This was a last minute find as the initial hotel we booked was not to standard. The hotel is close to the Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. However, many mosquitoes appeared in the room though the window was closed. I caught up to 12 mosquitoes during our 3 day stay. Overall an average stay as the mosquitoes really disrupted our sleep.

좋았습니다. 처음으로 아이들과 아내를 두고 혼자 온 여행이었어요. 천제연폭포가 가까워서 걸어 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았고, 호텔에서 가까운 중문우체국 앞에 다니는 버스는 웬만한 곳은 다 데려다 줘서 뚜벅이 여행도 즐거웠습니다. 차를 렌트해놓고 거의 쓰질 않았어요. 윗세오름, 치유의숲, 산방산, 용머리해안, 천제연폭포...모두 대만족이었습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 바다가 보이는 뷰는 최고였습니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable despite being very low. The bathroom cupboards,particularly below the sink, were splitting due to water coming in contact with it. The shower taps were stained badly, giving the impression that they were not well maintained. Parking lots were very limited - it's advisable to return to the hotel early (before 7pm) to get a proper parking lot.

Upon entering the entrance, the staff stood and welcomes me but looking at their faces, there was no smile and just a straight face.
I was 15mins early and asked if I was able to check-in, they said it was fine.
They gave me my room key and that was it.
I did however, went back to ask for any recommended restaurant and they were kindly enough to print out the outside view of the restaurant and their popular menu item. They were kind enough to also lend me a plug converter at no charge.

The first 2 nights are amazing. But on the 3rd night, there's a hotel staff with a very bad attitude. Both our air conditioner and heater are not working and her only solution is to sleep with the window open. We ask her is there any maintenance guy who can help to repair the air conditioner or heater or is there other room that we can change to? Her only reply is no, open the window and sleep.

Nice, friendly staffed hotel, close to ICC

Honestly a nice hotel with friendly staff. Most speak English and very helpful with getting to places or attractions you should see.
On Google maps, ICC seems very far, but it's a 10 minute walk. The price and location of the hotel was great if you're needing the ICC for your main reason of stay. Also, the bus 600 is accessible by the ICC to get around. Near the hotel there's small shops and other bus routes if you're wanting to explore.
As a vegan, I did find it a little challenging with the breakfast buffet. However they have nice options such as egg, toast (jam+butter), rice, salads, meats and juices.
I would recommend this hotel. It was a great choice for a great price. The room was clean and seems fairly new. Our room was a mountain view room on the 7th (top) floor. The room has free WiFi with great connection and you'll be sure to get a level night sleep.

It was okay.

I was here on business for several nights. It really was just a business hotel. The neighborhood was all right. Many restaurants on the main road but it was not an active place for tourists. Staff at the front desk had limited English but they try to help. I most likely would not stay there again if I had a choice or if I was not there on Jeju Island for business.

Nice but may need some improvement in few area

Its nice hotel to stay and is a few minutes away from ICC Jeju and accessible to other parts of town. But one thing is the hotel did not provide us with tooth brush and tooth paste for whole 2 days. Is is a custom not to provide those in Jeju. Because I did not bring those with me. Otherwise it's been an enjoyable stay there.

毎年、済州 ICC で行われる国際学会参加する際には、いつもこのホテルで泊まる。会場から近く、徒歩圏内にあり、中文ロータリーに行くと食堂や農協の大型マートがあり、刺身を買ってきて食べた。部屋の広さや設備も良く管理できている。コスパ最高。遅く帰ると駐車場がいっぱいになるので、不便。

위치, 방의 크기나 침구류와 가구 등의 상태 등은 만족스러웠으나 욕실 청소상태가 심각하게 불량하였습니다. 적어도 체크인-체크아웃할 때는 욕실 타일과 유리를 닦을 수 있는 전용세제를 이용해야 물때나 곰팡이가 제거될 수 있을텐데 물로만 닦아내는 것 아닌가 싶었습니다. 이는 청소하시는 분들의 문제라기 보다는 호텔의 청소 프로토콜에 문제가 있는 것 아닌가 싶습니다.

