Korean. Average hotel.

The property was clean. When I tried to turn on the AC, the hotel told me that the AC was turned off due to the summer season was over. The room was hot.

I stayed 3 nights here and it was a good base for day trips to Mt Hallasan and all corners of Jeju island! I really appreciated late-check out option at 1pm as I could squeeze in an early half day hike before recooperating back at the hotel before my departure.

Spacious room near ICC, beach and other amenities. The price is right as well!

Upon entering the entrance, the staff stood and welcomes me but looking at their faces, there was no smile and just a straight face.
I was 15mins early and asked if I was able to check-in, they said it was fine.
They gave me my room key and that was it.
I did however, went back to ask for any recommended restaurant and they were kindly enough to print out the outside view of the restaurant and their popular menu item. They were kind enough to also lend me a plug converter at no charge.

A pleasant stay.
We had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the breakfast but would be good if the menu could be different each day. Wifi was not working on the 1st night but was fixed by a friendly front desk lady the following evening after we notified her.

- Hotel staffs are very kind
- The number of parking lot(B1) is little small
- It is a good place in the middle of south Jeju
- Morning breakfast provides borh Korean and American style (Rice, soup, kimchi, egg, sausage, salad, bread, yogurt , coffee, .... )

Bad service from one of the hotel staff
The first 2 nights are amazing. But on the 3rd night, there's a hotel staff with a very bad attitude. Both our air conditioner and heater are not working and her only solution is to sleep with the window open. We ask her is there any maintenance guy who can help to repair the air conditioner or heater or is there other room that we can change to? Her only reply is no, open the window and sleep.

Nice, friendly staffed hotel, close to ICC
Honestly a nice hotel with friendly staff. Most speak English and very helpful with getting to places or attractions you should see.
On Google maps, ICC seems very far, but it's a 10 minute walk. The price and location of the hotel was great if you're needing the ICC for your main reason of stay. Also, the bus 600 is accessible by the ICC to get around. Near the hotel there's small shops and other bus routes if you're wanting to explore.
As a vegan, I did find it a little challenging with the breakfast buffet. However they have nice options such as egg, toast (jam+butter), rice, salads, meats and juices.
I would recommend this hotel. It was a great choice for a great price. The room was clean and seems fairly new. Our room was a mountain view room on the 7th (top) floor. The room has free WiFi with great connection and you'll be sure to get a level night sleep.

It was okay.
I was here on business for several nights. It really was just a business hotel. The neighborhood was all right. Many restaurants on the main road but it was not an active place for tourists. Staff at the front desk had limited English but they try to help. I most likely would not stay there again if I had a choice or if I was not there on Jeju Island for business.

Nice but may need some improvement in few area
Its nice hotel to stay and is a few minutes away from ICC Jeju and accessible to other parts of town. But one thing is the hotel did not provide us with tooth brush and tooth paste for whole 2 days. Is is a custom not to provide those in Jeju. Because I did not bring those with me. Otherwise it's been an enjoyable stay there.