위치는 좀 애매하지만 가랑비 훌륭합니다.
깔끔하고 멀리 바다뷰도 생각보단 양호했습니다.
아침 조식은 그냥 그랬지만 가격이 싸고 간단한 아침으로 그럭저럭.
무엇보다 체크아웃 후 짐 보관, 짐 찾고 공항 버스 문의에 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 문 앞에서 잠깐 일행과 얘기중이였는데 길 방향 모르는줄 알고 직원이 직접 나와서 다시 길 방향 알려주는데 정말 고맞고 기분이 좋았습니다.

이불에 안약으로 추청되는 물질이 붙어 있어서 새 이불로 교체했는데 새 이불과 메트리스 시트에서 얼룩과 핏자국을 발견하여 결국 방을 바꿨습니다.
하지만 벌써 청결하지 못하다는 느낌을 받았기 때문에 제대로 쉬지 못하였습니다.
그리고 수건은 끝부분이 해어져서 실밥이 풀려있고 구멍까지 뚫어져있어 이부분도 매우 불쾌하였습니다.
근본적인 문제가 해결된것은 아니지만 그나마 다행인것은 처리하는 과정에서 프론트 직원의 친절이였습니다.

화장실 변기 커버가 점박이로 얼룩이 있는 상태라 깨끗해보이지 않았습니다. 또한 세면대 아래쪽 선반이 물에 불어 터져있는 모습이 보기 좋지 않았습니다.
수압은 굉장히 좋으며 티비 및 에어컨은 좋은 성능을 보였으나 드라이기는 오래된 붙박이 드라이기로 과열되면 멈추는 현상 있는 것으로 보여(1명이 다 말리지 못함) 리셉션에 추가 드라이기 요청해서 사용했습니다. 직원분들은 친절하시고 가성비 적당한 숙소로 보입니다.

오션뷰 객설은 얻었는데... 앞 건물에 가려 반쪽짜리 오션뷰였습니다.
옆방 화장실 하숫물 내려가는 소리로 새벽 2시, 5시에 잠이 깼네요. 생각보다 방음이 잘 안되는 듯해요.
요금이 저렴해 위의 불편사항은 감래해야할 듯 하네요.

호텔 길목 및 주차장 진입로는 제설합시다.

21년1월 제주에는 폭설이 왔습니다.
호텔로 진입하기위한 길목이 3군데 있고 모두 오르막길
모두 제설이 안돼서 호텔앞까지 진입하기 어려웠음.
지하주차장을 이용하려했으나 내리막길 진입구간 제설 미비로 진입불가.
그동안 중문쪽 출장은 이곳을 주로 이용하는데 실망입니다.
스노우체인 없는분은 오르막에서 차량이 미끄러져 사고날수 있음.
필히 참고하세요!!!

객실부터 레스토랑까지 전부 깨끗하고 쾌적했는데, 욕실 변기가 좀 지저분한 느낌이었어요. 하지만 위치도 좋고, 조식 먹을 때 들어오는 햇살과 풍경이 참 좋더군요.

조식이 기대이상

두번째 이용하는 곳, 예전에 비해 시설이 많이 낡아 보였지만, 침실 공간은 깨끗한 편이였습니다. 욕실의 경우 샤워기가 녹이 쓴 것 처럼 보였고 그외 세면대에 머리카락이 남겨져있어서 멈칫하긴 했지만, 비교적 저렴한 금액으로 기대없이 예약 했기 때문에 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 조식은 처음 이용하였는데 좋았어요! 기대 이상이였고 음식이 여러가지가 준비 되어 있었고, 커피도 맛있었어요. 든든하게 먹을 수 있었어요!

금연실 관리 제대로 하세요

금연실이었는데 방에서 담배냄새가 났고,
만실이라 방을 바꿔주지 않으면 환불을 해주는게 맞을텐데 환불 또한 해주지않음.
새벽 시간이라 피곤한 상태에서 1시간 가까이 실랑이 하다가 너무 피곤해서 그냥 잠들었으나 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 숙소임.
